- Verified traveler (2/5): Was never given a pin code to enter apartment - I booked this trip for my friends to stay in Toronto for a night and the owner of this apartment never picked up their phone, answered their emails, nor gave us instructions to enter. This seems to be a fake listing as I could hear people inside and it seems like this is someone else’s apartment. I would stay away from this. I contacted hotels.com and they started an internal investigation. I spent 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and they were unable to contact the apartment and gave me a refund after three hours. Huge mess. Stay away from this fake listing.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property was clean but had no communication from the owner.we had trouble with finding suitable parking which cost us 64 dollars this was not acceptable as we were told there was free parking.. the pictures of the property were not accurate guy we're of the apartment above we were in the basement with a tiny little window to look out over the ground . The who I had paint peeling off the walls. When the people came in light at night you can hear them walking across the floor and using the bathroom
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Instructions on the “no desk” check were absent. No one answered or returned calls, or texts. I went to the address and no one answered the door. I had to stay at another hotel. I will seek a refund.
- MichaelD (4/5): - We thought the place would have been sufficient for 2 people sleeping in the bedroom. But for more than two where the couch is required for sleeping, this was extremely uncomfortable. Also the heating is extremely loud and there was a constant beeping coming from somewhere in the room.

- Scott (6/5): - Free parking and pretty close location to downtown. Washer didn’t work. Even created bad odor on my clothes. Had to do hand wash later. As other reviews commented, the bed has a lot of noises. If you are sensitive when you sleep, I don’t recommend. Heating and restroom were great.
- Bill (8/5): - 1) It really needs a hand rail / bannister to help with the stairs to the bedroom. 2) The shower stall could use a non slip mat. 3) No screen on the bedroom window.
- Ping (6/5): - This property is a semi-underground building. Sending emails is the only way to contact the property owner and responding time varies. The air conditioning is very noisy. When checking out, there is no baggage storage service.
- Jan (8/5): Toronto trip - The stay was great. The apartment was a great place to rest your head while exploring the city. Two things that could have been different, in terms of parking, they offered two places to park 5 mins away or right next door. Ulitmately the next door option was revoked as it was old paper work. Second in the bathroom they did not switch out one of the shower towels for a clean one as there were still heavy makeup stains on the towel. We used our own instead. Overall the location was perfect to get to many of the central tourist spot and locations not as popular.
