Le camere da letto sono ampie e confortevoli, con letti abbastanza comodi. I bagni sono davvero molto grandi, anche se un po’ datati; purtroppo si nota la presenza di calcare, soprattutto nella zona doccia, che andrebbe migliorata. La doccia funziona, ma potrebbe essere curata meglio. La cucina è bella e funzionale, anche se presenta qualche segno di usura e alcune parti leggermente arrugginite. Inoltre, la griglia disponibile non funzionava. Nel complesso l’appartamento ha un grande potenziale, ma ci sono alcune piccole cose da sistemare per renderlo davvero ottimale.

Dobře vymyšlený check-in, pozdní příjezd nebyl problém. Milá pozornost na přivítanou (láhev vína) potěšila stejně jako čaj/káva/olej/cukr/sůl v krabičce první pomoci. Vybavení kuchyně bylo skutečně jen základní. Nábytek už leccos pamatuje. Škoda, že zvukově oddělená je jen jedna ložnice, zbytek je jen jeden velký prostor.

• Madalina (4/5): Great location, but very disappointing stay overall. - Location The apartment had a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which also spread into the bedroom because they were directly connected. The smell was overwhelming from the moment we arrived. We contacted the agency, and although they sent someone, the fix only lasted temporarily and the smell returned the next day. We had to buy several deodorizers ourselves just to make the apartment bearable. The terrace/loggia was also misleadingly presented. The photos showed it as a benefit, but nowhere was it mentioned that the windows could not be opened. This made it impossible to ventilate the apartment and made the smell issue even worse. Such a shame, because the location was excellent, but the apartment itself seriously affected our stay.

• Пінчук (1/5): Would not recommend - basic hygiene - The apartment may look attractive in photos and at first glance, but this is extremely misleading. Serious issues: unsafe loose tiles in the kitchen, strong sewage smell in the bedroom, and worst of all — huge cockroaches (up to 8–10 cm), even in the bed. We had a completely sleepless last night of staying, and our child was terrified. We tried to resolve this with the host, requesting a fair refund at least for the last night (€318.78), which was completely ruined, but we were offered only €100. We could tolerate the kitchen issues and the smell, but not cockroaches. This is unacceptable for any accommodation, especially at this price level. ——— In detail, for those who value time, money and the attitude of the host: The kitchen wall tiles are loose and unstable — they can literally fall off with minimal contact. I documented this on video immediately, as the rental agreement stated I would be responsible for any damage. Since I was travelling with a child, this was a serious safety concern, and we had to limit our use of the kitchen. There is also a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom connected to the main bedroom. This is not a one-time issue — other reviews mention the same problem. The smell was so strong that the bedroom often felt like a toilet, making it very uncomfortable to stay. The worst part: cockroaches. Not small ones, but very large (up to 8–10 cm). We found them in the apartment, including in the bed. This happened on our last night, which resulted in a completely sleepless night. Our child was terrified. When we reported this, the host first offered €90 and then €100 compensation, which is completely inadequate for such conditions. This property is clearly not maintained to basic hygiene and safety standards. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking.

À l’écart des rues trop touristiques Check-in (inscription sur le site trop fastidieux avec l’obligation d’indiquer l’adresse complète pour chaque hôte, alors que nous vivons tous au même endroit).

• Areta (10/5): Nous avons toutes bien aimé et apprécié ce logement, et nous le conseillons vivement. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement de par sa propreté et le côté pratico - pratique. La situation géographique était assez bien en général, même si, vu qu'on a voulu faire la plus grande partie des attractions à pied, les distances sont finalement assez conséquentes (sur la durée du séjour). Pour le digicode, il faut simplement connaitre la procédure et ensuite, tout est plus fluide. L'ascenseur a très bien fonctionné durant tout le séjour et c'était une de nos crainte, aucun problème de bruit qui a été signalé donc j'ai trouvé ce logement assez bien isolé. Le service baggages fut super agréable également, les 3 jeunes filles qui travaillent là bas, sont super souriantes et très gentilles. Elles ont pu nous aider également pour nous commander les 2 taxis dont nous avons eu besoin lors de notre départ. 1- La déception qu'on a eu c'était uniquement sur le fait que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres de la véranda, car en arrivant il faisait super chaud et on aurait aimé profiter de cet endroit qui semblait super agréable mais qui finalement n'a pas du tout été exploité comme on aurait aimé :-) 2-Le fait qu'on ne parle qu'à travers des msgs whatsupp, et qu'il n'y a plus aucun lien humainement parlant qui se fait. Par contre le contact par msg s'est super bien passé et on a toujours été assisté super rapidement pour les moindres questions qu'on a pu avoir durant tout notre séjour.

All the other properties (throughout Spain) that we booked through AirBNB and Booking.com were much, much smaller apartments. Also, very beautiful. Nothing to not like. Beyond the control of the owners is the fact that cigarette smoke seemed to seep into the bathroom from another apartment.

• Valerie (10/5): De tout beauté ! - Quand notre famille est arrivée ce n'était que des waouhhh ! Un appartement au rez de chaussé. Deux espaces à chaque extrémité. En tout 3 salles d'eau 2 cuisines 2 salons, 3 wc...et dans le couloir les chambres. Le tout décoré avec goût. Appartement proche de toutes commodités , parkings et transports (Metro) . Et beaux cadeaux de bienvenue. Les équipements de la cuisine. Pas de saladiers, de plats, de passoire et surtout de tire bouchon . C'était noel et nous étions 11 ! Attention se renseigner pour la circulation en ville en voiture et réserver un forfait le parking si non la note est douloureuse.
