You can even braai there if you want. I loved the little robot lawn cutter that silently works away on keeping that lawn looking immaculate. Nothing I can think of.

Mandy (10/5): Great stay at Sunset splendour - Our apartment was cleaned every day by Rosie who did a great job. The garden, pool and outdoor kitchen area were kept immaculate. I became unwell and Elba helped me enormously by getting me a doctors appointment for the same day. She even drove me there herself, and then to the pharmacist to get my prescribed medication. I was so grateful for her help & support. The location of the property is great as you are not far from anywhere. Two malls with supermarkets are only a few minutes drive as is the beach, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed. We would certainly rebook here. Can't fault it!

The location was central, close to Cape Town and on the way to sites such as Stellenbosch, Boulders (Pengiun Beach) and Cape Point. Elba could not have been more helpful and was available at all hours to offer support. There were any added extras in the guesthouse such as a large binder full of local information and recommendations, wine, baked goodies and more. The suite was beautifully presented and had all the amenities we could need. If you are unlucky enough to hit load shedding they have a system that still allows you to watch TV, have most of the lights on and hot water for a shower.

The pool area is also great, not too close to the unit so that guests won't be bothered by the possible noise. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely be back next time we visit the area.
Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are spotlessly clean serviced every day, we even cooked a couple of times and had everything we needed in the kitchen.There was no noise from other rooms either despite having full occupancy which was a real surprise,it was outstanding. The pool area was a really private place to sunbathe and the facilities in the outdoor kitchen are excellent. We had previously been staying in a five star hotel but decided to stay another five weeks. We were forced to move because of availability. I wish I had known about SS because we would have spent the whole time here paying a fraction of the cost for better facilities. Elba the owner was always a phone call away and facilitated our every need. There are not enough superlatives to describe our wonderful stay there. We’re planning to come back next year with the family. loved everything.

Hilary (10/5): Exceeds many other 5 star places - Very friendly and beautiful place. Everything you can think of that you may need is there and more. We arrived very late and was still received so friendly even had some warm water in a flash because it was load shedding. Stayed in 5 star places and this exceeds its by far. Great to see the history of the place Nothing I did not like

Johannes (10/5): - Accomodation fit for a king. Excellent spot central between Kaap de goede hoop and Kaapstad. Amazing location with garden kitchen (including barbeque) swimming pool and everything you can ever wish for. Almost a petty to leave for sightseeing. Definitively worth taking a detour for.
Stuart (10/5): Wonderful base for a Cape Town break - Wonderful welcoming and friendly hosts. A modern stylish apart-hotel with 4 units, So even fully occupied it never felt busy. Very close to amenities locally and Cape Town only 30 minutes away. There are 2 shopping centres within walking distance and the famous deli And farm market only 2 miles away. The swimming pool and bbq/braai area is well designed and has ample seating should you want to have guests visit for the evening. The housekeeping is of a very high standard and we left laptops phones etc in the rooms and didn’t even feel the need to use the safe provided. A true home from home but with views and sunsets you’ll always remember. Thanks guys a great 2 weeks.
