- Ana Cecilia (2/5): Beddyway irresponsable - La mayor decepción que he tenido en mi historia con hoteles.com, el dia de llegada, al coordinar con el administrador el ingreso,simplemente contesto que el apartamento no estaba disponible. Ya pague y el dinero no se me ha reembolsado, no decibi notificacion previa ni siquiera disculpas por parte de la persona que nos atendio
- Verified traveler (8/5): - the apartment is located at 6th floor of very clean building. the apartment itself is also clean. 10 minutes walk to train station no 14. Kitchen has a big fridge, a stove and a dishwasher. TV and internet is nice. beware the red sofa. it is broken. no slipper. the only problems the apartment has.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Buena relación situación/precio - Lo mejor del apartamento es el precio y la situación. Este apartamento, está bien situado cerca del metro y del tranvía en un barrio muy agradable restaurantes buenos y bien de precio y un supermercado cerca. El apartamento es amplio y las ventanas y el baño se nota que han sido cambiados hace poco. La cama principal era muy cómoda. Ahora debo apuntar algunas cosas a mejorar: La limpieza no era muy profunda, las sábanas bien y el baño bastante limpio, pero al resto de la casa le sentaría bien una limpieza en profundidad, sobretodo a las colchas, las cortinas, los cojines. También a la cocina. Y le vendría bien un microondas. Por otro lado, y aunque Fausto, que fue la persona encargada de abrirnos la casa, fue extremadamente amable y servicial, no nos parece justo que se nos cobre una tasa por llegar más tarde de las 8 y que después tuviésemos que esperar más de 40 minutos en la calle para que nos dieran las llaves. Creo que fue un problema de falta de personal y de retrasos de otros inquilinos por los aviones, pero no es justo para nosotros. Además tuvimos otro pequeño problema, aunque sabían que eramos 3 personas, no nos dejaron toallas ni ropa de cama adicional y nos la trajeron al día siguiente. El sofá cama estaba algo defectuoso, aunque se dormía bien para una persona. Si mejoran esas cosas sería un sitio de 10!
