• Lucy (4/5): Don’t fall for reviews and stay here! - Not much, the location and the size of the bed was the only thing going for it. It was dirty (which was surprising for Japan), shared facilities were gross, toilets very dirty. The room was small, not well cleaned (we found previous guests items) and very dated, with what looked like wallpaper from the 60’s that was peeling and the worst shower I’ve ever been in. The place seemed so unclean we didn’t use any of the spa facilities. It was the only thing left for our date and we were led by good reviews.

Staff were really helpful (they helped when the bag delivery system wasn’t working for us) the rooms are very tight so tricky when you have 2 people with luggage but that is expected in Tokyo. Just looked a little larger in the pictures. Could do with more hooks on the wall to hand a few bits out the way

• Jessica (9/5): Great location and service - The service was great. The brekfast was delicious. The hotel is close to train station and in a nice neighborhood. The room was clean and very quiet. The room is relatively small. There were two of us in a room and we each has large suitcase and carry on and there was little room to walk around them.

The fact that the window was completely blocked from the outside light. I understand its common for there to be frosted windows in Japan but this window was nearly completely opaque which made acclimatising to the jetlag very hard.

If you are booking this place for the rooftop understand it is only open for breakfast, and happy hour. You cannot go up there to sit and you need an EXTRA pass and will be denied entry without it. There is no other common area to set in.

• Andreas (8/5): Passende Stadtunterkunft. - Das Zimmer war das kleinste, dass wir in Japan hatten, aber es war schön ausgestattet. Die Metro ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und man kommt überall schnell hin. Es gibt sehr gute Lokale gleich in der Nähe, auch ohne Table Charge. Das „Hot Spa“ ist gut ausgestattet und was es dort nicht gibt bekommt kann man vom Zimmer mitnehmen und waren immer wenig Leute dort. Ich weiß nicht ob das immer so ist, aber zwischen 18-19 Uhr gibt es für Hotelgäste Frei-Bier, Snacks und andere Getränke. -

• Alexandra (10/5): Comfy Safe Haven - The staff are great especially the cleaning lady. Even though the rooms are tiny they come in every day to clean. The beds are also pretty comfy compared to other Japanese hotels where the beds are so stiff. I had decided to stay in a capsule hotel and after one night there I switch to this hotel which was like a haven for me and I had such an amazing stay.

Ok, The room is too small, I know Tokyo hotels are small, but I wasn't expecting this small! We were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids (9months & 3yo) stayed in a 3x3 room for 7 days, with no natural light coming into the room, just an awning window that looked into the gap between the 2 buildings and we could smell cigarettes and BBQ coming from the street. The staff are nice and it is not their fault that the rooms are small, but we literally weren't able to move inside the room ! Even the breakfast area, we had to wait for people to finish their breakfast so we can sit and enjoy our meal!

Room was fab, we booked the twin room for 2 and plenty of space, suitcases fitted under the bed. Onsen was perfect after long days and was never too busy only in the early morning. Free teas and coffee bar 24hr , the hotel let us book a late check out the night before we left. We ate breakfast at a coffee lounge elsewhere so cannot comment on the food. I would book here again

Nous avons pris deux chambres deux lit simple. Que les chambres soient placées devant l’ascenseur, nous avions peur d’avoir beaucoup de bruit mais finalement ça a été!

Very central neighborhood made seeing all the key sites easy. The shower was great. The rooms are very small.

• 0250a4af019873d43624c917b9058c83 (6/5): Great place with good breakfast, location and facilities. - It was in a really great spot, 20 minutes to Ginza station and 11 to shibuya. It had nice facilities and the onsen bath was great. And the breakfast was very fresh and you can eat as much as you need or want There was a really loud noise that almost always was on and no way to find out what is was. Might be something to look into.
