- Celestine (10/5): A wonderful stay in Fira Santorini - It’s a wonderful stay in Iriana. Communications was smooth and fast response. They will arrange a strong guy to meet at the road when alight from transfer car and he helped us carry our 2 big luggage to room, good to prepare some tips, Check in staff are friendly. My room was not ready when we arrived , but they gave us a free welcome drink in their lovely cafe with spectacular view. The room was huge and with very high ceiling. They provide bathrobes and slipper which is nice. Only thing is no coffee machine and tv is small in living area with no Netflix streaming channels. The room I booked has a mini heated pool with jets. It has direct access from bathroom but the steps are narrow and steep which can be quite dangerous. Pool can also be access from outside patio area. Only thing is there’s public walkway directly in front of it so people a see you when you’re using the jet pool. We love the hotel serves breakfast to your room at your preferred time. We were happy that they gave us the breakfast the night before our departure as we have to check out at 630am to catch our early ferry. I will recommend this hotel as its central and has amazing ocean view in Fira. You need to be physically fit to this hotel too as there are steep steps to and from room. I stayed in Oia before coming to Fira and I feel the sunset is better in Oia. I feel Fira has more chill and party vibes. Also, Fira has more shopping than Oia and are more affordable.

It’s just a short walk from the bus stop, making it easy to get around Santorini and explore other parts of the island. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel also has its own café and restaurant, which was a nice bonus when we didn’t feel like going out. The food was good, and it was nice to relax there after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Fira, especially if you want easy access to transportation and helpful service.

- Andrea (10/5): - Wow, what a spectacular place. If anybody I knew was planning a trip to Santorini I would tell them to book Ariana (specifically the Cave Executive Suite) and don't waste their time checking out other options. The staff at Ariana were over-the-top wonderful and really treated us with incredible kindness, carrying our luggage to up and down the stairs to our flat, serving us welcome drinks, bringing our breakfasts each morning and always welcoming us when we arrived back etc. The breakfasts were great with lots of choices. We stayed in the Cave Executive Suite which blew our minds in terms of uniqueness. I was surprised it had 2 bathrooms. The private tub was accessible from inside our flat and also from our little porch area. I was afraid the water would be too hot in the summer (August) but they kept the temperature turned down slightly so it felt refreshing but still warm. Bonus that it was all shaded given the August heat. Our breakfast deck also had a padded lounge area for us to relax on. We watched the sunset every night from there, avoiding the crowds. Things to know: there are A LOT of steps you have to go down to get to this suite (80 - 90) and there are steps to the 2nd bedroom within the suite. The bonus of this is that the tranquility of our private deck, despite being right in the heart of the bustling Fira night-life. We could hear music from certain locations but not voices out on our deck at night. Totally quiet on the inside and air-conditioned.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the central bus station, making it very convenient for exploring Santorini. The suites are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities. Staff are professional, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations and arrangements. - Erika (10/5): Amazing Experience! - We had an INCREDIBLE time at Iriana Suites. This was hands down the best hotel I ever stayed at! The staff was incredible and went above and beyond for us. The location was awesome, 2 minutes from the busses. The view was out of this world! The rooms are exactly as advertised. The pictures of the suites were so nice and the price was so great that we thought we were going to get scammed, but the rooms were exactly as advertised. We would go again in a heartbeat. We wish we were still there!

They let us check in early and in the morning before our taxi to the ferry they provided breakfast for us even before they opened. The staff was absolutely great.

- Daniel (10/5): - This place was AWESOME. Our honeymoon suite with hot tub room was 2 levels below the restaurant and had the most gorgeous view. Bed was new and super comfy, the room wasn’t big, but big enough for the 2 of us and the shower was cool in the cave. AC was great and hot tub was amazing. Included breakfast was delicious with an huge variety to choose from and we ate outside on the table next to the hot tub every morning, staring at the sea and landscape. Paradise. The price was very reasonable and we didn’t expect this level of beauty and comfort. Used the hot tub a lot too. Staff were amazing, especially Krystallia, who helped us with just about everything. The location is perfect as it’s right in the heart of Fira, yet the rooms were super quiet (this was our concern but it worked out and we never heard a peep from the action happening above us). Great spot and worth every penny!

This was the best place for sunset viewing - so much so that we skipped watching from Oia.

