Llegamos temprano a Osaka y pasamos a dejar nuestras maletas, el personal nos indicó que el horario para realizar el check inn era a las 3 pm, situación que ya sabíamos. Nos fuimos a pasear y regresamos 10 minutos antes de las 3 pm, nuestro equipaje ya se encontraba en la habitación pero nos dijeron que no nos podían dejar ingresar hasta las 3 pm, me parece una tontería esa falta de flexibilidad.

- Yasuko (10/5): - とても良いホテルだと感じました。 ・宿泊中ずっと使えるドリンクバー。ジュースや炭酸水、コーヒーやティーパックなども揃っている。 ・それらは客室に持って帰る方ができる。 ・使用済みのタオルを回収するBoxがフロアの廊下に置いてある。 ・使わない歯ブラシとスリッパを返却するBoxもある。 ・朝はパンケーキサービス。 ・バスソルトにクナイプが置いてあり、選べる。 ・周辺はゴミゴミしたエリアだが、駅から近くてアクセスが良い。 ・ホテルは清潔。 ・フロントの近くに椅子があり、ちょっと座るのによかった。 ・チェックインした時、フロントの方がとても丁寧だった。 ・電話で問い合わせしたが（チェックイン予約時間に大幅に間に合わなかった）安心させてくれた。感じがとてもよかった。 普通のビジネスホテルだろうとあまり課題していませんでしたが、従業員の方の対応がとても良かったのですごく印象深いホテルでした。 働いている方々がホテルを大事にしているのが伝わりました。

- ナガオカクジ (10/5): - リッチや最低限の設備が整っているので旅慣れしている方は良いです。フロントスタッフも丁寧に対応してもらえました。気になったことは外出の際はルームキーをフロントに預けて外出してなければいけない為、不安でした。私は日本人ですが、場所柄外国人利用者がとても多く、カギはルーム番号を伝えればすぐに渡してくれます。 他人が誤りや、悪さしようとするケースもあるのではないかと感じたので、カギを渡す際に、念の為本人確認をしてからの方がより安心できると思いました。

- Mauricio (10/5): Otima localizacao - Escolhemos o hotel pela localizacao (dotonbori proximo ao glicoman). Pudemos percorrer varias atracoes e fazer compras tudo a pe. A estacao era bem proxima do hotel para os passeios mais distantes. O hotel conta com uma maquina de panquecas para o cafe da manha e refrigerante a vontade o dia todo.

- Edgar Alexis (10/5): - This hotel was the highlight of my trip to Japan. The location is convenient, clean, and modern. The lobby staff is very friendly and attentive to all my questions. There’s a lovely lobby lounge that’s perfect for bringing your food and enjoying free tea, coffee, and cold or hot water from the machines. There’s also an automated pancake machine that serves two small pancakes for breakfast, which you can top with various sweet toppings. Pairing that with cappuccino makes for a perfect combination! Everything was very clean, and my room was modern, featuring a private bathroom, refrigerator, AC, and a small bathtub. It was a wonderful change of pace after my stay in capsule hotels, providing a peaceful place to rest. I would definitely stay here again.

- MINKEUN (8/5): - 직원들이 매우 친절하고 닛폰바시 역에서 2분, 난바역에서 12분 거리로 상당히 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 주변에 편의점은 로손 4분 거리, 세븐 2분 거리입니다. 조용하고 1층 로비에는 24시 음료수를 마실 수 있으며 서비스가 굉장히 좋으나 아쉬운 점으로는 씻을 때 물의 온도가 중간마다 갑자기 바뀌는 경우가 있었습니다. 이 점만 빼면 최고라고 생각합니다.

- FeD512 (8/5): Good budget-friendly stay close to Namba/Dotonbori area - Rex Inn Namba is fairly close to Namba/Dotonbori area, although not at the heart of action. It's a bit of a walk from Namba station, towards Nippombashi direction. If you are okay with walking, this hotel is a great value proposition! The property is fairly new. Just like a lot of other Japanese business hotels, the rooms are on the small side however you will find a lot of amenities like hair dryer, toiletries, towels, toothbrush/toothpaste, refrigerator, etc. in the room. The front desk agents try very hard to ensure that you feel comfortable. The breakfast offering is just some small pastries and coffee/juice.

- ronaldsQ8589ND (8/5): Comfortable and Convenient Location near Osaka Dotonbori - This is a relatively new hotel completed in early 2018 and located a short walk from the Dotonbori area of Osaka. The Rex Inn Namba is a typical business-style hotel with tiny rooms and not much on frills but there is plenty to experience and eat within a short walk through the local area. The room was tiny but clean and featured a bathtub/shower and modern toilet, a small TV, hot water pot, as well as soaps, shampoos, and green tea. They only thing I didn't care for was there was absolutely no light coming through the window and the glass was frosted. I think this might be because the buildings in Osaka are so close together no light can squeeze between. They advertised a "breakfast" but don't expect much. The morning offerings consisted of some bite-sized rolls with various fillings, juice, and a coffee machine. The coffee from the machine was tasty, the orange juice cold and fresh, and there were plenty of other foods options nearby.
