- ron (10/5): מלון מקסים באזור מעולה שווה לחלוטין!!! - מיקום המלון פשוט מעולה!!!! במרכז העיניינים אבל ברחוב שקט. החדרים היו נפלאים נקיים, מרווחים. היחס של הצוות היה מדהים מהשיחה הראשונית שהיתה לנו איתם עקב בקשה מיוחדת. וכמובן היחס המשיך בזמן השהייה שלנו. ארוחת הבוקר חביבה מאוד. ממליצה בחום גדול. ללא ספק אחזור שוב. יש חדרים שהמרפסות קטנות ולא ניתן לשבת בחוץ לי אישית לא הפריע אבל אחותי היתה שמחה למרפסת גדולה יותר. מעבר לזה מלון מדהים!!!

- Ron (7/5): - מלון קטן עם כ-20 חדרים ממוקם במרכז באיזור שקט המלון נקי והחדר מרווח. הארוחת בוקר דלה, החדר קצת מיושן וזקוק לתחזוקה. הזמנו חדר שהוא סוויטה אשר ממוקם בקומה האחרונה שאין גישה עם מעלית לחדר רק לקומה מתח.

- sigal (6/5): לא נראה לי שאחזור למלון הזה - מיקום מעולה מרכזי. צוות הקבלה מעולה וגם הצוות של חדר אוכל השרות מעולה העובדים אדיבים ראשית הזמנו חדר גדול וקיבלנו חדר קטן עם שירותים ומקלחת קטנים. במקלחת צריך לתמרן כדי להיכנס ולצאת מהמקלחת צפוף בה נורא. הפח בשירותים ישן ועקום וממש לא מזמין. בחדר האוכל כל בוקר נגמר הלחם. היה יום שלא סידרו לנו את החדר לא נורא שכחו אותנו זה יכול לקרות אז ביקשתי מגבות ואמרו לי שנגמרו המגבות ואני צריכה לחכות שהמגבות יצאו מכביסה. ביקשתי נייר טואלט ונתנו גליל אחד וכשביקשתי שתיים אמרו שאין מספיק. חבר שלנו שכח את הכרטיס לחדר ודרשו ממנו 30 לארי עבור כרטיס .
- pinayinparis (8/5): Great location with quiet and comfortable rooms - The staff were very kind. The rooms were big and comfortable. Outside noise is well managed by room's isolation. Breakfast was basic but good. Location is perfect. Shardeni is just off the street without having the noise.
- ворик (7/5): - расположение шикарное. персонал приветливый. завтрак скудненький и однообразный но все необходимое есть. кофе отличное. полы с подогревом. зимой я думаю в номере тепло.так что цена и качество очень даже хорошо. в номере на двоих одна чайная ложка и один стул. не логично. в шкафу всего три вешалки. не критично но неудобно. все вещи были в чемодане.

- Angelina (10/5): - I'm happy to give all the stars. What I personally didn't like was having to wait in the morning for them to check the room; we felt a bit uneasy (as if we had taken something). But I'm giving it full marks; everything else was really good.

- Adriana (10/5): Lindo y muy limpio - El alojamiento está bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la estación del metro y de un centro comercial en la calle principal hay un montón de restaurantes para ir a comer. Los empleados son tan amables. El desayuno es un poco monótono el pan o muy blanco o muy negro y no parecía tan fresco sino de molde.. tan barato que es el pan ahí que les costaba poner pan tradicional de Georgia? Hay tantas cosas que se puede hacer uno mismo.. un poco de creatividad falta. Además todo empaquetado.. azúcar, mantequilla, mermelada, miel.. osea todo eso se podría ahorrar en porciones grandes. Se escucha también mucho entre las paredes.. por suerte no teníamos muchos huéspedes porque creo hubiera sido un problema mayor.

