Właściciel doskonale dbający o gości i zainteresowany (wyjeżdżając otrzymaliśmy w prezencie butelkę wina) Hotel mieści się w zabytkowym budynku i na wyższe kondygnacje dostęp tylko schodami. Pokoje dość słabo wyciszone (słychać wszystko co dzieje się wyżej i obok). Jak na hotel 4* zbyt dużo usterek (nie działająca klimatyzacja, nie działająca lodówka, nie działająca słuchawka prysznicowa)

- Johanna (7/5): Lage perfekt. Beim Deluxe-Zimmer auf Details auf den Fotos achten. - Die Lage ist Top. 3 min vom Fluss. 1 min vom Kopernikus-Haus. Restaurant top. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Deluxe-Zimmer in der zweiten Etage entspricht exakt den Abbildungen bei Booking.com. Das bedeutet, dass das Bett ziemlich niedrig ist und der kleine Badbereich nicht mit einer Tür, sondern mit einem Vorhang vom Zimmer getrennt ist. Für jemanden, dem es nichts ausmacht alle Geräusche und Gerüche seines Zimmerpartners mitzubekommen, ist dieses Zimmer geeignet. Es ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

- annette (9/5): - Super zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Dachterrasse und ein Restaurant im EG mit sehr guter kreativer Küche mit nicht übertriebenen Preisen. Das Hotel ist stylisch und modern in einen Altbau integriert. Die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich, in denen sich ein Designer kreativ ausgetobt hat. Alle sehr freundlich. Bei einigem Design fehlte das Praktische, z.B. gab es für das Bad keinen Lichtschalter außen, was Nachts etwas unpraktisch war, die Jalousie funktionierte nur mit Fernbedienung, was meine Mutter nicht alleine verstanden hätte , aber das waren Kleinigkeiten, insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und wären auch noch geblieben.

A my byliśmy jako zwykli turyści, nikt ważny. Dla przemiłego właściciela o niespozytej energii, każdy gość jest ważny. Na dachu super taras z widokiem na dachy kamienic. Śniadania w sam raz nie marnuje się tu żywności, nie schnie na blatach. To też ważne. Wrócimy tylko tu.

The staff were warm and accommodating, the amenities abundant—highlighted by a beautiful breakfast—and the room impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the rooftop for its views and quiet, and the bar made for a perfect afternoon retreat. They excel at making guests feel welcome; on departure, I was even given a lovely bottle of Chardonnay. The owner struck a rare balance of being present yet unobtrusive—one day clearing tables in the breakfast area (before I realized who he was), and another stepping in to help me with a loaner bike. W całym Toruniu nie ma gdzie zaparkować no ale to nie wina hotelu, Hotel oferuje miejsce parkingowe przed samym Hotelem sa 3 miejsca koszt za dobę 90 zł

The breakfast was excellent and had hot and cold items. The staff were also very friendly. The fridge, bedside lamp and other lamp in the room were all broken.

- Annah (10/5): Toruń: město Koperníka, perníku a pamětihodností. - Toruň byla první destinací na naší cestě po Polsku, kde jsme strávili 3 dny objevováním města a 3 noci ve velice příjemném hotelu s milým personálem. Vždy si vybíráme hotel pokud možno v centru s možností parkování buď v hotelu nebo poblíž. Tady jsme to měli přímo před hotelem na vyhrazených místech. Hotel je velmi pěkně zrekonstruovaný historický měšťanský dům přímo v srdci Starého Města. Z okna jsme viděli na dům Koperníka a možná proto se jmenuje Hotel Nicolaus. Pokoj byl dostatečně velký, postel pohodlná, přikrývka lehká a přitom teplá a velká. Večer nás personál přijemně překvapil, když jsme v hotelovém baru jako ubytovaní hosté měli občerstvení zdarma. Bohatý snídaňový bar byl ještě doplněn možností teplého jídla přímo na přání, což jsme nevyužili, protože všeho bylo dostatek. Určitě se tam ještě vrátíme.

- Filip (3/5): Nie zawitam kolejny raz - Lokalizacja Bateria umywalkowa w łazience , niby wizualnie ale jest to fatalny patent , odkręcanie i zakręcanie w dolnej części baterii , kiedy jest mokra od wody to zakręcenie czy odkręcenie wody sprawia dużą trudność, być może moja złapała trochę osadu co potęgowało problem. Mało logiczne sterowanie oświetleniem w pokoju.Jednak największy moim zdaniem minusem budującym w moich oczach negatywny jednak obraz obiektu to właściciel rugający pracowników i to jeszcze przy gościach hotelowych - max nie profesjonalne zachowanie i byłem tym zszokowany , szczerze szkoda mi było dziewczyn z obsługi ponieważ były bardzo sympatyczne i widać było że się starały ale właściciel to niestety jakiś prostak a ja współczuje pracującym dziewczynom że muszą znosić jego humory..

- Yasin (10/5): Tam olarak ne eksiği ne de fazlası olan mükemmel bir otel. Tavsiye ederim. - Verilen kahvaltı gayet yeterli, lezzetli ve tazeydi. Hem personelin hem de otel sahibinin ilgisi her daim hissediliyor. Sevmediğim hiçbir şey yok. Sadece kahvaltı servisi zemin katta yapılırsa hem ortam daha güzel olur hem de dışarıdan daha fazla müşteri çekilebilir diye düşündüm.

- Catherine (2/5): Small, poorly designed room at an expensive price - The room was so tiny that you could not open the small refrigerator door. It was also very poorly designed with the beds too low to the floor, 2 plastic chairs that took up space but neither of which could fit at the desk and a terrible, dimly lit bathroom. The room was terrible and there was no way to get to the room without going up/down steps with your luggage. It was too expensive for such a small, awful room.

- Dagmara (10/5): - Super lokalizacja, duży i bardzo fajny pokój, wygodne łóżko, extra łazienka, smaczne śniadania. Fajne patio i taras na dachu. Miła obsługa. Działająca tylko sezonowo klimatyzacja ( brak informacji na ten temat na stronie hotelu), smart tv - mała ilość dostępnych kanałów, plamy na materacu. Żeby zapalić światło w łazience lecisz do ściany przy drzwiach wejściowych ( prawdopodobnie nie działająca czujka w łazience?). Zepsuty włącznik światła w lampce koło łóżka . Z powodu nakładki na telewizorze pilot nie działał np z łóżka, które jest na przeciwko tylko z rogu pokoju. Wg mnie hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki.
