O alojamento oferece boas comodidades e serviços. A única ressalva é que as fotos do hostel dão a impressão de que o espaço é mais novo do que realmente é. Ao chegar, nota-se que já passou algum tempo desde que as fotos foram tiradas, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema.

El desayuno no te hacen para llevar aunque sea que tú vuelo sea muy temprano (muy poco tacto) En la cocina pone un cartel que el.desayuno solo se toma allí que no está permitido take away(la verdad un desayuno es lo que es y si no te lo vas a tomar porque tú vuelo sale a las 7h deberian modificar este apartado) El horario que tienen expuesto en todos sitios es el de temporada alta y no te explican que hay otro en las fechas que tú vas Sinceramente solo estuve porque estaba cerca del.aeropuerto y era más cómodo y lo del desayuno pensé que era una buena opción para no llegar desmayada (que ni un zumo de bote y una Madalena para llevar) Y sobretodo ..el trato hablando con ellos tanto wasap como a través de mi reserva de Booking No lo aconsejo No volvere, gracias

• Sandra (7/5): correcto - el sitio está bien, y las habitaciones están limpias y cumple su funcion. Eramos 5 y nos metieron a una chica en la habitación que estaba molesta con nosotras porque llegamos tarde. Creo que nos podían haber dejado una habitación para nosotras. Por otro lado, no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno por las horas estrictas a lo que lo ponen ya que teniamos una excursion planificada temprano.

• Maryna (6/5): - Great value for money – includes a nice breakfast. There is air conditioning in the room, as well as the option to dry clothes after doing laundry. There was an issue, but the management resolved it quickly. I’m grateful for their help and for allowing me to store my luggage before check-in. The hostel is located a bit farther from the city center, requiring an uphill walk on cobblestone streets. If you’re coming from the airport with luggage, taking a taxi is the only practical option. There is a very loud air conditioning unit in the courtyard that switches on every 5 minutes — if your windows face that side. It can be quite noisy overall. The lockers are small, and even a small suitcase won’t fit inside.

• Luke (6/5): be prepared from crammed conditions - The kitchen is nice and the mattress on the bed was comfy too. I liked the staff, very friendly. In this room, there should only be 4 beds but somehow 6 are packed, therefore there is no room for packs. I had a large backpack it had to be placed between a bin and an aircon unit by the door.

• Alexandra (5/5): Quite a few unpleasant moments but the location outweighed it all. - Hot shower with excellent water pressure. Somewhere to place my towel, toothbrush, and toiletries in the shower! Wonderful blow dryer. Spacious room with a desk and chair. A mini closet to hang items and cubbies for storage. Location! Walking distance to Ponta Delgada was so nice. Parking was so simple, just a little bit down the road, tucked away. We kept the car parked and often walked downtown. Spotty internet. Limited seating (2 chairs would be nice) and no places to store bags except on the floor which was challenging considering the following statement. I found human hair everywhere including in the shower, on the towels, in the bed sheets, on the pillows, on the folded comforters, and on the floor. This gave me the ultimate ick. Cleanliness of comforter - there was so much dust, dirt, and hair, I couldn’t be bothered to place it on me or near my clean skin. Also the end was lumpy and very firm on one side and so soft on the other. Broken blackout shade so no sleeping past 6 am and I would barely call this a curtain since it’s sheer. No breakfast before 8 am when most hikes were recommended between 7-8 am to avoid crowds (I hate people so I opted for no breakfast). Living on the top floor I heard every person enter and exit the hostel because of the key pad or doors naturally closing. Availability of reception other than calling a Portuguese line. I tried to use WhatsApp and they told me to call, however I didn’t feel comfortable since I don’t have an unlimited data plan. The communal fridge scary and stinky.

Le lenzuola e soprattutto i cuscini le farei lavare un pò meglio. le camere al piano terra, sono asfissianti, dovrebbero installare degli scambiatori d'aria (VMC) per avere un miglio circolo d'aria e condizionatori migliori ma senza che l'aria fredda cada in testa mentre si dorme.

Le lenzuola e soprattutto i cuscini le farei lavare un pò meglio. le camere al piano terra, sono asfissianti, dovrebbero installare degli scambiatori d'aria (VMC) per avere un miglio circolo d'aria e condizionatori migliori ma senza che l'aria fredda cada in testa mentre si dorme.

• Blanche (7/5): - Cet hostel est plutôt très bien situé, légèrement excentré, mais tout de même en plein cœur de la ville. L'avantage c'est qu'on est dans une petite rue beaucoup plus calme que lorsque l'on est logé dans l'hypercentre (pour avoir été dans une auberge plus centrale, les nuits etaient vraiment très bruyantes) et tout reste facilement accessible à pieds. Petite épicerie au coin de la rue. Cour intérieure très mignonne et spacieuse. Cuisine équipée et dispo pour tous, petit déjeuner inclus et copieux. Personnel sympa et arrangeant. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant. J'ai séjourné à 2 reprises dans cet hostel et la chambre de mon 1er séjour était très petite, 6 lits dans un espace qui aurait sans doute mérité de n'avoir que 4 lits. J'ai du gardé ma valise dans le coffre de ma voiture pour ne pas surcharger les petits espaces de circulation autour des lits. Lors de mon 2eme passage, ma chambre de 6 était bcp plus spacieuse. Il pourrait être intéressant de proposer des dortoirs exclusivement féminin/masculin plutôt que mixte... Autre bémol : la tenue du frigo. Il est vraiment cracra avec peu de place pour le nombre de personnes accueillies. Il faudrait sans doute un 2eme frigo et un système d'étiquetage et de paniers pour ne pas laisser des vieux aliments stagner des jours et des jours après le départ des gens, et permettre de nettoyer plus régulièrement.
• Fabio (7/5): É pena que não saibam aproveitar as potencialidades do espaço que possuem. - A localização e as condições no geral. Nós três dias de estadia nunca mudaram a roupa da cama, no primeiro dia só havia toalha de banho, nos restantes nem as toalhas trocaram, falta de higiene ao nível dos baldes do lixo que também não foram limpos a não ser no primeiro dia e ainda escassez de staff recepcionista quase inexistente.
