• Tal (10/5): Amazing view, great staff, near river and trail - Located next to the river where you can raft and also a walking trail that is going through the hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The views are amazing.
• Nikolitsa (10/5): Το πιο προσεγμένο κατάλυμα που έχω επισκεφθεί - Το ξενοδοχείο Τελωνείο έχει όσα θα ήθελες να έχει ένα ξενοδοχείο για τη διαμονή σου στα Φραστα και το ταξίδι σου στα Τζουμέρκα! Είναι πολύ καθαρό, ο χώρος, όπως και κάθε δωμάτιο, είναι διακοσμημένος υπέροχα, με παλιά αντικείμενα, που σε μεταφέρουν σε μια άλλη εποχή. Προσεγμένη μέχρι και η τελευταία λεπτομέρεια! Όλα ήταν τακτοποιημένα και καθαρά. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και με πολλές επιλογές. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό! Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε. Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!
• George (5/5): - Hotelul este situat într-o locație cu acces și parcare ușoară. Camera este curată, mare și are un balcon cu vedere la munte. Casa este decorată cu multe obiecte vechi. Zona este ideală pentru plimbări montane minunate. Doamna de la recepție nu este amabilă, primire farte rece. Micul dejun simplu. Daca vrei o cafea expresso, contra cost. In mijlocul zilei, se ia curentul electric.

• Zvi (10/5): הילד אמר ״יכולתי לדמיין שאני גר כאן״ - אהבנו את העיצוב , הכל מוקפד אפילו המדפים בחדר הרחצה היו מעוצבים , שלא לדבר על הכניסה המרפסת . תחושת משפחה גדולה , כולם עם חיוך ואדיבות . המיקום ממש מעולה . הבעלים של המלון הם גם של הרפטינג , אז קבלנו הנחה .

• Robert (8/5): Very good - A family hotel, very special in design and decoration. Excellent and generous breakfast. Most importantly, the staff - the owner of the place and her daughters who give service wholeheartedly. And finally, for personal reasons we asked to shorten the stay and even though the reservation was without cancellation/change we immediately responded positively. Improve the air conditioning especially in the corridors and reception. A shower rod is required instead of a rack (high)

• Johannawl (9/5): Superb - The location. We had a big room with a balcony, with view on the river and the mountains. We had 2 wonderful days, the 1st day we went rafting with Nikos on the Arachtos, which was such a great experience, and the 2nd day we had made a sightseeing tour around the area with great surprises. The kataraktes near the village Karaktes were amazing and the cave Anemotrypa was very beautiful. Marina and Nikos and their staff were very friendly and helpful. Was the price for rafting €45 or € 40 p.p. for guests of the hotel? We thought it was 40 but we paid 45...maybe our fault.

Decorated beauifully. clean, beautiful view from the room , good breakfast .The owners nikos and his wife are very nice , welcoming and helpfull. it was pleasure to get to know then ,speak with them and get to know the area and the life here from their eyes . Nikos has also a rafting company and we enjoyed the rafting withhim alot . Really beautifull kenyon . And beautiful people. It was a little far to drive to tavernas , there we no place open in plaka when we were there.
