- Selz (2/5): - Location. The man who cleaned the rooms was very nice and responsive but the poor facilities were beyond his control. The property. Dark. Dingy. Shabby. With bugs in the hallway. People hanging their clothes in the hallway.. walls dirty. Plaster peeling. Looked cheap and uncared for in terms of facilities improvements. It was like the owners really didn't care about the property

- Natalia (3/5): Quick in and out for a night if you must in that area - Nothing to like. Just a quick in and out for one night. Property was not cleaned properly. Fridge was with old food and dirty. Bathroom rug full of hair.

- Lee (3/5): Look elsewhere! Not worth the money. - No amenities provided. 2 coffee mugs and 2 wine glasses were all the utensils provided. The room was worn and not in good repair. The shower was dirty as was the floor of the room. Moldings were missing. Finishes were of sub par quality. The microwave was chipped and rusted on the inside. The hot water heated did not work no matter which way we set the on/off switch. 'Free parking' was either on the street or in the supermarket parking lot.

- Teresa (1/5): THIS PROPERRTY IS A SCAM/RIPOFF - This property is not a traditional place. For check in it requires downloading the Whatsapp. I paid $50.00 for a cab only to find out that I needed this app and could not download. I was stranded in the middle of Tel Aviv at 10:00 ALONE. Luckily I dragged my suitcase to a nearby AM/PM and they helped me call a cab to take me back to the airport. Another $50.00 cab ride. As soon as I got in the cab, I cancelled the reservation, which the Booking site said "cancel at any time". Needless to say, they have charged my credit card $94.12. Am disputing with the credit card bank.

- Alexander (1/5): Stay away from this place - Nothing Worst experience in years with booking.com. Everywhere dirt and neglect. Owners should be ashamed to charge more than 100 euros per night for such a hut!!!
- Arlan (8/5): A comfortable, convenient place to stay - The room is comfortable and warm, and I was able to find parking with a block or two. There was a strange protrusion in the ceiling over the toilet such that you would bump your head if you weren't quite careful. I don't know what it's purpose could possibly have been, but it is definitely a hazard.
- Sivan (10/5): Exceptional - Staying in the room was a delightful experience. The room was was tastefully designed. The bed was like a cloud, providing a peaceful night sleep. The room is located in the city center, close to shops and supermarkets. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located stay in the heart of Petah Tikva The building is old and needs renovation