- Evren Akçora (9/5): Tiflis harika bir yer, Hotel City de tam konaklanacak yer - Konum müthiş. Karşılama gayet sıcak ve bilgilendiriciydi. Üstelik çok geç bir saatte giriş yaptık. Olduğu bölge çok rahat bir çok yere yürümek çok keyifliydi. Odanın her gün temizlenmesi harika. Sadece odalardan birinde bir gider kokusu vardı, ancak biz bildirmedik o da bizim hatamız oldu. Asansörlü olması bizim için çok önemliydi. Çok teşekkür ederiz
- Aleksandr (10/5): - Все очень понравилось. Видно, что в гостинице действительно стараются сделать пребывание гостей максимально комфортным. Каждый день меняли полотенца и обновляли принадлежности. Отдельное спасибо администратору Георгию — очень внимательный и доброжелательный человек. Расположение удобное для пеших прогулок, рядом также есть платная парковка. Отдельно хочется отметить уютную веранду на последнем этаже с прекрасным видом. Администрация с готовностью предоставляет бокалы и штопор, так что можно насладиться вечером, красивым видом и отличным вином. /////////////////////////// Everything was great. You can clearly see that the hotel staff really care about making guests feel comfortable. Towels and amenities were refreshed daily. Special thanks to the administrator Georgiy — he is very attentive and friendly. The location is convenient for walking, and there is also paid parking nearby. We would also like to highlight the cozy terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view. The staff kindly provide glasses and a corkscrew, so you can enjoy the evening, the view, and a good bottle of wine. Завтраки довольно простые и однообразные. В номере (на последнем этаже) были решетки на окнах. Это не критично и не мешает отдыху. ////////////// Breakfasts are quite simple and repetitive. There were bars on the windows in the room (on the top floor). This is not critical and did not affect our stay.

- Katarzyna (7/5): Fine for short stay - The hotel’s location was good, in the city centre, though it was on a narrow street. It was close to restaurants, shops, and bars. Early in the morning, just after my arrival, I was able to take some breakfast to my room and keep it for later. The breakfast was fine. There were not many guests in the hotel, which made it relatively quiet. The Wi Fi connection was poor and did not allow for online meetings. I asked several times for it to be restarted, but this did not solve the problem. The room was very small and not very practical. There was not enough space to open my luggage properly. The bathroom was even smaller and had a very strong, unpleasant smell, which meant I had to keep the window open, even during the winter.

Великолепная уютная веранда на крыше с отличным видом, где можно посидеть вечером. Рядом магазины и рестораны. Да в общем то все понравилось. Замечание к завтраку - хотелось бы, чтобы готовили яичницу/омлет на заказ :)

- Dana (10/5): - שירות מעולה. כולם אדיבים. המיטות נוחות מאוד, החדרים נקיים. המיקום מעולה. הייתי מתקינה בטלוויזיות סטרימרים, כדי שהאורחים יוכלו להתחבר לנטפליקס ואפליקציות סטרימינג אחרות.
- Dimitri (10/5): Très bon hôtel - Emplacement idéal (à côté de la Liberty Square sans être directement sur la place). Entre 15 et 25 minutes à pied de points importants : av Rustaveli, les bains thermal, cathédrale Sioni. 30min a pied de la Cathédrale Ste Trinité, de la forteresse Narikala et la statue La Mère de la Nation. Personnel aimable et souriant. Propreté impeccable avec une chambre propre tous les jours.
- Анкер (8/5): Отличный отель - Отличное расположение. Прекрасный, отзывчивый персонал. От прекрасной девушки на кухне, женщин убирающих наш номер и сотрудников ресепшен. Очень отзывчивые люди. Спасибо каждому. На крыше терраса с красивым видом. Завтраки сытные. Номер в целом неплохой. Слышимость в номерах, в один из вечеров очень слышно заехавших только что соседей, благо они легли рано спать и это не стало большой проблемой.

- Georgios (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό. Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στη πόλη. Κοντά σε Μετρό Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το κρεβάτι ήταν από τα πιο καλά που βρήκαμε στη χώρα. Πρωινό καλό. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο τοπ!

