• Verified traveler (2/5): - Der Raum ist sehr klein und mit billigsten Möbeln ausgestattet. Vieles ist kaputt gewesen, wie z. B. der Ventilator, ein Plissee, eine Fußbodenleiste, das Lattenrost des Bettes etc. Die Dusche hat nachts mehrmals getropft. Nachts kamen regelmäßig laute Geräusche aus dem Flur. Das Schlimmste ist das laute Knarren des Bettes. Unsere Beschwerde beim Kundenservice wurde ignoriert. Wir sind absolut unzufrieden und können dieses Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Stefan (10/5): sauber und funktional, wenn auch spartanisch - Wir bekamen rechtzeitig vor der Ankunft eine Whatsapp zum Check-in. Die Suche war nicht sonderlich dramatisch, und der Bezug des Zimmers war unaufgeregt. So als wäre man Daheim via Zahlentaster angekommen. Das Appartment hat entsprochen - einfach, sauber. Lediglich ein Kasten wäre ratsam, anstatt der "billigen" Kleiderstange. Der Ausblick in den ruhigen Innenhof war sehr erfrischend und tat der Nachtruhe gut.

• Aikaterini (4/5): Buona posizione, ma... - Il check-in è stato molto comodo, utilizzando soltanto dei codici per entrare nella struttura e nella camera. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. Abbiamo trovato l’ascensore fuori servizio. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, c’erano due asciuga capelli entrambi non funzionati, 3 peli (probabilmente pubici, ma chi lo sa) nella tavoletta del wc, ed in generale molta polvere tra mobilio, porta e zoccoli. Le lenzuola dei letti erano inodori e sgualcite, difficile dire se fossero pulito o meno. In generale non ci è piaciuto lo stato di pulizia per queste ragioni. Essendo molto sottili i muri, forse in cartongesso, quando qualcuno è entrato di notte nella stanza a fianco ci è sembrato camminasse affianco al nostro letto

Purtroppo non funzionava l'ascensore, ma temo che questo possa essere dovuto alla difficoltà dovute al COVID che pone molte restrizioni. Io userò ancora ICEMAN ROOMS e lo consiglio

Keinerlei check out moeglich. Weder persoenlich, noch telefonisch, noch an der angegebenen Rezeption Fink irgendwer am Vormittag des 20.02.erreichbar. Katastrophaler Gesamteindruck.
• Angelo (2/5): - La peggiore esperienza mai vista.. Elenco tutto con Pro e Contro... Contro : -foto non attendibili -spazi minuscoli nemmeno quello per poggiare i bagagli - 1 solo comodino distante dal letto proprio per motivi di spazio - 2 prese, di cui una per la tv e una per poter ricaricare il cellulare sopra il letto -pavimento instabile -finestre senza tende o tapparelle. Alle 7 del mattino in camera c'era una luce abbagliante -ascensore guasto quindi 2 piani a piedi con le valigie. -letto incompleto, mancava il lenzuolo superiore (poco igienico) -mancanza di un armadio o di qualcosa dove poter appendere dei vestiti (c'erano solo 2 stampelle rotte poggiate ad un attaccapanni) -assenza di un cestino per rifiuti - la doccia era sprovvista di un supporto per poggiare il bagnoschiuma. -assistenza del personale della struttura inesistente. Pro: - centralità rispetto alla città. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
• Verified traveler (2/5): DA EVITARE - Posso capire il prezzo basso, ma se possibile statene alla larga. Serietà professionale pari a ZERO , dargli degli incompetenti sarebbe fargli un complimento. Non sanno riconoscere, capire, ne tantomento imparare dai loro errorri. Se comunque decidete di avventirarvi, sappiate che i loro numeri di emergenza funzionano solo e solamente fino alla mezzanotte; se mai e percaso aveste un problema dopo tale ora potete anche morire. Nella camera manca tutto l'essenziale. E' più semplice finire il cubo di Rubik che chiudere persiane e finestre. La dimensione delle camere è al limite della vivibilità. In bagno va' ancora peggio non avendo una saponetta; la carta igenica contata, ogori sgradevoli dai sifoni. Se devi appendere un asciugamano, almeno quelli risicati e contati ci sono, portati martello e chiodi , poichè non c'è altra alternativa. Le pareti sono di cartapesta e si sente tutto; e dico tutto. La doccia fa' acqua da tutte le parti; l'unica nota positiva è che è bella calda. Sempre che tu abbia tempo o voglia di poterla fare se non ti lasciano chiuso fuori dalla stanza perchè sbagliano ad inviarti i codici di accesso. Codici che devi chiedere e richiedere in aramaico per farteli spedire. Ah, dimenticavo.... ....spero che siate belli allenati, poichè le stanze sono dal secondo al terzo piano con i gradini della nonna; e siete senza ascensore. Ed i gradini di cui sopra sono sbeccati ed in parte lisci; a richio infortunio insomma. E' un miracolo uscirne indenni. Buona fortuna :)
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Positivo letti comidi stanza calda grande pecca la mancanza del bidet nel bagno (non siamo in francia).. per quanto riguarda l'igiene su alcuni cuscini c'erano delle macchiette di dubbia provenienza una coperta riportava delle macchie nere e a terra nel pavimento antistante la porta del bagno c'erano delle macchie verdastre.. tuttosommato rapporto qualita prezzo molto buono..

