Lots of dining places and shopping within 10~15 mins walk plus walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, Odori Station, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Susukino. Washer/dryer in room was useful with good instructions in English. Downside is room is rather small with very limited space and no wardrobe/clothes closet. Had to "live out of suitcase" and kept clothes in luggage under the bed.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Over all, not good enough - We had to change the room because of the funny smell, then when I put something on the base of the bedside shelf, it was covered with very thick dust. It was very difficult to adjust the AC to make it comfortable, we ended up not getting enough sleep for the entire stay. The location is good and the staff are friendly though.

For smokers, there is a smoking room at Level 1 right behind the receptionist area. As for amenities and coffee/they all can be located near the lift lobby. As for house keeping, they will only provide change of dustbins and replacement of towels during your stay. The washing/dryer is definitely a plus for long term stay. For those interested in booking this hotel, would suggest you to make sure the sizing of the rooms fit your needs! Location is definitely a thumbs up due to all the popular spots nearby including Odori station

If you need to dry longer, it will take about 15-20 min to unlock the door to get your clothes out. Coffee in the lobby. Steps away to subway entrance. Close to underground shopping and outside covered shopping. 1 block from clock tower and little fish market. Nikka sign was also near by.

We washed our laundry at our convenience. The breakfast was very good too. Overall a very good experience with the hotel. - GO (8/5): - The rooms here are noticeably larger compared to those in Tokyo. Everything you’d typically find in Tokyo, the surrounding areas here also offer. Breakfast Rating: 3.5/5.0 – The chicken karaage stands out as the best item followed by the fried seafood noodles. The probiotic drink and fresh Hokkaido milk are also excellent. Additional perks include a 24-hour coffee machine with freshly ground beans, which is complimentary. Overall, I’d recommend this place for its comfort and amenities.

- WENG CHANG (10/5): - Hotel reception and stuff were very friendly and polite. The property was very clean and well maintained. We like the room as it is spacious with three comfortable beds. The hotel is a short walk to Odori Park and the TV Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

- Siaw Fung (10/5): - Superior Double Room Single Use - comfortable stay for 5 nights. Location - Closest subway station is Odori Station. Hotel is 75 mins bus ride from new Chitose Airport. The airport bus stop is about 10 mins walk away. Walking distance to many convenience stores and attractions like Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Odori Park and Susukino area. Also conveniently located 5 mins walk away from Sapporo TV Tower, which is the common pickup location for day tours. Room - was quiet on the 13th floor facing the side street. Shower water pressure was powerful. Bed was medium firm. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store (Lawson) just round the corner of the block. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. The front desk staffs are always attentive and courtesy greeting as I passed by the lobby. Appreciate a staff member (黎) for explaining in fluent English on how to navivate to the closest airport pickup stop. Note that drop off and pick up stops are different.

Nijo Market and Tanukikoji are steps away. Room size was good and having a washer/dryer, cook top and microwave made it easy to please our 12 year old son. Will use this hotel again!

Easy to find food and convenient stores nearby. A couple downsides are the hotel is at a relatively secluded street, and the room is a bit small. Overall a great stay!

Microwave is placed in a very tight area near the doorway and is highly placed. Overall, a very nice location to stay in Sapporo

- Susan (8/5): - It does what it says: provide a comfortable yet small space to rest. I could squeeze my large backpack into a corner and still walk freely around the bed - not sure how it’s possible with suitcases. Rooms are very well insulated - no noise from adjoining rooms. The washing machine is such a bonus. The included breakfast is more or less the same each day - a mix of Japanese and western that will kick start your day. The breakfast ladies were very sweet. Great location - not even 5mins walk to TV Tower and Odori Park and underground shopping passageways to Sapporo station (~20mins).

- Nonthawan (6/5): - We choose to stay here long but hotel policy change only towel and garbage. I think they should change the blanket too for 2-3 days.
- Katherine (8/5): - The location of this property was super convenient, it is located near Nijo Market which opens early and you can have kaisendons for breakfast! Loved the in-room laundry. My only issue was that I think the room was a bit dusty because my boyfriend and I were very itchy the whole time we were in the room. The second we stepped out for the day, we were ok. But when we returned, we would get super itchy after 10 minutes. I bruised myself from scratching. Otherwise the staff were really nice

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Pleasant hotel with very friendly staff and a great location. It was so helpful to have an in-unit washer and dryer. The limited housekeeping was fine (and wasn’t a surprise), we were able to get fresh glasses and mugs but had to keep the old ones through the end of the stay.
- Alexia (10/5): artful use of space in well-equipped room - started and ended month-long travels in hokkaido with this understated delightful gem of a hotel. fuss-free check-in, room on high floor with a view. space in room thoughtfully planned to fit in two firm beds, table and chairs plus a quiet washer/dryer and microwave. what's not to like?
