- Timothy (9/5): Busan is a wonderful city and Adela is prefectly located. - The location was great with nice views of Busan city. Its was a short walk to a main shopping district, and metro station. A bus stop is also close by. The island (Yeongdo-gu) has lots of things to visit too. The hotel does have lots of tour bus visitors, so in the morning the Lifts are often full. Early, or better, a late breakfast avoids the rush

- Elias (10/5): Perfect location - The breakfast is not bad, but the location is amazing and the neighbourhood is peaceful, because just at the west of the building, there is a police station. There is a Lotte just 5 min walking, to the north, and it has all you need. Under the Lotte, there is a metro station that connects you everywhere easily. On weekends, on the street located at the east of the building, there are little carts of street food that are amazing and with incredibly friendly people. The views of the restaurant, which is located in the floor 24, are amazing. Nothing to remark

- kylie (5/5): While the beds were comfortable and we had a good view of the water and city from our room the facilities were disappoin - The beds were comfortable and the location was good. The staff were very helpful. The toilet blocked and wouldn’t flush. The laundry room had broken machines which had flooded the floor so we couldn’t do our laundry. The breakfast wasn’t great but was served in a beautiful dining room.
- SATOMI (9/5): - 橋を渡るだけでロッテモール、南浦駅があり、チャガルチ市場、国際市場、BIFF広場など歩いて動きやすいので、立地がいいと思った。 部屋からは海辺が見えるし、２２階の高層階だったので夜景もきれいだった。 エレベーターが偶数階、奇数階に停まる設定だったので、時間によってなかなかエレベーターが来ないこともあるので、時間に余裕を持った方がいいかもしれない。

- Andrea (4/5): - Pictures and descriptions provided by staff was completely underwhelming and did not justify the actually state of the property. Firstly, the elevator situation was extremely inconvenient. Having 3 elevators (2 of which were odd and even floors only) for 24 floors for so many people was ridiculous. It would take 15 min at times because the only 1 option would be full, so we would have to wait for another elevator. It was crazy and made the hotel experience worse. In addition, the room itself was not at its optimal cleanliness and when we first went in, the wifi and the TV didn’t work. They fixed it quickly though. Lastly, the laundry room was also really inconvenient as you had to take 2 separate elevators and there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for 24 floors of people staying in one hotel. Will not return, but hopefully other people had better experiences.

- Jocelyn (9/5): - 樓下就是CU很方便，但附近沒什麼餐廳，要過影島大橋才熱鬧。 飯店走到捷運站需經過影島大橋，天氣熱走那段路有一點累，尤其是在樂天瘋狂採買後，二手提著滿滿購物袋走過大橋回飯店更覺得累人。如果能訂到地鐵南浦站對面的那幾間飯店會更好。

- Sharon (9/5): Location...location....location - The room was big and clean. It had a great view of the port and many bridges. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. But the winning value here is Location! It was right in front of the Yongdodaegyo bridge that lifts up for 15 mins once a weekday....I think Tuesday...for big ships to pass. It was also a nice walkable distance from the Jalgachi market (total tourist trap IMO, but another story for another day) and the BIFF square, where they have street food and stores. A Starbucks is also right outside next to the bridge. Save your money and get breakfast outside. It wasn't worth it. They had a few western options like scrambled and bacon but even the Korean breakfast options like rice, beef, abalone soup just didn't hit it. The pork or was it beef was too oily. Fruits which I was looking forward to were limited...just orange slices. I don't even remember what they offered as a cereal or even if there was one. Also, breakfast is until 10 AM but last entry is at 9:30 AM...so if you're a late breakfast/brunch kind of person....you'll miss it but you'll be doing yourself a service. All in all....save your money

- Sandra (8/5): Great comfortable hotel for short stay in BUSAN. - Clean and Comfortable twin room with great views of the water. Bathroom facilities are great. Easy walking distance to a variety of tourist spots. Little convenience store next door is wonderful for drinks, snacks, light breakfast etc. View from rooftop is amazing. This hotel can be slightly confusing as the building has two hotels- Northern Hotel and ADELA Hotel . The lifts can be very crowded and busy particularly on a weekend.

- Sonya (10/5): - It’s a few minutes from the subway and there’s a bus station right in front of the hotel. The police station is across the bridge. It was clean, and offers food all day. I didn’t have breakfast at hotel but it’s $17 a day. The elevator gets really busy in the morning but they have a spa and free laundry. I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. I was a solo traveller and the front desk was helpful and conscientious.

- Anna-maria (8/5): Great sea view - We stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view, which was lovely. You can even enjoy the view also from the bathtub! The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. There is a CU convenience store on the ground floor of the building, which is handy. The location is also good, nearby the famous BIFF square where you can enjoy food and shops. The bed was very comfortable. There is a big TV with netflix. Early check-in possible only foe a fee, even if rooms are available. This is strange (most hotels ws've been in are have been happy to provide room upgrades or early check in for free, provided that such are available).
- Elend (6/5): Pleasant - View, location (near bus stop and metro station) The big windows of the bathroom make the room bright whenever the lights turned on, even in the midnight and annoying everyone. Only 3 elevators for this 24-story building, always waiting… Couldn’t clean up our room on time.

- Sarah (1/5): Disappointing - Location was good The hotel is incredibly run down with damage to walls, towels with holes and stains and stained carpets. The advert states the hotel has aircon but it doesn’t work in certain months so the room was stuffy and had an odour to it.

