- Jorge (8/5): Great staff and this hotel is a good value vs nearby hotels. - Mr. McKnight, the night manager, gave me the type of room I requested that evening. On the top floor, away from the elevators, because I am a very light sleeper. He also had to deal with an unreasonable guest that arrived after us, demanding immediate attention while the computer had to be restarted, saying "I am a Platinum member!" Mr. McNight was calm and patient with her. He was also at the desk the next morning for my check out, which went without a cinch.

Nobody manning the front desk when I needed to check out… For a 20 minute span. 2. The shower in room 415 leaks. After a 10 minute shower, standing water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the shower door in the bathroom was not the right size so it did not seal and the first night the bathroom flooded. They were kind enough to give us towels to clean up the mess And offered us to move to another room, but we decided to stay and work around the problem. Because of this, I gave the room less of a rating than I would have otherwise.

Decent parking if you get back to the hotel early enough. It was loud next to the laundry room and there was a strange exhaust smell coming through the vents when we arrived. The way the bed faces the bathroom is annoying because of someone gets up to use the restroom in the night or gets up earlier than the other, the person still trying to sleep will get blinded with the light from the bathroom since the bathroom door is frosted glass and not solid wood. My last complaint is personal preference but there mattress was WAY too soft for me.

- Darren (7/5): Just ok, kind of overpriced. - Nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful for the most part The poorly parented pre teen kids staying at the hotel in the rooms around us were unruly at all hours of the night.(I know this isn't the hotel's fault, BUT the staff could've ended it, they didn't!) I heard them screaming and yelling and running down the hallway at all hours of the night, both nights. The walls were so thin you could hear the ppl in the room next door. The bed was super uncomfortable. I woke up after the 2nd day in that bed and couldn't hardly move. I was also charged twice for the room. Once from booking.com and the second was the hotel itself. I caught it before it actually posted, but it put a hold on my card for 3 days. 440$ that we were going to use to do things in the area and couldn't use it. So that put a real damper on things we had to re-plan what we were going to do, with the money that we had and still save money for the 6 hour trip home.

Arrived and plugged in the car. Struggled with it to get it to charge. Asked in side and the receptionist just said it’s broken!!! No I’m sorry or anything! So time was now taken out of our trip looking for another charging station elsewhere. At least put a sign on the charger to say it is Out of order!!! Disappointing!

I drove 2 hours and had to find something to do until room was ready, I can understand a delay, but not 3 hours. I was charged for the room upon check in and I had already pre paid. I did let the reception personnel know that I had prepaid and she said we'll if it charges you again let me know. Sure enough, I looked online another almost 300.00 dollars charged to my account. I was told the manager would refund that was 5/31, it is now 6/2 and no sign of refund. Not able to use pool per staff due to chemicals being put in it.

She treated us well our kids absolutely loved her. We came for a concert with our kids and it was the most enjoyable time in a while thank you for such a great stay.
- Stephanie (6/5): - We had a first floor room by the lobby. There were several people drinking and being super loud in the lobby. I could hear them from our room at almost midnight before I finally fell sleep.
- Stacy (10/5): - I have stayed at this hotel several times for work and it’s always clean and the staff is great
- Todd (2/5): DON'T STAY HERE - The pool was unbelievably small with the most disrespectful kids. I will put it this way 10 kids in the pool made it feel extremely small. The staff was very un helpful and disrespectful. We called down to get a few more pillows plus a blanket. The lady at the front desk said ( you should already have what you need in your room housekeeping makes sure so i cant give you anything else). We cranked up the heat so my other daughter didnt freeze which made sleeping uncomfortable for everyone. Good luck on the tv situation as there is one tv to share between the pull out sofa area and the 2 queen beds. The position of the tv is in the worst possible spot. Last but not least be careful using the bathroom its a see through door. My daughter went to take a shower and we all ended up standing out in the hallway until she was done once we realized it was pretty much a see through door.
