• Michael (9/5): Toll - Sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht, tolle Sauna- an der Rezeption gibt es Aromen für einen Aufguss, gemütlicher Kamin, sehr freundliches Personal Die Sauna war ein bisschen klein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, kein Punkt Abzug dafür 😊

• Erik (9/5): Mooie cabin in een prachtige omgeving en een leuk dorp waar ook een fijne supermarkt bleek te zijn. - Het huisje is van grote kwaliteit, goede bedden, stevige niet krakende deuren en trap, restaurant Luis was uitstekend! Lekker gegeten paar keer. Het personeel is geweldig aardig en verdiend de hoogste waardering! Er was 1 ding wat ons tegenviel en dat was dat er in het huisje geen fijn zittende bank was en ook geen comfortabele stoel(en). Houten banken rond de tafel, krap! En een overbodig bed in de kamer op de plek waar wij heen graag dus een fijne bank hadden gehad. Als je het huisje verhuurd aan zes personen en dat bed dus nodig hebt is het helemaal krap met zijn zessen rond die houten tafel op die houten banken. Huisje qua grootte voor 4 personen perfect maar voor meer niet naar ons idee. Kortom we willen comfortabel zitten in dat verder fijne huisje.

• Thomas (9/5): Super - Alles Online möglich, vom Check-In bzw -Out, bis hin zur Brötchenbestellung. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Resort liegt zwar am Ortseingang, trotz alledem ist alles gut und fußläufig erreichbar. Für intensive Saunagänger ist die Finnische Sauna etwas schwer zu bedienen. Es gibt keine Ofensteine (keine sichtbaren Ofen), sondern nur einen Trichter für das Aufgusswasser, der aber schnell überläuft.

• Maria (9/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und auch sehr gut zum Wandern gelegen. Die Sauna in der Unterkunft ist klein, aber 2 Personen passen auf jeden Fall rein. Es gibt diverse Services, wie bspw. Frühstück, die man gegen Aufpreis dazu buchen kann und ein hauseigenes Restaurant ist in der Nähe. Die Checkin-Zeit ist mit 16:00 spät angesetzt, zumal wenn der Check-out bereits um 10:00 ist. Die Preise im Restaurant empfanden wir als recht hoch.

• Thamsen (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Freunde oder Familie - Sehr gemütliches,gut ausgestattetes Haus für 3 Paare. Schöne Terrasse am Haus und so gelegen, dass wir direkt zur Brockenwanderung starten konnten. Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Im Ort selbst ist leider gar nichts los...Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände war aber ok.

• Tessa (9/5): Geweldige accommodatie voor (mid)week met je hond - Fantastisch, schoon, knus, stil en luxe huisje, we waanden ons in Zweden! De foto’s komen precies overeen met de werkelijkheid. De huisjes zijn allemaal net verschillend. Prachtige moderne badkamer, keuken zeer goed uitgerust, we misten niks. Ook fijn dat er buiten 2 ligbedden waren en een picknicktafel. Wij hadden goed weer maar kan me voorstellen dat het uitnodigt om de houtblokken in de haard aan te steken. Voor onze hond was er een voer en drinkbak aanwezig en een kleine verrassing, superleuk! We hebben ook een vos en herten gespot in de schemering. Het dorpje Schierke is wat oubollig maar ontzettend heerlijk gegeten bij de Italiaan en villa Bodenblick en ook 2x uitgebreid vers ontbijt bij restaurant Luis en 2x lekker ‘s avonds gegeten. In de supermarkt op 1,5km hebben ze bijna alles. Op 10 minuten rijden ligt het plaatsje Braunlage, dat oogt wat frisser! De houten zithoek is heel gezellig maar iets dikkere zitkussens was prettiger geweest. Verder hadden we ook liever een comfortabele bank gehad of twee fauteuils dan het bed wat nu in de zitkamer staat.
• Melanie (10/5): - Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und würden immer wieder dorthin. Die Häuser sind praktisch und sauber. Der Hund wird da herzlich Willkommen geheißen und auch an die Kinder wird gedacht. Die Lage ist super! Beim Preis kommen Familien schon an ihre Grenzen
• Sandy (8/5): Schöner Wanderurlaub - Sehr schönes sauberes Chalet mit Sauna und Kamin. Retaurant gut , kann man schön sitzen. Bahnhof im Ort, Sommerrodelbahn im Ort. Lademöglichkeit für E- Auto. Brötchenservice. Die Töpfe waren nicht gut. Bisschen mehr Kochuntensilien hätte ich mir gewünscht für den Preis.