- Emilie (3/5): Not great - The biggest issue in my opinion was the lack of cleanliness, the carpeted floor was not vaccummed regularly. My bedroom had a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The staff was kind enough to let me change room the following day - there was still sewage smell, but not as strong. You cannot flush toilet paper, but have to throw it in a trash bin. The quality of the food of the breakfast buffet was poor. The staff at reception, while nice, didn't speak English fluently - which is quite strange in the hospitality industry. The gym was very dirty, I used it 4 days in a row and the floor remained with the same dirt. Half of the equipment was out of order. The only good thing is the location: in a quiet area close to downtown Busan. Lots of buses coming by.
- Jia Yang (10/5): Affordable Hotel with Good Location - Hotel is nice and comfortable with a very good location. Just 3 to 5 mins walk away from Lotte Mall and a busy shopping street where u can get all the best food and shopping. For the rate, this is definitely a good choice.
- Ekaterina (8/5): Very nice place to stay with an outstanding Harbor view - The staff is very friendly and willing to help. My room was nice and had a view exactly as it was on the pictures, I really enjoyed the view It’s easily to notice that the hotel was renamed multiple times - it created certain discomfort, when you see multiple logos everywhere. Also some things pretty old and need some small repairs. The toughest part was the elevators which go only to even and odd floors each - which obviously creates lines. Aircon doesn’t work in winter (but I could open the window), in summer - heater is not available. Also the windows are not fully adjusted, so the wind makes a lot of noise in upper floor

- Andrea (2/5): Worst hotel - The room is very worse for wear (not like pictures at all). The headboard had visible staining, AC was not work properly (was hot) and hotel amenities did not get refreshed. The feel of the rooms also were not cozy like other hotels. The makeup of the room was subpar (bed was not made properly - sheets not fitted, duvet not straightened, etc) and the hotel building was a mix of maybe 2-3 other hotels and so the wait for the lift is long as it had 24 floors. The room also had different branding of the other hotels (North Harbour hotel and Midi Hotel) so it was apparent that they kind of just slapped furniture together. Kind of made you confused to be honest. Also when using taxi/bus, they sometimes don’t want to drop you off at the hotel as it is on a busy street and they can’t do a U-turn, so its really inconvenient especially since we travelled with a baby. The view was nice though as you got a view of the harbour and downstairs had a CU convenience store - that’s probably about the only good things about this hotel. I would not come back.
- Ariane (8/5): - Hotel Adela is located in an older building along with one other hotel that seems to manage a small portion of the floors. You can easily get to most tourist destinations from here via the nearby bus stop. The nearest subway station is across the bridge, which was inconvenient during our visit in the dry/windy winter. Self laundry was available for free in the basement floor but was time consuming. Furthermore, the dryers did not dry our clothes well despite running for more than 2 hours on normal dry mode. Staff was helpful in providing an extra room key when we lost one of ours while sightseeing. Convenience store on ground level is helpful. Cleaning services left a bag of new towels and water outside our door when we left our "do not disturb" sign on.

- Carla (8/5): Very good - Very good location... just at end of bridge crossing to Lotte Mall, Gwangbok-ro and nearby BIFF Square, Jagalchi market, Busan Tower and Yongdusan Park. Nice view too of Busan from Penthouse park and resto. Hotel seems old, carpet not very clean and bathroom is tight

Bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Nice and reasonably priced breakfast buffet with a view. Central heating was too hot during winter, can’t adjust the temperature, luckily there’s a window that opens but still not enough. Facilities is a bit old and elevators are quite slow

- Aaron (7/5): Nice Views and Good Location - The view of the harbor was beautiful! It's fairly central and a 15-20 min taxi to the train station. The beds were comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful! There was a weird smell in the bathroom that we thought was coming from the pipes. After airing out the room it got better but since it was only one night we didn't bother the staff about it. Might have been a flook.
- Johan (8/5): Great hotel with a couple of minor downsides. - Great location, good room and bathroom sizes and helpful staff! Free clothes washing and drying facilities which is very helpful for travellers! The hotel only has three lifts and depending on which floor you were on, you could only use. During peak hours, the lifts were extremely busy and it took a long time to use the lifts. The rooms that faced the afternoon sun got very hot, and because the hotel only has central AC, you cannot cool the room down.
- Max (8/5): Very good - One of the best views in Busan from the top level restaurant. Location is good at entry of Yeongdo Island with Lotte department store in walking distance and a legendary pojiangmacha nearby. Lifts are slow and long waiting times when it’s busy.

There are many restaurants in walking distance as well as metro and bus stations. All in all very good value for the price per night. The building is generally in need of renovation.

- Reegan (4/5): - This hotel was just average. Upon arriving in the evening, one hotel staff member was short and snippy for no reason when checking in. They proceeded to get annoyed when we couldn't get the keycard to work because the floor written on our card was the wrong one. The room itself absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and the cleaning service wasn't until the late afternoon, a very inconvenient time. The restaurant inside the hotel appeared shut down. The buffet lunch was quite good with amazing views on the 24th floor, those staff were excellent. At the end of the day, it got the job done for what it is, but it felt a bit very overpriced for what we got. 2/5

First of all, hotel is identified as 3 different names and this could be misleading when you are trying to locate the building. Here are my pros and cons: - Lobby is small and very busy with limited sitting. - Hotel room looked nothing like the photos on Expedia website… tears and stains on wallpapers, dirty carpet and they provide towers that look and feel like they’ve been used for years. - Hallways are dark with limited lights. - Elevators are very slow. - Good view of a bridge and ocean We ended up moving to a different hotel. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a refund since their cancellation policy doesn’t allow it. However our family was happy that we moved to a different hotel and enjoyed our time in Busan.

Menu options were limited in the Restaurant menu.....But food was yummy Better working knowledge of English necessary for the hotel staff and at the reception.