Nota negativissima ,sgradevolissimo odore di fogna in tutta la camera proveniente dal bagno,come vedo già segnalata da altri, mentre per telefono L' operatrice sembrava completamente ignara di ciò . La stanza ci viene cambiata ,perfetta dal punto di vista del bagno ma anche qui Entrando, come nella prima stanza, troviamo una stanza molto fredda a causa della finestra lasciata aperta dagli operatori della struttura e termosifoni spenti fino al mattino in quanto centralizzati. Sistemando lo scarico e migliorato alcune piccole cose come la biancheria da bagno (alcune asciugamani sporche/macchiate ) potrebbe diventare una struttura valida al suo prezzo non eccessivo .

• Verified traveler (4/5): - L'unica cosa positiva è che si trova al centro di Bolzano. Ci siamo stati 4 notti. Abbiamo fatto tutto tramite telefono, nessuno è venuto a chiedere né a fare le pulizie. Hanno fatto brillare un ordigno bellico e il proprietario non ci ha contattati né avvisati. Abbiamo inviato noi un messaggio e la risposta è stata "lasciate la stanza entro le 8,30" quando essendo in fascia gialla e quindi non venendo nemmeno le signore per le pulizie avrebbe potuto almeno farci rimanere fino a fine allarme. Così ci siamo ritrovati per strada senza sapere dove andare, se non fosse stato per la gentilezza degli abitanti che ci hanno indirizzati in un punto di raccolta.

