- Yassine (8/5): Santa, Sauna & Nature - La proximité au Santa Village. Le calme et la nature autour. La qualité des chambres ainsi que le sauna inclus. Les énormes baies vitrées permettent d'observer des Aurores Boréales du lit. L'enclos à Rennes était un plus. Le petit abri pour allumer un feu et observer le ciel est une superbe idée. Etant arrivé en fin de saison (début Avril), le dîner à l'hôtel n'était pas disponible tous les soirs. C'est compliqué de trouver un restaurant à proximité, ouvert le soir. Il faut se déplacer en ville à chaque fois.

- Jasmin (8/5): Make sure you check the season!!! - The cabin was lovely, big windows, comfy beds and fantastic showers. It was great having the living room and kitchenette and so much space. There was a lovely deck out the back looking into the forest and complimentary sleds. We had fun trying out the sauna too. The outlook from the front door was directly into a reindeer enclosure which thrilled the family. The staff were friendly and the breakfast at the restaurant was nice (otherwise the restaurant was closed). When booking there was no acknowledgement that it was past the end of season and that everything was closed. When I was researching online it was stated that Santa Claus Village is open all year but the only thing we had access to was the santa visit, the market, one basic restaurant and the animals. The place was deserted and although we had fun it was disappointing. Having said that, I'm pretty sure the room we got was heavily discounted as I've checked peak season prices and they appear much higher.

- Armita (10/5): - I loved everything about this hotel... the views of the trees from our room was like painting... the walks in the forest around the hotel was beautiful... my son loved the Sleds and the snow mountains they made next to the hotel for playing... the location was perfect next to Santa village... The dinners and staff were so friendly and super nice... The room was so clean and new... the Sauna experience was amazing... I can't think of anything I didn't like... The hotel is amazing.

The room was clean and having a duplex hotel was really nice. Our bedroom specifically had large windows to look out of for northern lights. However, our windows faced the "backyard" forest with trees and there was another "hotel"? lined up to the side of ours and their exterior housing lights were always on, polluting and interfering with the darkness. We had to keep our shades closed because we couldn't sleep with their lights in our sight.

Close to the Santa Village and all the activities but still segregated enough to get some pace and quiet in the tranquil surroundings. The hotel is luxuriously finished. - Simone (7/5): - Die Aurora Suiten sind an sich sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr geräumig über 2 Etagen mit Sauna im oberen Badezimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider hat in unserer Suite die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten uns mit den vorhandenen elektrischen Heizern behelfen. Die Unterbringung in einem Häuschen wäre sicher besser gewesen - dort gibt es einen Kamin.

- Zigett (8/5): Wonderful cabin slightly let down by average breakfast - Located a short walk away from the Santa Claus Village with all its entertainment and restaurants. Our self-contained cabin was stylish and came with all mod cons including a full kitchen, coffee machine, wonderful log fire, and a good size personal sauna. The huge window in the bedroom allowed for Northern Lights gazing whilst being tucked up in bed. There were some maintenance issues such as missing window blinds and the safe not working, but overall were we impressed with our cabin. Service was also very attentive and helpful. That said, breakfast was a very average buffet and there was no cooked-to-order egg station. Given the price we paid, this was the only real downside during our stay.

- TomNova (8/5): Es war ein schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt und eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! - Unser 2-stöckiges Zimmer war super schön, geräumig, auch die Sauna für 3-4 Personen war TOP! Generell die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann man hervorheben, die schöne, ruhige Lage sowie das überall tolle Ambiente, sowohl im Hauptgebäude als auch im Nebengebäude. Das Frühstück ist soweit ok, mehr dazu unter Negatives. Es gab allerdings zwei Punkte, die eine bessere Bewertung verhinderten. Zum einen die eifrigen Reinigungskräfte, die uns in 4 Nächten insgesamt 3x!!! aus unseren Schlaf gerissen haben! Wir waren öfters in der Nacht unterwegs (Polarlichter-Tour) und haben deshalb meistens zwischen 8-14 Uhr geschlafen. Es war im ganzen Zimmer kein Schild zu finden, nach dem Motto "bitte nicht stören". Auch einen Zettel konnten wir nicht an die Tür außen hängen, da wir zwar Zettel vom Hotel hatten, jedoch nirgendwo ein Stift lag. Ebenso wäre ein Schuh-Löffel wünschenswert. Der zweite größere, negative Punkt war das Frühstück. Es gaben jeden Tag identisches Frühstück, was einerseits nicht so schlimm wäre, aber sehr, sehr viele Speisen und Getränke Fertigprodukte sind. So waren ALLE Säfte aus Tetrapak's, ebenso die Smoothies, aber auch viele andere Fischspeisen, Waffeln etc. waren Fertigprodukte und nicht selbst gemacht. Hört sich jetzt schlimmer an, als es ist. Das Frühstück war wie oben geschrieben ok, Eier und Bacon waren z.B. einfach exzellent zubereitet und zeigt, dass die Küche auch was drauf hat. Wir waren 2x im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen, die Speisen waren einfach köstlich! Umso mehr schade, dass nur sehr wenig Speisen in der eigenen Küche zubereitet werden.

