- Marcel (1/5): Nie wieder! - Nichts! Gar nichts! Die Zimmer sind dreckig und in einigen Betten haben wir Bettwanzen gefunden. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und wirkte undankbar. Das gratis WLAN war auch eher verdächtig als seriös. Nie wieder.

- Anirban123 (7/5): Budget stay at vicinity to Amsterdam Centraal - We were 8 people staying for a night in a Dormitory. The staff were very helpful while communicating. It is very close to the bus stop and F2 Ferry Terminal from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal easily. There are few supermarkets nearby. There were 4 rooms each containing 8 beds. so for 32 persons, there was just one Toilet and 3 shower cubicles. This was absolute chaos in the morning. The beds could have a small reading light and a plug point for charging.
- Yolanda (1/5): La habitación 1 del anexo no es habitable - La ubicación Nos alojaron en una habitación que no correspondía con las fotos, con mucha humedad y ratones fijo, pues nos aparecieron con marcas de roedor unas galletas. Nos alojaron en un anexo al edificio principal, la ducha era imposible usarla, el baño minúsculo pero utilizable. El responsable no apareció para nada, nunca había nadie. Si reserváis este sitio aseguraros de que os alojen en el edificio principal, porque el anexo es inhabitable, por lo menos la habitación número 1, en el piso de abajo, que es donde nos ubicaron a nosotras.

- Carina (1/5): Noch nie so eine schlechte Unterkunft gehabt - Maximal die Lage Unsaubere Unterkunft. Bettwäsche voller Haare und Staub und Flecken auf den Bettlaken. Sanitärtäume sehr dreckig und veraltet. Duschraum sieht aus wie ein Schlachthaus.
- Marlon (1/5): Sucht euch ein andere Unterkunft für das Geld - Die Lage fanden wir Super und wenn man einen SAUBEREN Raum bekommen würde mag es gehen. Allerdings haben wir für knapp 75€ ein unhygienisches dreckiges Zimmer bekommen. Wir sind in zweiten Gebäude (grünes Haus) untergekommen. Der Zustand des Zimmers anliegend am Wohnzimmer war mangelhaft. Überall waren Flecken und Haare auf Decken, Boden und Laken von vorherigen Gästen. Personal gibt es nicht wirklich, der Schlüssel wurde aus einen Nebenraum zur Dönerbude abgeholt. Das Bad in zweiten Gebäude ist nicht ansehnlich und sehr klein. Der Aufenthalt war von deutlich hörbaren Geräuschen in den Wänden und Ekel geprägt. Highlight war der Ohrenkneifer unter der Sommerdecke/Laken die lediglich zum kaschieren von weiteren Flecken auf den Spannlaken diente. Man kann nur hoffen, dass es in Hauptgebäude anders aussieht und das ungereinigte Zimmer ein Ausnahmezustand war. Wir haben für eine Nacht gebucht und die Nacht in einen anderen Schlafort verbracht. Leider ist der Unterkunftbetreiber auch nicht kulant, wir haben kein Teil des Geldes, trotz vorliegenden Mängel zurückbekommen. Der Austausch mit der Unterkunft war auch nicht rosig. Kein Verständnis und leider nichtmal eine Entschuldigung.

- Sophie (2/5): schrecklich und unhöflich - gute Lage sehr unhöfliches Personal - man kommt an und muss erstmal 15min warten bis jemand kommt. dann wird man nicht begrüßt und folgt ihm ohne ein Wort ins Apartment. Dann erhält man nur ein „check out is at 10. leave the key here and go“ ohne eine Verabschiedung - er hat sich einfach umgedreht und ist gegangen. das Bett war schmutzig (Flecken und Haare) und man hat nur eine Tagesdecke ohne Bettwäsche erhalten (sehr unhygienisch). die Möbel sind auch sehr alt und kaputt gewesen. an den wänden waren kleine Insekten die herumgekrabbelt sind. Ich verstehe dass es eine billige Unterkunft ist, aber man darf doch das geringste Maß an Hygiene und Höflichkeit erwarten.

No dejaron jabón de residencia y tampoco había en los baños para lavarse las manos y no había seguro en las duchas.

- Ana (1/5): Really bad experience - Nothing The place was not as in the pictures at all. It was terribly dirty, the bathroom and shower were really uncomfortable and also the sheeds where super dirty. In general our experience was really bad, we couldnt rest there.
- Rosalbina (1/5): Pésimo!!!! - Lo único es que tenia el metro cerca y una parada de autobuses El Lugar pésimo , para empezar las fotos que pusieron de el lugar no coinciden con el sitio , primero hicimos el chekin en un lugar y no llevo a otro sitio fuera de la dirección que ponía , entramos y olía a humedad que flipas , la ducha y el baño súper sucios ni si quiera un espejo para peinarte tenia ese baño , Hacían ruido que ni podíamos ni dormir , pero ojo! Si tu haces ruido te hacían pagar una penalización , a las justas papel higiénico porque ni jabón de manos tenía , el wifi ni funcionaba y la calefacción la apagaron antes de irnos , no vuelvo mas!!!

Yatakların altı tüy yumağı ve toz kaplıydı. Birde bunların üzerine yermezmiş gibi bir yatak ve yatağın üstüne koyulan çarşafsız battaniye komple fare pisliği kaplıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

- Pola (8/5): W porządku na jedną noc. - Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, szału nie ma ale to najtańszy nocleg jaki udało nam się znaleźć w Amsterdamie. Było czysto, a okolica jest bezpieczna i to jest najważniejsze. Polecam skoczyć na śniadanie do Benelux Bar ;) Lokalizacja całkiem daleko od centrum, trzeba iść pół godziny i przepłynąć się łódką. Standard, wiadomo, świetny nie jest, ale daje radę na jedną noc.

The building looks rather strange; it's under renovation and hard to spot, but once you find it, they won't open the door or give you any instructions. A great option if you want to knock on the door, is to message the building owner or ring the doorbell. We managed to get somewhere; some residents on the first floor opened the door, but they said they weren't aware of the reception and that their building wasn't a hotel. They walked us 4 meters to the neighboring building at #28, but no one answered the door there either. It's a questionable place. It's stressful...

- Kane (2/5): Worse than you can expect - It had the number of beds it stated We arrived and were charged a 30 euro late fee which we were not told about until after we booked this hostel. When we arrived the place was covered up with construction and scaffolding and it looked very disgusting, we then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive and the reception was located in a kebab shop. It certainly did not fill me nor anyone else with hope. Once we arrived to the room, there was only one toilet in the whole facility to share between the every single person in the hostel which was most definitely not enough. We then left the hostel and were approach by someone right outside who was not friendly and were threatened by them. After this we quickly booked another place to stay as we did not feel safe.

- Larissa (1/5): Não houve estadia, pois o lugar não condiz com o que pagamos. - Não gostei de absolutamente nada. O lugar nada tem a ver com as fotos publicadas na plataforma do Booking. O endereço que consta é de uma pizzaria, onde entramos para pedir informações. Fomos atendidas por um senhor grosseiro, que nos levou para uma casa suja, escura e fedendo. Fugimos de lá pois ficamos com medo do lugar. Pagamos por uma estadia que não tivemos, pois acreditamos nas fotos publicadas no Booking. O Booking deve ter um cuidado maior com o que publica em sua plataforma.

- Anders (6/5): Value for money - For Amsterdam it was inexpensive. Luckily I got my own room. Other guests did not disturb. Shared toilet and bathroom, but that was as expected so nothing to complain about. It’s a bit unclear when you can pick up keys. Several people waited outside.
