I liked nothing unhygienic rooms,no cleaning staff,stains on bedsheets,sting in room.On cancellation of booking owner refused to refund back our money. Room was booked for 4 night but we cancelled after stay of one night.owner refused to refund our money.He take 50% charges for no service used by us.

Beer and water in the fridge were available at market rates. Delicious breakfast Bread Omelette, Poha and upma available at reasonable cost. Saves time. In that it was a hassle free stay for us. Cabs / self drive cars / scooters are available next door. Nothing as such.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The Room was so dark and you were not allowed to leave the light on when there was a power cut all you were left with was the one lamp no tv no shower room light. The electric light switches for the shower room were faulty & in need of replacing for safety standards as you had to keep switching and pressing in to get the light on in shower room. There was a rules list on the wall of Do's & Dont's this stated you were not allowed to wash any clothes except underwear you could have your clothes washed at a certain amount of rupees per hour.This also stated you got clean filtered water put in your room daily this was not done every day

This guest house is a real gem..If i had a heavy night,I knew i would not be disturbed in the morning..Joe and Mariettas two lads are always cleaning and sprucing up the place..If i go back to Calangute this is the place i want to be..Joe even took me on his scooter to get some Rupees..Thats some service..Thank you both for a most enjoyable stay..Take care and God bless you all.
