• Verified traveler (4/5): Aldrig igen - Vi havde efterspurgt at parkere i deres parkeringskælder, men da vi kommer frem, er der ikke plads. Dette havde været god service at informere os om inden ankomst. Vi måtte ringe til en medarbejder (da der ingen er til stede på, hvad der kan beskrives som hostel og ikke et hotel), og hun var behjælpelig med at sende muligheder for parkering. Komforten på hovedpuderne var voldsomt ringe og gav én af os et hold i nakken. Værelset var i og for sig fint nok, men vi havde fælles badeværelse, hvor badeværelser og indgangen til hostel stank af pis. Prisen var alt alt alt for dyr ift. hvad man fik, og slet ikke 1300 værd! Positivt var rent sengetøj og selve værelset var fint nok.

• Alla (2/5): - Unfortunately, it was not stated at the time of booking that this is a hostel. There is no private bathroom in the room – it is shared, located on the floor and is used by both men and women. Please keep this in mind when booking. It was impossible to sleep at night because new guests were arriving all night long, and there was no sound insulation in the rooms — you could hear every door slamming and other sounds.

En toalett på vårt plan var ur funktion och en hade synligt bajs på väggen mitt framför toaletten. Det var där i minst 18 timmar, eller från vi kom och dagen efter tills vi lämnade. Det hade varit bra att kunna ställa upp sina skor inne i duschen, kanske på en liten väggast hylla/krokar, de blev blöta då vattnet rann mot dörröppningen där de stod. Priset för vistelsen var för hög!

• Jan Hendrik (6/5): Kopenhagen ist zu teuer für einen kurzen Familientrip - Gute Lage, man geht 5 Minuten zu Metro und braucht nur 3 Stationen bis zur Innenstadt, Parkplätze im Wohngebiet vorhanden, gute Betten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht, die Toiletten/Dusche waren auf dem Flur gemischt, so dass sich meine Tochter sehr unwohl gefühlt hat.

• Paolina (9/5): - Pas de personnel à l'accueil mais répond rapidement par mail. Emplacement très bien, chambre confortable. , ( en rez-de-chaussée) , sanitaires propres. A chacun aussi de respecter la propriété des lieux communs. Nous avons pu laisser notre valise dans un locker sur place, très pratique. Rien, sauf les gens qui respectent les autres au niveau du bruit , et sanitaires mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement.

I did not like it but then we kept the window open for some ventilation and it was okay later.

• Nathalie (8/5): Hostel récent et confortable - Emplacement dans quartier calme. Salle de bain partagée parfaite. Etablissement très récent, tout est nickel ! Un peu excentré, il vaut mieux un moyen de transport personnel pour pouvoir se rendre facilement au centre ville. Vu aucun personnel en 2 jours passés là-bas, ça manque un peu de châleur humaine.

• Nicole (8/5): Zu empfehlen. Gute Lage. Gute Preis-Leistung. - Schöne Einrichtung. Es gab viele Bäder - modern und nah beim Zimmer. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr ruhig. Alles war neu. Alles war sauber. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir schnell im Zentrum. Der Weg dorthin war sehr schön. Ich konnte keinen Parkplatz vom Hotel mieten, da es wohl keine mehr gab. Die Parksituation in Kopenehagen ist etwas kompliziert. Am Besten ohne Auto anreisen.

Værelset kunne med fordel opgraderes med sengebordslamper, knager på badeværelset til håndklæder og mulighed for at have madvarer på køl. Der var en ventilator i rummet og det var dejligt pga. ophold i varm periode, 24/7-27/7-25 Nem ind- og udtjekning. Dyr kaffeautomat.

Lots of spiders in the room in the cracks of the headboard. Lots of cobwebs as well in the headboard so was clearly not deep cleaned. Often not enough paper towels in the toilets. Room was also incredibly warm and the fan wasn't good enough to cool us down.

• Marina (9/5): Big rooms and good system - The bedroom was way bigger than expected, the view from the big windows was actually quite cute (a brick building and a slice of sky), there were a couple of shared toilets only a few steps away that were always clean and we never had to queue for them, the showers were nice and we also didn't have to queue, having a shared kitchen was great considering Copenhagen is an expensive city to eat out and the hotel is not that close to the main area, we were able to check-in earlier and keep our stuff in the locker after check-out on the last day. Additionally, one of us had to work from the hotel for a couple of days and there was a good office area in the room (table + chair) and high-speed internet. There isn't a reception, but they were quite responsive online, even minutes before check-in. While Copenhagen is a relatively small city and we actually walked to the city centre a couple of times (45-60 minutes), remember to take into account the cost of metro tickets, which are not the cheapest. Still, there is a metro station around 6 minutes from the hotel and the metro runs 24/7. This was a high-season last-minute trip for us, so compared to the prices we were finding it was definitely the best option for us. The cappuccino in the (paid) coffee machine tasted sour. The cleaning team was very kind and tried to help, but I suppose it was a problem with the milk in the machine, as the americano tasted fine. Not a big deal, but this kind of small issue is naturally harder to figure out with a digital-only reception.

• Bakucz (9/5): Very good value for money, comfortable, modern accommodation, in an excellent location. - The accommodation fully met the description. The room was very comfortable, the shared bathroom was very clean and it was good that it was separate. The shared kitchen has everything you need to cook, everything was clean. A refrigerator, kettle, induction hob are available. Check-in/out was convenient, opening the door with a code was a great advantage. There were several shops near the accommodation where you could buy everything at surprisingly good prices (Euro365, Netto). The city centre was reachable by metro in 15 minutes. The walls were a bit thin, but that didn't bother us at all because we were just going home to sleep after a tiring day. We slept peacefully :-))
