• Bill (9/5): Weekend breakaway - The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious. The activity center was centrally located with all amenities in one location. We requested a first floor room but we still had 3 steps to climb. Thank goodness for an elevated walkway otherwise there would be more steps to navigate. We had called in advance to make the adjustment to no avail. We did notice several other rooms with walkways and no stairs. The resort is three stories without elevators so if you want a first floor, make sure you call them in advance. And if you need handicap accessible make sure you mention that to them. The ice maker in the room made 8 ice cubes in a 2 hour window. According to the directions on the ice maker it would take 3 days to fill the ice basket. We went to Big Y and bought ice. There were no handrails getting into the shower and once you turn the shower on, the floor is super slippery. The activity center, though centrally located, can be accessed by a maze of stairs from the upper floors where we were staying or you can drive to the area and park your car.
• Lisa (9/5): Wonderful stay! - The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were great! Our suite was immaculate and beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!!! It would be very nice if there was complimentary coffee and tea carts, and maybe lemonade or hot chocolate for kids) in the different buildings. It just adds a welcoming feeling.

Could use some updating in the unit but overall no issues. The two floor setup was nice as it gave privacy for the person on the sofa bed. The BEST sofa bed I have ever used. Comfortable and great bedding/pillows. Didn't use the activities center but it looked great for kids. Would definitely return.

• cjones49 (10/5): Very well maintained resort - We have stayed here before and since the last time we were here the property has been completely renovated and beautifully landscaped! The 2-bedroom units are on one level and we prefer that. We did have to walk up one level to get to our unit but had a beautiful view of the hillsides. This resort is for all age groups with many activities to enjoy including movies, mini-golf, and shuffleboard just to name a few. Complementary laundry is also available in a central location. The units are roomy, comfortable beds and good linens, along with ample kitchen with basic needs. The area is full of history with museums, hiking trails, falls and numerous places to eat all fairly close by. A grocery store and Outlet Store complex in within a few miles too. A great area to explore and enjoy the outdoors!

• Smith (10/5): Beautiful getaway from NYC - I came here for mother's day weekend with my family and it was a time! We had a great time. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. I don't experience all the amenities but we did get to check out karaoke night at the beartree bar and that was a blast! The bartender and DJ were so much fun and we all made friends that night! Definitely will be returning! Highly recommended.
• Coastal758157 (2/5): Sucked - Started out fine. New people came above us 3 days later. They were running and banging when they walked that the ceiling fan was shaking. Called front desk to ask them to intervene. They told me I could deal with it or move. It lasted until midnight when I called security. They did something about it. Had to do it every night. But I was the bad guy. Ever since Holiday Inn took over, this place has gone downhill fast. Have been coming here since 1998. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Different activities for the kids. Things are a bit pricey if you want to buy them at the resort for convenience but it was a fun stay with the family.

• Jnaye (5/5): I would never stay here again - The amenities were okay but closing the arcade and movie theater at 7pm is very early for ones on vacation and traveling from out of town. The pools were very cold, the rooms were out dated, the staff were very rude and ignorant. There were so many spiders and lady bugs in our room, the children were scared the entire stay. The food is horrible and over priced. No way a hot dog and icee should cost $17.

• grandkidfun (8/5): escaping the blizzard 2026 - oak n spruce Lee, MA we have stayed at this property several times but usually in warmer weather, Our unit was okay Kitchen area was a little smaller than we have had in the past Oven was not clean which I do not understand as it is a self cleaning oven instead they tried to clean it with oven cleaner and left a lot of residue so you could not use it smelled awfull when turned on so I took the time to clean with the sellf clean method after cleaning it was useable which was good most of the food we brought I need the oven unit was a 2 bedroom 2 baths with a pullout sofa bed so could sleep 6 if needed TVs were on the small stize and there was a balacony with a nice view I would stay again we did not use the pools this time but they are nice has a movie thearther too which we did not use this time would go again but I like warmer weather

• Jennefer0711 (4/5): Not what we expected - The apt was very clean but small. There is no washer or dryer in the apt although they do provide a free laundry which is in another building and a hassle overall. If your there for a week only your allowed one free set of clean towels if you have any issues and need more it's 12 dollars or you can go and wash it your self which mean you will be buying soap and driving to the laundry and waiting 2 hours to have it washed. The area has nothing to do and everything closes early definitely do not recommend. Further more the master bedroom has a very abnormal bathroom the tub is next to the bed and the sink in the room the only thing that has a door is the toilet. And to finish it off the rooms have no curtains only blinds which means the room is extremely bright as soon as the sun starts rising.

• RecreationV (10/5): Happy We Stayed Here - I had reserved several units for my family. We requested , in advance, to have these units near each other. This was accommodated perfectly. Thank you! We arrived late and checked in with security, he was so pleasant and accommodating, again, thank you. We used the washing machines at the laundry center, all good. We also used the swimming pools several times, kids were vey happy. We also just happened to be in the Rec Center when there was a balloon specialist, kids loved this and showed off their balloon animals for days. As for the units, although this is an older resort, everything seemed well maintained. All the kitchen appliances worked well, the furniture was clean and in good condition and the bed comfortable. Conveniently located to multiple ski areas and museums.

• Jonathan (10/5): Full of fun and relaxation. - The property was very clean and spacious and comfortable. For today’s straight we had issues with the fire alarm that would go off for no reason. On the second day the maintenance man replaced one of the alarms and the problem was resolved.

• Jessica (5/5): It was just "okay" - It's a great place to stay with family or older couples Frig was warm. The ice maker took 24hours to get 4 cubes of ice. Only half of the stove worked. There were dead bugs on my floor both in the kitchen and bathrooms. I was on the lower level so carrying luggage down stairs was fun and the people up above me were loud until 9:45pm and 6:10am both days.

• Kristi (10/5): I enjoyed it and will be back - Everything in our unit was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet after 10. I had to pay $10 a day for the game room, pool and exercise room. I feel like the price I paid was enough and I shouldn't have to pay to use the pool and the arcade room. They make money when people play. I only stayed 2 days so it wasn't a lot of money but if someone has a longer stay that adds up.

• Melanie (9/5): Great little getaway! - The room (really an apartment) was spacious and provided all that we needed. The property has a lot of amenities that are easy to access. The hotel is located within an easy drive to restaurants, groceries, and local shops. It was freezing when we were there, but we were warm inside and happy to be able to cook in the room when we didn't want to go out in the cold.
• Theresa (10/5): Beautiful Snowy Berkshire Getaway - Huge two bedroom full kitchen condo set up - was a surprise since we didn’t read the fine print & expected just a typical two beds in one room hotel room! The kitchen was great for a friends’ getaway for making breakfast and putting yummy snacks together for movie watching when we weren’t out exploring the Norman Rockwell museum, Stockbridge, and Lenox. It was postcard beautiful with perfect New England snow this weekend. Super clean sparkling bathroom, great water pressure for hot showers— very comfortable beds. We were VERY satisfied- without even needing to explore the listed resort amenities (pools, activity center, movies, arts & crafts sessions etc)— hope to be back with family to do these! Not a thing!

• Melanie (9/5): Relaxing stay - The bed was very comfortable. Our unit was spacious and clean. The amenities for cold winter days were wonderful and welcomed. The staff checked in often and supplied what we needed.
