Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): Never - It was typhon there. So nothing worked. Wifi never worked. Not even One week after typhon. Sometimes we couldnt use THE pool because it was some event. There was so many negative things with this place. NO i Will never stat here again
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property was not the same on the pictures online, the picture looks elegant,
And yet it was so old furnitures ,the room was so disappointed i payed 3 night for more than 10k and no breakfast included and no shower in the toilet , i did ask the reception if they can mended the shower but no action instead of using bucket and tabo all three nights ,,never experienced a hotel like this before, i am not coming back here again and definitely i am not recommend to my friends..
- Margie (10/5): - Need to change their hours of foods operations to midnight instead of 10:pm ... Some of us have to travel from far away.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Let see to start
- John (4/5): - Booked in EXPEDIA 2 rooms.. but when I went to the Hotel they overbooked no rooms available. They already charged my card and will take 15 days to refund.
There are a lot of budget hotels around the city same price but better rooms. No remote control for aircon and TV always have to ask the frontdesk
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The pool was OK. They had a lifeguard who was mostly paying attention and looked like he was competent. The staff looked competent, but they tried to charge me for things that were supposed to be free , according to their page here. I asked for a rollaway bed and a pillow, both were extra and would have raised the room rate 20%. The bathroom remodeling was shoddy, with broken tiles and old disconnected pipes exposed. The toilet flush lever was broken. The Wifi only worked in the lobby. The electric door lock died, and despite their assurances they would fix it immediately, it was still broken the next day. They charged me for morning coffee. The windows wouldn't close.
A decent manager could turn this into a nice place quickly by doing some retraining and policy changes, they have some good staff, but they just missed the mark.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Accessible and Cheap
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The pool and price & position all was very good
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great simple hotel room, to spend a quick overnight before travelling to other beach destinations
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff were very good and helpful, great budget hotel to stay for a few nights. Good location, there was still work in progress but overall a very nice place to stay
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The food was never

Left in the warming pans with no heaters on ????
The WiFi was on but only for the main reception
Not in the room

- leodegario (8/5): daughter's travel - it was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): GOOD LOCATION - KEY CARD DID NOT WORK, HAD TO GO TO OFFICE EVERYTIME WE NEEDED TO GET INTO THE ROOM.
- Mel (4/5): - Check in process was horrible. The staff does'nt seem to know how to do the process when its booked through expedia! They have to call a few people to verify my reservation, kept asking me over and over how much i pay, how did i pay etc.
There are crumbs on the bed.
I paid for 6 people, there is only 4 pillow provided for us.
- CD (4/5): - Location is good- close to the water but the hotel is not nice
- John (6/5): Keep looking - Well the room is very basic. Like 1960. Wanted to buy beer different than in hotel. The staff would not help. So we go out walking and close by on ocean is nice place with good cheap beer good food. We spent our evenings there. I would take ride back to that place. Think called beer garden? Who ever owns this hotel is building a pool when his or her guest rooms are looking like 50 years old. No fridge, no hot water but they are building pool. The location is bad except for the nice place close by to drink and eat and enjoy the view. It is far from down town.
- Levi (10/5): It could be better - It is just a place to sleep, it could be better I am sure, but it would take serious commitment. But again as just a place to sleep it did the job.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Air conditioning not working good and the bathroom stinks and not clean so I have to leave and go somewhere but I paid off the room....I hope they do more improvement....
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean rooms with affordable prices. - Enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel staff was accommodating.
- wayne (6/5): Central and clean - Room was large and comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable bed.