We loved the breakfast too. Nova Skyland is very near Santa Claus Village around 5 minutes walking distance. Love everything!

- pov_sd (10/5): Good location, great for groups/families. - Great option for families or groups of friends, our accommodation was 2 bedrooms and a loft bed and included a private sauna. It was spacious and comfortable, reindeer right outside our door and great view of the northern lights! The on site restaurant was great and the staff was nice and helpful. It was a 5 minute walk to Santa Claus Village. I would stay here again.

We liked the warmth of the wood stove, and appreciated the sauna. It was well located and staff were friendly and helpful. If you are flying out of Rovaniemi on the first flight at 9am don’t book for breakfast. The restaurant doesn’t start breakfast service until 8 am. We had to take a breakfast box which was thoughtfully packed by the kitchen, but had we known when booking we would not have chosen the breakfast option.

Idealna lokalizacja, blisko wioski świętego Mikołaja, wokół piękne tereny na spacery z dzieciakami na sankach albo na narty biegowe. Jestem zadowolona z pobytu Kuchnia choć pyszna to monotonna. Na śniadanie kilka dań, codziennie to samo. Kolacja mimo że pyszna to dosłownie kilka dań do wyboru

- Camilla (10/5): God placering og lækkert værelse - Værelset fungerede rigtig godt til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Sengen til børnene var god og ikke en sovesofa men en rigtig seng. Fantastisk udsigt fra soveværelset. Alt var godt.

- Julio Cesar (10/5): Hotel cómodo para disfrutar dentro del Círculo Polar Artico - En general muy bien, un poco caro, pero no defrauda, está muy bien Que para desayunar hay que salir a la calle y con el frío hay que abrigarse mucho lo que lo hace un poco incómodo, pero el desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad.

The location close to Santa Village was very convenient for the kids, and we really loved the room. We had many activities outside, so we wish we could have spent more time at the hotel. We had a small issue with the bedside light — it started flashing like a strobe. Even though there wasn’t a technical team onsite, the staff was very helpful and found a quick temporary solution.

Sauna w domku - świetna okazja do wypróbowania sauny w warunkach domowych. Widok z domku na renifery. Możliwość karmienia reniferów na terenie hotelu. Wyposażenie kuchni w domku - znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bramki na schodach dla dzieci - super udogodnienie. Była nawet możliwość wypożyczenia z hotelu sanek dzieciom. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, wszyscy chętnie służyli pomocą. Na pewno wrócimy ponownie! Rozkładana kanapa na parterze miała niewygodny materac - warto wymienić na bardziej komfortowy dla gości.

- Javier (3/5): Decepcionante en calidad/servicio/precio - A nivel arquitectónico, el diseño del complejo es muy bonito. El servicio y dirección de este hotel es muy decepcionante. Es la primera vez en un hotel de esta categoría sentirme estafado por el hotel y sobre todo, muy mal atendido. Comenzando desde preguntarles para realizar algún tour con nuestro grupo (28 personas) y tardando una semana en contestarme durante más de un mes insistiendo yo. ¿Cómo puede ser esto posible? Cuando pagamos más dinero por un hotel como este es para que seamos tratados de una forma rápida y eficiente. Después de esto tuve un problema con un sobrecoste de la habitación por una mala vinculación con Booking.com. También ha sido la primera vez en Booking.com en el que ha tenido un problema de este tipo, tremendamente decepcionado, os recomendaría ir a otro hotel donde no tengáis este tipo de problemas ya que para ellos, lo importante es el dinero, no que los huéspedes sean bien atendidos.

- Julien Bxl (7/5): Bien mais canapé lit inconfortable - Le bungalow "lune de miel" est niché au cœur des sapins. Les fenêtres panoramiques dans la chambre sont magnifiques. Le sauna est super, avec une petite fenêtre pour renouveler l'air.. Belle cheminée. Le bungalow est mal agencé. Les éclairages sont trop criards. La salle de bain n'est pas très agréable. Mais surtout, le canapé lit n'est pas du tout adapté à un adulte. C'est un bête canapé Valentuna de chez ikea, qui se déplie en tiroir, ce qui impose un horrible creu au niveau des fesses. Une honte au prix que coûte la nuit.