• Mads (6/5): - Very nice place, great lodges, friendly staff, well equipped for children and a great location for seing harzen. But it is expensive. They will charge you 2.5 euro per person per day as an extra energi tax, which is not a part of the pricing on expedia. And a 'kur' tax, whatever that is. Childrens bed and baby chairs are also not included in the price (which I would expect from a 4 star, family friendly establishment). The breakfast is 18 euro per person per day and although it is a decent breakfast, its certsinly not that good. The same goes for the restaurent - decent food, but overprized. There is a fireplace in the lodges, but the wood costs ekstra. And the e-bikes are ridiculous 26 euro per day, so we skipped them (also, you can't get childrens seats for the bikes)

• Annsophie (8/5): Very good resort as long as no problems arise - The location, as well as the cabin itself, were wonderful. The pickup of the keys, along with the entrance, was easy and uncomplicated. The scenery around the cabin can be compared to a winter wonderland, and it was just beautiful. The sauna and the chimney, and the cozy areas were truly great. The stove in our cabin did not work, and after calling reception, the receptionist tried to help but did not seem too bothered about the problem. We had to stress several times that we would like some sort of solution as we could not cook anything for ourselves and especially asked to spend some quality time in the cabin and not in some restaurant. The receptionist quickly offered us a discount for its resort restaurant; besides this, no solution was provided. However, only because of the self-initiative of the resort's maintenance service could a proper solution be found - a single induction plate was given to us at 9 pm.

• Ole (10/5): Dejligt ophold i ny og velholdt hytte - Hytten fremstod ny, ren og velholdt. Værelserne var rummelige. En fin lille, privat (men ikke afskærmet) terrasse med møbler og udsigt til bjergene. I stuen var der en opredt madras, hvor man nok normalt ville forvente en sofa.
• Anette Falk (8/5): Lovely place in Harzen - Very nice and very clean houses. The breakfast was nice too. The beds were very hard. Be aware that the spa treatments are not available. When we checked out we got charged for the house one more time even though we already had paid through Hotels.com. The mistake was corrected after we realized we paid twice.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, die Lage genial. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, sämtliches Geschirr vom Vorgänger war widerlich verdreckt. Erstaunlich, da 70€ für Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sein Geld ebenfalls nicht ansatzweise wert. Im Schwesternhotel Torfhaus ist es deutlich besser. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht wirklich freundlich. Eher so neutral. Der Kunde stört.

• Susanne (10/5): Fantastisk ophold!!! - Fantastisk ophold! God service, flot og lækker hytte, smukke omgivelser, fint legerum inde og legeplads ude, og fin mad. Der er ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Kan klart anbefales.

(8/5): Een mooi schoon nieuw huis in prachtige omgeving. - Bij aankomst kregen we een boekje met kortingsbonnen waarmee je ook gratis met de bus kon, daar betaal je de toeristenbelasting 2,50 pppd voor. Wij hebben nog de HarzCard voor 4dgn voor 55 euro pp gekocht bij toeristen bureau waar je in vele groten, kabelbanen, musea, zwembaden, mijnen, dierentuinen, ijsbaan, kasteel enzv vrij toegang hebt. Je hoeft hem niet 4dgn achterelkaar te gebruiken. Wij hebben er veel gebruik van gemaakt. Handdoeken en theedoeken inbegrepen maar wil je schonen betaal je 1,5 per wissel. Zowel filterkoffiezet apparaat als senseo. Afwasblokjes en afwasmiddel aanwezig. Lucifers voor de haard meenemen. Heerlijke sauna, snel warm op zelfgekozen temperatuur. Huisje met 2 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met tv (ook beneden een tv), 2x douche incl shampoo en zeep en zowel boven als beneden wc. Geen bank maar wel een heerlijk matras (voor evt 6de gast) met kussens voor de tv. Bij gesloten ramen en deuren geen geluiden van buiten.
• family (8/5): well equipped and clean houses with mountain view - Very clean, new and comfortable spatious houses, very well equipped, beautiful view on mountains. Enough interesting things to do in the area for families. Well located on a mountain. Nearby village Schierke on walking distance. Park restaurant offers very good quality meals. We visited the park in August.
