Cant open the curtains as room faces the other building lobby. Location is fantastic, near many eating places and one nimman / white market is just a 8 min walk. Overall a plesant stay.

When I saw the price was 200USD, I thought it per night, but no, it was the total for three nights! There is a restaurant where we had our breakfast each morning, and a spa and nail parlor inside the hotel. Rooms were fine, air-conditioned and clean. Not much bathroom accessories so remember to bring your own stuff, ladies. Bed was comfortable, simple housekeeping daily, Wifi fine. What I loved most was the location. It's a five minutes walk from One Nimman, where all the cute shops and restaurants are. The area is quiet, safe, and walkable. Would stay again.

- 980hillm (8/5): Comfortable and luxurious hotel, with delightful staff! - To begin with, this is an exceptionally nice hotel and they have truly gone to great lengths to keep it that way! So with that being said, you will not be disappointed staying here and you will definitely be comfortable! The bed was very comfortable and we did not want to get up! The breakfasts were delicious and easy to navigate. Their omelettes were spectacular! I’d definitely recommend getting on of those! I will also say that given our situation at check in (an unfortunate stomach issue caused by another place) the staff were very accommodating and understanding. They helped us to clear up an issue with the reservation and made our stay very enjoyable! Only small issue we had was with an unpleasant smell from the restroom (smelled like sulfur) which seemed to persist across the 3 days we were there. I have no doubt it was a fluke but all the same, it did stand out a bit. Overall, that minor hiccup only minorly takes away from what was otherwise a delightful stay!

The noise level in the room from motorbikes and tuk tuks was very high. We found it difficult to get sleep at any time of day or night. The duty manager offered us a quieter room, but given that we were already on the 7th floor, we did not see that this would help much. Its a flaw of the hotel building. We checked out 2 nights early due to the noise in the room. The hotel did not refund us.

- Saran (6/5): - This is my review for the second night, after asking the housemaid to fix the strong bathroom smell. Unfortunately, the odor didn’t go away and got even worse when using the bathroom. The smell was clearly coming from the drain, and while the housemaid noticed it, it was beyond her control. This should be handled by the maintenance team. Another issue was the loud noise in the morning from a worker drilling and hammering on the wall. I peeked through the door and could tell that every sound echoed straight into the room—the walls did nothing to block it. It was so loud that it completely disrupted my rest. I called the front desk, and after that, the noise slowly died down. The receptionist apologized, which I appreciated. I get that the staff outside might not have realized the room was occupied, which is why they allowed the noisy work. But overall, this was poor management—from the lingering bathroom odor to the loud disturbances in the morning.

- Saran (6/5): - This hotel is my top choice when visiting Chiang Mai—I have stayed here over ten times. I always enjoyed the white tea scent in the lobby and hallway. However, this time the atmosphere was different. The white tea vibe was gone, the laundry bag was missing, and some bathroom items were not there. I noticed a strong smell coming from the bathroom vent when I opened the door, and the smell still persists despite the housemaid saying it would be fixed.

We were so happy with the location of this hotel, as well as the amazing staff (shoutout to LJ and Junior who went above and beyond to assist us). Upon sitting on the bed I was initially shocked at how firm it was but I must say, I had 9 nights of the best sleep I've ever had! So did my husband as we are both middle aged with bad backs so this level of firmness was a revelation. Fantastic bed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and a highlight for us, was the rooftop pool. We spent many an afternoon (often the only ones) swimming, reading and sunning ourselves way up high in the gloriously sunny Chiang Mai sky. We didn't want to leave! So many wonderful restaurants and bars were in walking distance for our breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. (See my reviews for recommendations). As well as Maya Department store and hundreds of other fantastic stores for some retail therapy. We'd highly recommend Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai and hope to return again one day. PS. Appreciated the Christmas stocking of goodies left by Santa on our door Christmas morning <3

- anc1991 (6/5): Pictures are deceiving - The whole hotel is very poorly finished, shower and pool especially. We had to call down to get the room cleaned twice. The pool area is so uninviting. No cushions on beds/very few beds, pool with no ladder! It was fine for the price and well located but I wouldn’t stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and quiet, but don't go for the gym - Pros: Clean Rooms and Comfortable Bed: The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed, though we did request smaller pillows, as the ones provided were too thick. Friendly Staff and Quick Service: The staff were polite and very helpful, providing fast service throughout our stay. Pool: My wife enjoyed the pool, which was clean and nice for a quick dip during the day when it was empty. However, it’s quite small and would be crowded with more than a few people. Cons: Bathroom Issues: Our bathroom had an unpleasant, persistent odor that detracted from the experience. I also slipped on the wet shower floor, cutting my foot on a rusty trash can that needs replacing. Tiny “Gym”: I chose this hotel for its advertised "gym," which turned out to be the disappointment. It’s the size of a bathroom, filled with three large machines (one treadmill that was out of order) and a single bench with a few dumbbells. The only floor space was occupied by a guest doing air squats, making it impossible for more than one person to exercise comfortably. Needless to say, I couldn’t use the gym. Limited Cafe Service: The hotel’s cafe at the front was closed in the morning, which was inconvenient. I had to leave the hotel to find coffee each day. Location Challenges: Grab drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, and I missed a meeting because of the delays. Overall, while the rooms are comfortable and the staff pleasant, the hotel facilities could use improvement.

Aircon was a bit too cold even after turning temp up. The gym is a waste of space and the pool area very small. 5 people and it’s crowded. It’s in a great area but next time we will go to our usual hotel.

- chenbob (8/5): Nice hotel in Nimman - The hotel location was superb, in the heart of Nimman easily to walk around the Nimman area and to Maya shopping mall. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room and the bed was clean and comfy. The pool was beautiful and on the rooftop which you can enjoy the mountain view which I really liked. The staff was ok. The only downside for me for this stay was the view of the room. The hotel had the big golden thing in front of the hotel building which cover like 1/4 . My room was far at the end so I had window but saw nothing and no view at all. So try asking them for a room with the view not the one behind the golden thing.

This hotel at least right now in off season is popular for Chinese tourist so breakfast was Chinese food, which frankly was a nice break from all the western and thai food.

Breakfast was largely cooked Asian, with some fruit, eggs and cereals. Good location for eateries and bars and scooter rental.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern feel in the interior deco. Nice roof top pool to cool down from the afternoon heat.

Also assigned a room with no view (block by the building structure). Such room should not be assign unless approval is seek. Afterall a full price is paid same like other room. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Breakfast spread is acceptable but nothing to shout out. Location is near 1 Nimman Mall.

- Jay (8/5): - A lot of mold in the shower that we are not accustomed to. Also we did not receive room service on the 24th of January and found it just easier to purchase some toiletries and water from seven eleven cuz several times over the course of our stay we had to address it to front desk to get our room serviced. Otherwise the hotel was very contemporary and conveniently located! The bed mattress was super comfortable but view outside our room was extremely dissapointing though as we stared at a rundown and abandoned building as apposed to a view of the city. Nevertheless, we were overall very pleased with our stay considering the price range. Just need to attend to better timely room service and some maintenance in shower!

Breakfast was pretty good nothing to complain about. Rooms were a little humid at times but only when we would return from outside. I would come back here again.

Once I arrived at the hotel, Judy and her great team offered remarkable hospitality especially frequently checking with us throughout our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The convenient location allowed us to access to numerous attractions and entertainments within walking distance. Moreover, Judy arranged accommodation for mistakes I made in the booking. The gym is very small, not well air conditioned and some of the equipment isn’t working. The rooms are not totally soundproof.