• Conny (8/5): - Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Schlafzimmer Richtung Innenhof, sehr ruhig. Der Check In per Whatts App war praktisch, so konnten wir zunächst unser Gepäck abstellen und danach persönlich in der Mustergasse einchecken. WLAN für kleine Datenmengen ausreichend. - Die Sicherung unserer Zimmertür bedarf einer Reparatur. Die Türe wurde scheinbar mit Gewalt geöffnet und das Gegenstück des Schlosses war so locker, dass man mit wenig Kraftaufwand die Tür hätte aufstossen können. - Der Balkontisch war defekt. Es fehlten zwei Schauben. - Toilettenpapier war knapp Insgesamt eine saubere, preiswerte und zweckmässige Unterkunft ohne besonderen Komfort. Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt hat's gepasst.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - We didn’t stay, here’s a couple big reasons why: 1. Accessibility is terrible - the place is hard to find not accessible by car you to walk to find it. It took us more an hour to drive around and found a public parking spot then we have to walk about 15 mins thru Old downtown shopping area. It hidden behind a hot dog stand. We have to asked couple times to finally found it. 2. No person to greet you - we open the door it was a dark tiny hallway and elevator. We got in to the elevator but it looks to be broken. At that point we decide not to continue any farther. Totally waste of time for us.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Die Unterkunft ist der reine Nepp: Hinter einer "Wurstbude" in der Fußgängerzone ist der Eingang für welchen man einen Code bekommt (TÜR ist aber immer offen...!), das Treppenhaus ist sehr ungepflegt und düster. Oben angekommen gibt man den zweiten Code ein und kann ins Zimmer rein. wir hatten ein "Deluxe Doppelzimmer" gebucht und waren sehr enttäuscht: im Zimmer gab es keine Vorhänge, keinen Schrank, die Fensterscheibe hatte einen Sprung, die Lampe auf dem Balkon war zerfetzt. Zudem ging das Wlan nicht. Im Bad hing das Waschbecken schief von der Wand und es gab nicht mal Zahnputzbecher oder Gläser.... Wir können die "Iceman Rooms" NICHT weiterempfehlen.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Abbiamo prenotato due notti ma siamo andati via dopo la prima. Una camera singola “trasformata” male per l’occasione in una doppia. Mai visto una doppia dove uno dei due non può scendere dal letto perché incastrato contro il muro. Pulizia scarsa. Unica nota positiva le scuse via telefono ma quando ho chiesto il rimborso della notte non goduta sono SPARITI.
• Olav (4/5): - Sentral beliggenhet men resten var ganske dårlig. Heisen var ikke tilgjengelig, måtte bære tunge kofferter 3. etg opp, og måtte gå alle trappene når vi skulle ut og inn. Det var svært lytt mellom rommene og ut til gangen. En del bråk om natten fra gang og naborom. Vond/råtten lukt på badet. Vi bodde der i 6 netter. Etter opplysninger på Hotels.com skulle det være daglig rengjøring. Dette stemte ikke. Det var rengjøring bare 1 gang pr. uke. Fikk avtalt rengjøring og nye håndklær etter 4 dager! Ytterdør til gaten gikk ikke an å låse. Låsesystem (låsekode) til rommet var ok.

Het verblijf ligt boven een winkel wat niet ideaal is zo stonden regelmatig beneden pallets en op de laatst dag stond er een pallet wagen op de gang van de tussenverdieping. Tevens stond er rechtstreeks voor de deur een tentje voor brádwurst

Io e mia madre per lo schifo abbiamo dormito con i cappotti addosso. Il giorno dopo mi sono recata alla reception ma non ho trovato nessuno.

Leider wurde mir der Code für den Check in erst sehr spät per mail zugesandt, so dass ich vor verschlossenen Türen stand. Da es keinen Empfang im Haus gab, musste ich ca. 10 Minuten (mit Suchen und Fragen) in ein anderes Hotel, um mir den Code abzuholen. War etwas doof. Aber alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Prezzo basso...bassi servizi!!! - L'ingresso del condominio era un deposito di scatoloni da buttare del negozio di fianco! Non molto accogliente. La camera in sé non era male ma nonostante non fosse nemmeno datata...avrebbe avuto bisogno di una pitturata ai muri: molti segni erano presenti soprattutto in bagno dove c'era anche una macchia di umidità scrostata vicino alla doccia. Lenzuola non stirate...mancanza di un set di asciugamani per una persona. Non eseguito nemmeno il check in solo messaggi tramite cellulare per comunicazione codice x entrare in camera. Camere non insonorizzate...notte insonne a causa chiacchere a voce alta dei vicini di camera.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Da migliorare - Camera senza armadi, poco spazio in camera, bagno più spazioso con doccia ampia, ma nel bagno c'è una puzza costante. Non c'è aria condizionata e se fa caldo a Bolzano si muore, non c'era la carta igienica abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Il lampadario principale della camera non si accendeva. Abbiamo comunicato queste mancanze ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta.

