• jerzy (2/5): Jest mi przykro ,ze sytuacja byla jak w dalekiej azji - Lokalizacja 3 dni przed przyjazdem gospodarz podwyższył cenę o 40€ ….w rezerwacji wpisalem 1 os ale dalej dodałem że przyjezdzam z 4 wnukami ,nawet podalem wiek ….nikt nie wynajmuje mieszkania 3 pokojowego dla 1 osoby ….rezerwacja byla zrobiona 30 dni wcześniej
• Karin (1/5): Burglars in appartment stealing our stuff, host does not care at all. - Read below Burglars came into the appartment and stole our stuff. Door was locked and we were away for just 30-45 minutes. The host was rude and unhelpful, acting nonchalant and almost a bit suspicious. We locked the door, but someone came in without breaking anything. First the host tells us we must have not locked the door, then he offers to change the lock? He changes his story and has a lot of excuses. The police told us most likely the burglars had a key. We just wanted to end our stay and find another place to stay, because of course it did not feel safe to sleep there. But the host did not accept our cancelation and did not want to refund anything. Not even a small part. I still have so many questions, how did someone know we were gone for just 30-45 minutes. Feels like we have been watched and the host knows more than he says. He acts like this is very normal. Find another appartment if you do not want to lose your luggage and money.

• Elham (4/5): The location was good but the place was not clean. - Location was perfect , close to center , you can easily access to all restaurants and cafes , and experience the city vibes. It seemed that the property was not being cleaned from the pervious guest’s stay , the sheets weren’t clean and there were holes on some of them, there was hair on the towels , and also hair was stuck on the bathroom’s walls.

• Janelle (10/5): - Owner had amazing communication. Instructions on how to find the building and entrance were very clear. Arrived very late at night and there were no issues getting in. Property is in great location.

• Allegra (6/5): - Centralissima posizione nel cuore di Budapest, appartamento comodo ai servizi e che permette di raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei monumenti. Alloggio caldo e confortevole. Consiglierei di cambiare materassi e cuscini.
• Anders (8/5): Trevlig lägenhet för familjen! - En stor och trevlig lägenhet, med helt ok kök. Gott om sängplatser. Det är ganska lyhört i och mellan lägenheterna. Om du har otur att få högljudda gäster i lägenheterna intill kan det vara kämpigt, men hyresvärden hjälper säkert till. Han var väldigt service minded! Lägenheten ligger 5-10 min promenad från en stor knutpunkt till metro/flygbuss/spårvagn och kändes som ett väldigt bra läge. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka.
• Francisco (4/5): - The location was ok, but to get to the property you have to go through the garbage from the whole building. The building was old, the elevator finally was out of order and people not friendly at all. I would not go back to this place again.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Property NOT as described. Its on a very old and scary building with very outdates amenities. It looked like it hadnt been restored since the 20th century. The floors made terrible noise and the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. There were no bed sheets, just old mattress covers and old, uncomfortable pillows. Definitely not worth the money and I will not ever return there. The only positive aspect is that the host was very responsive and polite; however, I felt cheated on because the property is not as described and definitely not a 4-star property (I have stayed in 2-star properties that were in much better conditions.)

• Verified traveler (8/5): - +ve This property is in a great location and is quiet. It is lovely and clean and has everything you could need. It's close to mini supermarkets. The owner provides lots of information. -ve It takes some finding when you arrive - there are several blocks sharing the same courtyard. The instructions provided did make sense eventually! The big drawback of Apartment 4 is the layout. To get to the bathroom and toilet from the double bedroom you have to walk through the living room. This would be ok if there was no more than 3 people staying, but if anyone is using the double sofa bed in the living room you have to walk through their 'bedroom'!! A freestanding screen could overcome some of this lack of privacy if it was provided.

• Joan (10/5): Good location, comfortable apartment. - Easy location to walk to many places in Budapest. Great neighborhood for food. Close to transportation and right next to the Dohány Street Synagogue. Rooms are big and kitchen was well stocked. Host was very helpful when we had a problem finding the place late at night. Host provided very helpful direction with photos and detailed instructions. (Let him know how many beds you will be using before arrival)
• Jazzy (8/5): Ruim appartement, vlakbij metro - Wij verbleven met 5 volwassenen in het appartement, genoeg ruimte in living en kamers. Het appartement was erg proper en zag er verzorgd uit. Enkel de eetplaats was wat klein, niet echt ruimte voor meer dan 3 personen. Op voorhand vroeg Sàndor om de verdeling van de bedden door te geven zodat hij deze al kon opmaken. Zeer hulpvaardige gastheer, voor aankomst zeer gedetaileerde informatie gekregen hoe we best naar het appartement konden gaan, vlakbij de metro. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om alles te gaan verkennen.
• Stina (8/5): Big spacious apartment close to everything - Big, clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to Deak Ference Square and lots of restaurants and clubs nearby. Good communication with owner about how to check-in. Would stay here again!
• Leena (8/5): Loistava sijainti - Otimme tämän majoituspaikan sillä sitä markkinoitiin siten että siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta. Perillä kohteessa oli kyllä runsaasti tilaa mutta pedattuna oli parivuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa yhden nukuttava sänky. Tämä järjestely sopi kyllä meille ja nukuin aikuisen tyttäreni kanssa parivuoteessa. Ja 17 v poika nukkui omassa huoneessaan. Sänkyjä saa kyllä kolmeen huoneeseen mutta siinä ei ole kolmea makuuhuonetta! Manuaaleja ei ollut pesukoneista (tiski/pyykin) eikä televisiosta. Olisimme halunneet käyttää astianpesukonetta mutta se ei toiminut. Laitoin siitä viestin mutta sitä ei tultu korjaamaan tai selvittämään mikä vikana. Pesimme siis astiat käsin (not a big deal). Isäntä ilmoitti että se on aikaisemmin toiminut ja että hän tarkistaa asian.....eikä mitään tapahtunut. Myöskään televisiota emme saaneet toimimaan. Huoneisto oli muuten loistava ja sijainti saa pisteitä 10. Todella hiljainen! Sängyt olivat hyvät ja lomalla saimme ensiluokkaiset unet. Pyysimme isännältä toisia avaimia jotka saimme seuraavana päivänä. Yhden illan olin lukittuna huoneeseen kun lapset lähtivät ulos syömään ja minä jäin lepäilemään..... Mutta kaikenkaikkiaan lämmin suositus! Yhteydenpito toimi hyvin "isännän" kanssa, paitsi tuo astianpesukonejuttu.
