Kelsi (8/5): Overall was a good place to stay for a family. - I liked the facilities and the room was clean. Was close enough to places to eat etc. The free packet of TimTams was a lovely touch! Had everything we needed in the room for a few days. Good for kids to stay and have some outdoor things to play on. The reception hours were quite short. The main bed was a little small for two adults. The heat pump smelt a bit funny when it was on.

Sharntae (9/5): The facilities, play equipement, parking, roads are all up to date and kept fresh, clean and tidy. I loved that we were - It was close to the beach and other shops. The bunk beds- as an adult I slept on the top bed. It was difficult to get up and down. Not enough support to get up and down. Need a handle somewhere else on side wall or something. The sheets were NOISY! Any move and everyone knew you had moved. Makes it less comfortable

Heather (10/5): Really liked staying there - In terms of food it was self catered but the kitchen had everything needed (except easily accessible power point/s!). The location was really good in terms of access to freeways and public transport. One of the beds (top bunk) had a dip in the mattress, as I said a more accessible power point (ie not behind the microwave although that was in a good position) but apart from that everything was great.

No obvious reason to deny myself this unexpected treat, after a long drive. Maybe the playground right outside the front door. But it was not too noisy or overly busy.

For the cabin cost I would have expected more comfortable mattresses, smart TV would have allowed access to Netflix etc and the shower rose is in desperate need of maintenance as it would not stay upright and a lot of the shower head seemed blocked.

It was nice to have real milk in the fridge instead of long life milk the mattresses on the bunks were very thin and you could feel the slats through the mattress which made for an uncomfortable night sleep. Booked for 3 teenagers and a carer and was given a cabin with only 3 beds, 1 person had to sleep on the couch.

Plenty of kids play facilities. Staff very helpful. Limited space in the standard room. The microwave door was obstructed due to placement on limited space on top of the fridge. (You could relocate it to where the coffee items are currently situated). Limited parking space at the entrance before you check-in. Maybe include a kids pool.
