- Otakar (7/5): Value for the money - yes, but needs to sort few things out.. - Quiet location away from Bansko, yet easy to reach by car - 10min journey. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definetely good value for the money you pay, however... Open and dodgy electrical wiring - not sure this would pass a standard EU reg. inspection? Spa & pool area - tiles / floor extremely slippery and dangerous, you are just a step away from a major fall and injury. Breakfast - no juices at all!, coffee from the machine is horrible, and only one tea available (herbal). This is bad. No microvawe in the room, so you are left to warm up meals on the stove. Shower has no little shelf for toiletries.

- Sophie (6/5): Nice enough resort, but consider location if coming for skiing! - The breakfast offering was great and plentiful, no complaints there! The Restaurant facilities were large and lovely, with a fire. The size of the rooms were also pretty generous, making it comfortable for two couples to easily stay in a 2 bed apartment. It was good for the price. Sometimes we found the staff to be a little bit abrupt. Breakfast team were lovely and accommodating, as were van drivers. However during the stay we didn't exactly feel warm or welcomed. The Spa facilities are quite small for the size of the resort, particularly given the size of the resort itself. If you are coming for skiing it is about a 20 min drive from the bottom of the Bansko Gondolas. The rooms itself are basic in amenities (microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, knives and forks). No cooking facilities, knives, boards etc. Each room had different things, for example one room has glasses/wine glasses the other didn't.

Да ресторанта има и детски пързалки и люлки. Не ми хареса че бойлерът е малък и хоризонтален, водата свършваше бързо и беше по-удобно да се къпем ⁿна душовете в спа зовата за да не се изплакваме със студена вода.

- ivan (7/5): - Boravio sam sa prijateljima, sobe su udobne i prosrtane, sve je besprekorno čisto bilo. Doručak, Švedski sto. Mnogo siromašan za uloženi novac. Nema neki već izbor hrane, a za piće ima samo kafa i čaj. Sve ostalo mora da se doplati.

- Кристина (7/5): Приятен и уютен престой - Хареса ни стаята и гледката от нея. Не ни хареса качеството на храната и че няма топла връзка до спа зоната, което е неудобно, особено през зимния сезон.
- Lisa (3/5): Please see above comments - The spa was very relaxed, so children could swim Breakfast time was too late if you were going to go skiing on the mountain, therefore although we booked our breakfast, we did not get it at all, there was no flexibility on the time of breakfast. Staff were rude and consistently had a sour face, one evening we asked if the member of staff was okay and their reply was “no I’ve had a bad day” The shower in the room was broken and flooded the bathroom Two of the evenings, we stayed to have dinner in the hotel, food came out at all different times, food took over two hours to be served on both evenings, we had hungry tired children and this was not acceptable, we then did not eat at the hotel again. Food we did have was cold Although it was advertised to have free shuttle bus to the town, it was only at times that did not work with skiing, taxis were called and we were given a price of €20 however they put it up to €30 when they realised that we would have to get it every morning to get to skiing lessons on time. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

- Anna (5/5): Μέτρια - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και εντάξει η τοποθεσία σχετικά Το σπα ίσως και να ήταν και το πιο ανοργάνωτο που έχουμε επισκεφθεί πολύ βρώμικα …πισίνα με θολά νερα και κακή οσμή μαυρισμένες ξαπλώστρες καμιά επίβλεψη του χώρου. παιδιά μικρα να κάνουν βουτιές και να πετάγονται νερά παντού, ενώ είχε ταμπέλες ότι άπαγορευεται.Το φαγητό κάτω του μετρίου πήραμε διάφορα πιάτα να έχουμε γνώμη και ήταν όλα ξανά ζεσταμένα εμφανώς (το μοσχάρι ήταν κονσέρβα κ τα μακαρόνια κρύα ). Οι καθαρίστριες δεν έκαναν τίποτα στο δωμάτιο το πρωί όταν φεύγαμε πέρα να αλλάξουν τον κάδο ούτε καν σεντόνια πετσέτες .Το προσωπικό σε όλα τα πόστα ήταν αγενής και γενικά με λίγα λόγια όχι . Σίγουρα θα βρείτε καλύτερα!

We had a problem with the boiler and we announced the stuff, they resolved it but didn’t come to clean the bathroom so it was water all over the place. The furniture is old and the rooms don’t look as good as in the photos, but they are clean.