- Isao (10/5): - We stayed at Iriana Suites in April 2025, and it was amazing. Iriana reached out to us prior to our stay to arrange airport pickup for a fee. This made it convenient, and right when we got to the hotel, we were “wowed” with the spectacular views. When we checked in, we were shown to our room, which was well designed, well layed out, and grand feeling. We stayed at Iriana’s for 3 nights, and the service provided was top notch. It felt like all the hotel employees knew us, and provided the highest level of service. Warm private pool which you can access right from the bathroom and have all to yourself with views of the caldera and ocean - who could ask for more. We have already decided that the next time we come back to Santorini we will be staying at Iriana’s!

Kevin is their main star, he went to the parking area to collect my luggage’s and went up a lot of stairs to accommodate us. We got an amazing room overview the port where you can see all the ships arriving. This hotel is located in the heart of Fira with a very cool bar with delicious bites and drinks. The room was spacious and got a jacuzzi (cold water) in the balcony. We will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to friends and family. Kudos for an amazing service provided by Kevin!!!

They were very responsive on the lead up to our stay, we arranged a pick up service through them (would recommend as they meet you down the hill & carry your bags!!), the service was impeccable from arrival to departure - shout out to Kevin. But most importantly - the location !!! Stunning views & we booked a room with a plunge pool. My advice - do the same & don’t bother leaving the property. The breakfast on the balcony was a super special touch. We loved every minute.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Iriana Suites was an amazing place with amazing views of the Caldera (wonderful restaurant/bar)! From the moment we arrived until we departed, we had a wonderful experience. They arranged transportation from & to the airport which was clearly communicated and on time. The staff helped with our luggage. We were provided complimentary welcome drinks and a bottle of wine. Iriana Suites also provided complimentary bottled water and a complimentary drink on our last night! Breakfast was included and delivered on time with a wide selection. The staff was amazing & friendly - always working, cleaning, and catering to the guests. When we awoke one day to a cloudy, rainy day, the staff quickly found us a private tour guide to take us to places around the island. We had a 2 floor, 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a hot tub that was accessible from inside and outside. The room was roomy and very clean. They even provided toothbrush and shaving kits! The only improvements I can mention is more space in bathrooms to place toiletries, brighter lights at bathroom sinks, and the hot tub water temp was not very hot (although we did not ask if it could be turned up). Overall, Iriana Suites was a wonderful place, and we would definitely stay there again!

When we were dropped off in Thira, someone from the hotel met us and carried our bags to the hotel and to our rooms. He then gave us free cocktails. Our room was gorgeous with a private hot tub that overlooked the caldera. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at the time we requested. We were able to eat outside and look at the sea every morning. The room was great. The shower was huge and the place was immaculate. The staff is the best too. They were so very very friendly and helpful. They went way out of their way to help us. This hotel is in a great location as well. Please stay here. You will not regret it!

You can have your pick of being in your quiet view with amazing view or being in the busy hustle of things. We stayed in first week of April, which isn't busy season yet, so I can't speak to how busy it is during high season. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly always asking and making sure we had everything we needed.
- Yew Meng (10/5): Highly Recommended Stay in Fira - We made the best choice by staying at this suites for our 3 nights stay. The Service is excellent and we were taken care from the moment we arrived. We opted to stay in the 4 bed suites with our family of 4, the room is huge and high ceiling, make it very refreshing even without the air con. The heated mini pool is the highly of the room with a magnificent view of the Caldera. We are just stay in the pool whole day. The breakfast is served at the room with a good variety of options. We love the breakfast with the view every morning. The location is very good for easy access to restaurants and shops. The bus terminal is just 5 mins walk away. I would give it a 10/10 for all staying at this place. Great team!!

Long story short, this place has the best staff, best location, best service, and of course the best views / sunset you could get in Fira. It’s very close to everything and walking distance to the best restaurants, shops and bus-station. The sunset views are so amazing that you don’t want to go anywhere else. In fact I had Couple sunsets restaurants booked in OIA months ahead and couldn’t wait to get back to my hotel every day I went out to see the sunset and get the best drinks ever! I would like to shout out few of staff I got amazing service from / I got chance to ask their names ! Marirena, Argyro, & Kevin you guys are amazing. I hope I get to come back soon ❤️😍

Staff were very warm and very welcoming, they prepared our room so beautifully for our anniversary and a lovely cake and drinks for a birthday celebration for high was so nice. Sunsets were amazing.
