La terraza con vistas al mar. La ubicacion justo delante de la playa. La habitacion era muy basica, con un minimo de detalles de decoracion sería un sitio ideal ya que era grande y con mucho potencial

Отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин. Номер оказался очень просторный и даже с кухней и дополнительной кроватью! В общем обязательно вернемся сюда еще!

Maria (2/5): Κοιμηθηκαμε το βράδυ και φύγαμε πρωί γρηγορα γρήγορα - Τίποτε, και δεν υπήρχε πρωινό ⁹ Υπήρχε μια πάρα πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά από την τουαλέτα ,η βρύση στο νεροχύτη έτοιμη να πέσει ,ούτε μπαλκόνι, βλέπαμε από το παράθυρο τοίχο ,παρά πολύ μικρή τουαλέτα και δεν είδαμε ποτέ άνθρωπο στην ρεσεψιόν.

The stuff was very kind and polite. - It was very clean and very comfortable for the few days we spent there and very quiet at night except the loud music from the nearby club The door of the window couldn’t go into tilt position I try it 2-3 times but with no success The site of the toilet was very small to sit for whatever you need to do (pee or the other one)

În data de 5.09 2025 m am cazat la aceasta locatie am facut plata la proprietar cu cardul pot justifica!La 2 zile de la cazare ne am trezit mușcați pe tot corpul de pleosnite de pat ,atât eu cât si soțul încă facem tratament pentru asta am discutat cu proprietarul si ne a dat de înțeles ca a avut pe cineva cu caini înaintea noastră 😆 nu a dorit sa ne restituie din bani Cash pe restul zilelor si a spus sa ii lasam un nr de cont asta am si facut ,tot sejurul a fost distrus o sa va las poze si filmare atașat,nu ii venea sa creadă nici cand soțul ia arătat ca era muscat de ceafa si gat peste 10 mușcături eu de brate si picioare ,starea noastră de sănătate a fost si este alterata nu am dorit sa ne mute la o alta locatie de a dansului de frica si de neîncredere!Cum poți sa te muti in alta locatie la același proprietar cand el nu își da interesul si nu verifica o camera,saltea etc...am facut demersuri către booking si alte instituții ,precizez ca noi am facut checkin pe 5.09 si el a ales sa anuleze aceasta prin neprezentarea noastră deci nu se poate asa ceva ptr ca eu am confirmare platii către aceasta locatie o am in aplicație băncii mele pe telefon el nu poate spune asta am poze de la balcon am poze din camera ,as dori ca booking sa își faca treaba chiar daca nu am plătit prin el ci la proprietate sunt un client fidel booking si in 3 zile imi cer emailuri si mesaje se fac ca nu înțeleg sau nu stiu,noi am foat acolo am plecat mai devreme cu 3 zile am eliberat in dat de 8.09 datorita infestării si a focarului din camera 302 etaj 1 cu vederea la mare discuția a rămas între mine si proprietar sa ne vireze banii nu sa întâmplat asta nu si a cerut nici scuze vacanta noastră a fost naruita sănătatea la fel,toți cei care veți merge acolo aveti grija verificați...pe noi ne a costat mult psihic si financiar!Sănătate!As da 0 dar nu exista nu se merita 1 prin ce trecem acum!!

Képekkel és videókkal is bizonyítani tudjuk! Hívtuk a tulajdonost, aki annyira agresszív volt, hogy rendőrt is kellett hívni! Másnap felhívott minket, hogy mégis visszakapjuk a pénzünk, de 1,5 hónap alatt sem sikerült 1 éjszaka árát visszautalniuk! Felháborító!

Steluta Mihaela (9/5): Un mic popas la Star Beach Resort , din Corfu in drum spre casă . - Ne -a plăcut poziția hotelului , exact pe malul marii și camera cu vedere la mare . De asemenea , camera a fost curată și dotată cu tot ceea ce este necesar . Nu am nimic de reproșat.

Калоян (7/5): - На няколко метра от плажа е и в непосредственост има множество заведения. Въпреки, че бяхме посочили час на пристигане ни се наложи да чакаме повече от час докато дойде собственика да ни даде ключа. Най-фрапиращото се оказа че с един ключ можеш да влезеш във всяка стая.
Marko (4/5): Preis übertrieben - Personal und Lage. Zu viele Moskitos im Zimmer. Zimmer sehr alt, sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Bett sehr alt, hart und schlecht. Ich konnte nicht mehr wie 6 Stunden schlafen. Preis für diese Unterkunft definitiv übertrieben. Ich hab viel, viel mehr von der Unterkunft erwartet. Für diesen Preis definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Minen nächster Urlaub wird definitiv Chalkidiki sein.

Jiri (8/5): - Nice place on beach, nice for short stay over. Ok for family of 4. Free parking on street. Unfortunately on Saturday night, noisy by music production in cafe below at least till 2 AM (as per owner, it is not common but still)

Filipovic (10/5): - Location is fantastic, everything is near by. Beach is across the street, market is 200m away, you have a coffee and much more bellow apartmans. View from apartman is bruh ...fantastic. 🤩 Ioannis is fantastic host, pleasent and kind. We stayed on one night, but it was fantastic. We will be back in the future, for couple more days. Only one thing is WiFi in rooms, but it was okay.

Marie (9/5): Lovely hotel , good value for money ! - Perfect location with a magic seawiew from the balcony. The studio was big and neat with everything you need. Very friendly atmosphere at the hotel and the cafe next door , and a very kind host. Nothing to complain about

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Un posto consigliato vivamente, e sicuramente da visitare quando si è a Makrygialos. Ci torneremo!
Marc (10/5): - Wir hatten das Vergnügen, die ersten Gäste bei Ioannis in diesem Jahr zu sein, es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung! Ioannis war unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, und er hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen und gut umsorgt. Wir können Ioannis als Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!
Arno (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - Super nette Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Restaurant nebenan. Ideal für Motorradreisende mit überdachtem, sicherem Parkplatz. Ruhige Lage direkt am Meer. Appartement mit Küchenzeile und Balkon mit Meerblick. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

János (7/5): Jót nyaraltunk. - A tenger közelsége nagyon praktikus főleg gyermekek esetében. Reggelit nem rendeltünk, magunk oldottuk meg. Figyelemre méltó a piactérnél található pékség kínálata! A pénteki piacnapon nagyon finom gyümölcsök vásárolhatóak. A tengerben található tengeri fű egy kissé lehangoló.

Daniela (9/5): - I have to thank a lot to the host for his patience. I anounced him i can't arrive and i canceled the booking. he agreed and he didn't penalized me. Few hours later I changed my plan again and asked him if the room i canceled is stil available anymore. Even if it was very late in the night, he was very kind and answered at the phone. he said the room i booked it was no more available, but he offered me other one. very nice location next to the sea. clean room, hot water in the shower, nice balcony with sea view and very good price. i totally recomand this host and this location Everthing was ok

Jelena (10/5): Ioannis -THE HOST! - Ioannis is a great host! He waited us after check in time, because we waited ferry and couldnt make it on time. So thank you Ioannis! Room with the sea view is excellent! The breakfast is great and its big and even more than enough per person! Also we got full breakfast for our son (2y old) We enjoyed.