C'era solamente la spugna da doccia....in bagno mancava addirittura la mensolina sopra il lavandino...essendo l'unico piano appoggio....ed inoltre un unico cuscino.....l'unica cosa positiva la posizione centrale

• Yooms (6/5): - Iceman Rooms was a good affordable option for me in Bolzano. It would be helpful if the special instructions for check-in also stated that the reception is the same as Residence Fink (hotel), as it only gives the address on the instructions. The bathroom was modern and clean but not ideal that it was detached from the room, fine for a one night stay! Air-conditioning would be a helpful new installment for the summer months. I had two different reception experiences, the first was enquiring about checking-in the following day— two ladies sat there ignoring me while one was on the phone and the other not acknowledging my presence only when the phone call ended did they help me. The one not on the phone was not doing anything, very bad customer service. I checked- in later than anticipated and the man who helped me was very friendly on the phone and in-person and efficient/helpful. I have one concern for this place— there is no lock on the main staircases going up to the rooms so anybody can go up which I find rather unsafe, especially as a solo traveller, I suggest using the pincode lock on the door and giving this to guests who have checked-in. Overall good stay for a cheaper option and for one night. Great location basically directly next to Ötzi Museum.
• J&B (8/5): - This hotel was perfect for what we needed. We stayed one night in Bolzano in preparation for another trip, and to take an opportunity to see Otzi, the ice man, at the archeological museum. These rooms were just a few meters from the museum and well situated to access the Bolzano city life. The rooms are very basic, but had everything neede to enjoy a very short stay. A great low cost spot for the traveler passing quickly through.

They were clean but one blind was missing from my window and it was very hot, so I had to sleep with no clothes on and with the possiblity that someone could see me! The TV remote batteries had run out. You have to check in elsewhere which is a nuisance. However, the good thing is that they are near the museum where you can see the Oetzi exhibition and this was the main point of our visit. Bolzano is a fabulous town.

• Selva (10/5): - Easy access. I did get a code to enter the building and the room. It was everything clean and neat. I recommend it.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - This is not a hotel. It's just a room in a building in a convenient part of town. It was impossible to reach the staff for help or info until another guest told us where their office was and we went there ourselves to receive help. Clean towels, wifi and a decent bed are all you get. So so.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Mixed bag. Good location. You can wallk to nearly everything of interest. The "hotel" is actually just a room in a building whose door on the street has a piece of paper taped to the glass which says " museum rooms". I received a text that morning with a door code, a room number and a room code. There is an elevator that is so rustic you have to hold the button until the floors meet. The room was very hard to enter due to the lack of instructions regarding the mechanism for opening the door. There is a tiny bar of soap and a towel, nothing else. The TV didn't work and the wifi code is in the hall. taped to the wall where we didn't see it until the next day. No one answered either of the phone numbers provided. That said, the tiny room was bright and airy with a balcony overlooking a mountain and some gardens.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location and Good Value - Fantastic location, this hotel is located near the centre right beside the archaeological museum. There is also a relatively large Spar supermarket next door which came in very handy. The room was quite small and basic but clean and had an en-suite toilet and shower facility and free WiFi. The only complaint I have is about the fact that you have to check-in at another location (which is relatively close to the hotel) and as far as I could see the check-in is only open from 15:00 to 18:00 although they do have a number to call on the door of the check-in office for those who have to check-in outside those hours.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - + Good location and nice room. - No elevator to the last floor, only reachable with steep stairs (hard with package)
• David (6/5): It’s ok for a place to sleep. - No wifi and when I asked for a suggestion about parking I got no reply. Parking is a bit of a pain here but ended up being ok as we were there on a sunday. You can only park in blue spots and there are not many around the hotel. Took about an hour driving around until one opened up. Otherwise I would suggest parking at center lot and and walking 2.2 miles or taking a cab. Bolzano is a great city and the location is fantastic with great restaurants right outside the door. Across the street is a great spot for expresso and evening beverages. We did a day trip to Innsbruck and was definitely worth the trip.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice rooms, very well situated, clean and spacious - The room was very big and clean, perfectly located in the historic center of Bolzano. The only tricky thing is that the reception is located in another building, 5 minutes away (walking) from the rooms, and we discovered it only when we arrived at the Icerooms address, saw the paper posted on the wall and talked to the nice vendor in front of it - who promptly explained to us what we needed to do. Everything worked smoothly, but just we aware that you have to check in in another place.
• Ewa (4/5): Shoebox!! No Internet - Shoe box! For a tiny shoes!! Cheaply made and already falling apart. So basic that you will not find even a glass in the bathroom. And NO INTERNET!!! Very clean
