• Hoyle (10/5): Excellent stay near Colosseum - Location is excellent near Colosseum. Excellent communication, a welcoming homely accommodation. Would definitely stay again! Rome is expensive but this was good value for the area and the full apartment of two rooms.
• Tina (10/5): Fantastic location. - The location was amazing. You can see Colosseum from the front doors. The apartment is so quaint and comfortable. The building elevator is amazing and makes you feel like you are living in a different time era. Can't say enough good things about the apartment. To swing open the very tall window doors to the balcony with an amazing few and birds chirping was fantastic. Having to leave.

• Dennis (10/5): The location was excellent and the balcony an extra addition. - It is a great place to stay to explore all that Rome has to offer. It was very easy to check in and live there. We stayed 4 nights. The home was wonderful and the art was very enjoyable. We were a party of five and it was a good fit. We all felt very safe there. The beds were a little hard for us but not a problem.

• Stacey (10/5): Family of 5 (3 adults, 2 children) fit us perfectly! Me and my daughter were in one room, my sister in law and nephew on - The distance to the Colosseum was a huge bonus. The living room got warm at night with no A/C unit.

Cleanliness was missing. No hand soap in the bathroom and everything from the dishes to the bathroom were a bit dirty.

It was quiet and had a great vibe! We loved the decor. There were no bowls or utensils to eat with. Also, the property manager was unresponsive to messages when we were requesting a late check out.
• Ranadhi (9/5): Perfect Stay Just Steps from the Colosseum! - I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved the location. It’s just a short walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum, which made sightseeing so easy. The area is full of history and charm, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. Despite being in a central area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome. No breakfast.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed as travellers and super close to the colosseum and shopping. My only issue was the beds weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise everything else was great.
• Sharon (6/5): Great location, shame about the apartment. - Excellent location. Close to colluseum. nice supermarket across the road. close to Roma Termini and Metro. Quintessential Italian apartment Beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Apartment so cluttered. Pokey kitchen, so much stuff in the apartment collecting dust which made it stuffy. 60% of the stuff needs to go. Facilities that were as being there weren't, ie hairdryer and coffee machine. Shower dreadful, water hit and miss, shower head needs de-scaling as water goes everywhere but on you. No Aircon in main living area, even at 26degrees, it was hot and sticky in the living area. I would not stay again.
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful home. So happy to stay in a real home rather than same as everywhere else Hotel style room. Location was great, close to all but out of the hecticness of tourists. Loved sitting in the gorgeous living area with such character and charm. Only thing is that the air-conditioning in the larger room struggled to cool it down (think wardrobe was blocking the cool air) so it was a bit hot to sleep at night in that room. Otherwise perfect.

• Rimante (9/5): Very good location - The flat is very close to the Colosseum. I walk everywhere around; no bus is needed. However, for some people, some places can be farther away. Additionally, the flat is on a very calm street and in a very calm neighborhood. We could not hear any neighbors, which was nice. Very safe. Near the house, there is a bicycle rental spot which is very convenient. During check-out, you can leave the key inside, which is nice as we check out super early. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress in one of the rooms. No supplies such as shower gel, for example. I do understand that it is not mandatory, but usually in rented flats, we do find shower gels and shampoo and it is very nice, especially when you pay so much money for the stay. Small kitchen but there is dining room.
• Luke (6/5): Disappointing - Convenient location for not only the Colosseum, but two metro stops and the tram line, and hence most of the city. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. It's a quirky place with artwork all over the walls and an interesting book collection. There's an old, but cool lift to take you up to the fourth floor. The biggest disappointment was the dirty kitchen. We discovered many of the plates, mugs and cutlery had food still on them and so we had to wash these before we could use them. There is no plug for the sink making the washing difficult and wasteful with the water. The stove top kettle and 1 stove top espresso maker were full of white specs inside so unusable, and the kitchen cupboards were grimy. In fact, we actually had to change our plans as we couldn't bring ourselves to cook here. The bathroom wasn't great either, there's a lot of mould in the tiles, and again no plug in the sink so shaving, washing etc was difficult. The water only gets warm too, never hot. The double bed was just two singles pushed together and wasn't very comfortable. This was the third property we stayed at in Italy, and unfortunately the most disappointing.
• Ankit (9/5): Great for the time staying there. Very convenient location to get to lots of places in Rome. The apartment was good but - Location was brilliant amazing to be so close to the colosseum. Apartment had a very authentic Italian home feel to it which I enjoyed. Would of been nice to have a double bed rather than 2 single beds put together the beds slid apart slightly so just was uncomfortable to be in the middle of the bed.

• Shannon (10/5): Great Family Trip - The location was amazing!! You can literally see the Colosseo down the street from outside the apartment building. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and the size was great for our family of 5. Public transportation is easy to take to get here or to other cities and attractions.
• Teal (8/5): Love love love the Roman culture we got from staying here. - My golly!! We were only in Rome 2 nights and this place was PERFECT! The decor emersed us in Roman culture. Being in this house was my favourite thing in all of Rome 🥰 Jaime was so helpful and so kind. Really made us feel welcome and cared for. One of the beds was broken and taped up and then broke again. Needs replacing. It's charm is it's old world character but with that comes a mouldy bathroom etc. A bit of washing powder in the machine would have been nice. I left some there for the next guest 😉

We were grateful for the air conditioner. The lift was very convenient too. The shower was a bit small, but no other issues.

• Lynne (8/5): Great Authentic Italian experience - Great location. Authentic Italian family apartment. Lovely big balcony. Lovely and bright rooms. Very spacious.Both bedrooms were air conditioned, perfect. Jaime who met us and handed over the keys was on time and very helpful. Was just what we’d hoped for. A true Italian experience. One of the single beds had a very uncomfortable mattress. Could do with a plug for the kitchen sink. No helpful information on the area eg. Restaurants

• Trausti (10/5): Beyond anything one could have imagined - Location, location, location. In my wildest dreams would I not have expected to ever hit s jackpot like this. Absolutely amazing apartment, enough rooms and space and everything. But the location was just beyond anything. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable. The pictures of the apartment are absolutely correct and show exactly what you get. Can’t recommend it enough. We will come back. The host was so nice and helpful. Just to find something negative, all the beds were not good. But they did not change the way we felt, great place.
• Gary (7/5): We would book it again. - The location half way between two metro stations for line A and B, plus when we stepped out of the building we could see the Colosseum down the street. The apartment had a classic charm to it that added to the feeling of being immersed in the culture. We felt safe on the fourth floor. Cool breeze through the apartment. Good shower. Washing machine came in useful as the weather was more humid than expected for late October. The apartment was very clean. Before arriving, the property owner didn't always reply to messages, which raised concern, but these concerns were relinquished when we were met by a very welcoming friend of his who let us in to the apartment. The cons were: No tea towels in the kitchen or hand towel for the bathroom provided. No sink plugs, so wasted water when washing pots. Broken glass panel in the bathroom, as well as a broken loose internal stone windowsill next to the shower - which fell off, but luckily didn't hurt someone. Broken slat on the bed kept falling off. Bedsheet tore when turning over in the night. The bottom sheet across two single beds was not big enough. Despite needing some modernisation in the kitchen (oven knob missing, loose cupboard doors, and the crockery needs replacing) and already mentioned repair to bed and in the bathroom needed, we enjoyed staying in the apartment overall and stay there again.