Очень вкусные завтраки, голодными вы точно не останетесь. Небольшой минус это двуспальная кровать, она состоит из двух односпальных, посредине возникает пространство, но это не критично

- Viktoria (7/5): - Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel, prima kamer. Ontbijt viel erg tegen. We hebben incl ontbijt geboekt, maar er was erg weinig keus qua eten. Manager van het hotel hierover gesproken zij gaf aan het geen wat wij misten dat ze dit zou aanvullen, echter bleek hier niks van waar te zijn en kon zij dus uiteindelijk niks voor ons betekenen, wat wij erg jammer vonden.

- Modlina (8/5): - All the staff, without exception, are extremely kind and charming. Every request was handled promptly and always with a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. There was no wardrobe in our room; however, it is important to mention that we specifically requested a room on the first floor, and maybe no room with a wardrobe was available there. The staff immediately offered us an alternative room on a higher floor with a wardrobe, which we appreciated.
- Keiko (7/5): 清潔で居心地のいいホテル - 受付の人がとても親切でした。部屋も広々としてるし、居心地が良かったです。周りにはレストランや小さいスーパーがあって便利です。 トイレの水の音とか外の音が結構聞こえて夜何回も目が覚めました。耳栓持って行ったほうがいいです。

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Salome, who was extremely kind, polite, and hospitable. Cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was very nice. I also appreciated the availability of a hygienic shower (bidet spray), which is very important for Muslim guests. Nothing significant.

- Evgeny (10/5): Замечательный персонал!!! Это же можно сказать о большинстве людей в Грузии. - Первое - это персонал гостиницы. Великолепные, добрые и отзывчивые люди, готовые помочь с любым вопросом и сделать ваш отдых идеальным. Второе - это место, центр с идеальной транспортной развязкой. Проблем не обнаружил. Отличный вариант цена - качество.

- Tali (9/5): - מלון ברחוב מרכזי, חמש דקות מכיכר החירות ומקניון גלריה. קרוב למקומות מרכזיים בעיר העתיקה מרחק הליכה. המלון נחמד, הצוות מקסים. חדר בגודל סביר, מיטה גדולה. המקלחת קצת קטנה אבל הסתדרנו. נקי, נעים. יש מעלית לחצאי קומות אבל לא נורא. יש מרפסת על הגג עם נוף מדהים. ארוחת בוקר עם הרבה אפשרויות- שרובן חזרו על עצמן כל בוקר אבל אפשר היה לאכול כל יום משהו אחר. ממליצים מאוד!!!! ארוחת בוקר די מונוטונית. היה רעש מהקומה שעלינו אבל לא ממש טיפלו בזה.

- revital (8/5): מלון בוטיק יפה ומזמין קרוב לכיכר החירות - מיקום מעולה ממש מרחק הליכה מכיכר החירות. רחוב שקט ופנימי. הצוות אדיב ועוזר בכל בקשה. החדרים ממש יפים ומרגיש נקי. כשנסענו לשדה התעופה שכחנו את עגלת התינוק במלון וכשהתקשרנו לצוות הם עזרו לנו מיד ושלחו לנו מונית ממש הצילו אותנו! המלון ממוקם ברחוב פנימי שהמוניות לא תמיד מצליחות להגיע אליו ומבטלות נסיעה. היינו צריכים לצאת כל הזמן לכביש הראשי בכדי לתפוס מונית ולא ישירות מהמלון. ( הליכה של דקה ) הקומות במלון בנויות גם מחצאי קומה- שם מיקמו אותנו למרות שביקשתי מראש אם ניתן לשנות כי אני בהריון מתקדם ועם עגלת תינוק. אז היינו צריכים לעלות לקומה 3 ואז לרדת כמה מדרגות..לא הכי נוח אבל גם לא הכי נורא. לא הייתה לנו טלויזיה חכמה..כל הערוצים היו בתרגום לרוסית גם הסרטים - זה היה דיי מעצבן... והייתי צריכה לשים לילד שלי תוכניות ביוטיוב מהטלפון האישי.
