Guest Reviews
- B (10/5): It was very clean, peaceful & away from it all! - My husband and I stayed at this stunning bed & breakfast for two nights during our wedding, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we drove through the peaceful woods, we could feel all our stress melt away—it was incredibly serene and calming.
If you’re someone who loves the outdoors and wants to escape the city, don’t let any negative reviews sway you—this place is a gem! Jack and Natalia, along with their sweet dog Angie, were absolutely wonderful hosts. We’ve visited many bed & breakfasts, and this one easily ranks in our top five.
Our room was spacious and perfect for my bridal prep team to help me get ready—everyone was comfortable and relaxed. One morning, I even woke up to see a doe and her fawn just outside our private balcony.
The breakfasts were homemade, delicious, and prepared in their gorgeous top-level kitchen (seriously, I wish I had one like it!). I felt it was just a bit expensive when we added breakfast that we didn’t get to select. I think if there was a selection, I could see it being more reasonable. I did however enjoy both morning breakfasts.

- amanda (10/5): - This was a lovely experience.
- Lashawna (10/5): One of the best places I have ever stayed. - Everything was phenomenal. Jack and Natalia was amazing host….the breakfast was worth getting. Gourmet and delicious with fresh ingredients. The room was to clean and comfortable. Everything was GREAT!
- Alec (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time! The property was beautiful! The room was nice and clean and the hot tub was great! I would definitely recommend that people stay here!
- Katelyn (1/5): Uncomfortable - The property was very beautiful, just not the kind of romantic get-a-way we were looking for. This place makes you feel like you are 13 again in your parents home. There is a curfew for the jetted tub and you can hear the owners talking throughout the house.
- Richard (10/5): - Jack was more than accommodating and ensured that we had a nice quiet, quaint spot. The place was a little difficult to find but Jack got us in the right direction!
It's a perfect place if you love nature and wanna far away from the noise of a city!
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (5/5): Passable -
- Roberta (9/5): The perfect place to relax with your spouse! - Location was back a long private drive in a wooded area. Very peaceful place. We had a wonderful view of nature from our window. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the the layout of our private room. Enjoyed visiting with the owner and his wife. Very nice couple.
- Jay (9/5): Superb -
- Kayla (9/5): Superb -
- Bonacci (9/5): Superb -
- Clark (2/5): - We arrived and were greeted but when we got to our room we noticed we could hear the gentleman in the other room talking on his computer which meant he could hear us so there was a lack of privacy. Also we thought there was a breakfast included but we were told breakfast was 50.00 extra. The lack of privacy and unsafe feelings caused us to leave a day early. I do not recommend this establishment.
- Hill (9/5): Pigeon Creek Inn - Loved how well maintained it was. I loved the way the room was set up and it had a lot of space. The people made me feel like a guest in their own home. The reception when I arrived was great. Their greeter Angie was very sweet. Having to go home! I left the place feeling like I had left good friends.
- Brent (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Very good - Loved the room. Would prefer to have our own mini fridge. Heard everything that occurred in the kitchen and the foyer. Sound proofing would be nice.
- Woodbury (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. The house was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The property was beautiful ,isolated, and relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue we had was that the bed was too soft, which is more of a personal preference than a complaint.
- Melissa (10/5): Loved our stay here! - very clean, the innkeeper was very thoughtful and attentive, very relaxing setting.
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. Far exceeded our expectations. N/A
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marilena (10/5): if you want to be isolated this is the place . Not too far from stores but you need a car! - hard to locate but Inn owner was helpful. he overcommunicates the fact that there is no cancellation, no matter what, Room was very clean but sparse , no other facilities. Very serene surrounding. internet is ok, No TV channels but they have an extensive collection of old DVD's. Close to Holland downstair rooms which are quiet. We did not have breakfast but heard is delicious
- Dawn (9/5): Superb - Rooms are clean and spacious. Location in woods was peaceful. Hosts were friendly. Room we had was close to front door, deck, and kitchen. Didn't feel private at times. Hosts stay at home, so more like a b&b.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicki (8/5): Would recommend! - Nice, quiet stay surrounded by nature but with the luxury of a nice hotel.
- Barb (8/5): Wonderful get away! - Very nice room and breakfast was delicious. Jack was very attentive and his advice on a close restaurant was great. The location was a bit far from Holland.
- Hanifan (10/5): Exceptional - Secluded location in the woods private rooms with on suite, also a private deck facing the woods. The Husband and Wife a beautiful couple, good people who where also a chef made awesome breakfast! Really enjoyed our stay. The a/c would only go down to 73 at night.
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (9/5): Superb -
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (2/5): Wouldn't recommend unless you like uninvited guest - The room layout was nice
The area was beautiful The fact that the family was home the whole time and when we ate breakfast the owner sat at the table with us instead of giving us quality time.
- Brenner (9/5): Superb -
- Dean (10/5): Outstanding! - The facility was stunning and room was spacious and comfortable. Jack was a spectacular host, kind and accommodating. Breakfast was cooked right before us and was super tasty. Amazing hiking trails. We would definitely go back again.
- Heidi (10/5): - Very relaxing. It was nice staying at a place that didn’t have kids and only a few people. It was quite and beautiful but still close to everything. The breakfasts were amazing!
I would highly recommend and hope to go back.
- Sheri (10/5): - 5 Star - we love going here. Thanks for a great weekend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
- Georgia K (8/5): Unique - This place is way off the beaten path, but nice. Our room was very nice, but we had no control over the central air and when the owner turned it on for us it still didn't get cool in our room. The room had no wash clothes which I thought was very odd. I always bring one with me from home. So glad I did. The service on the tv was really bad. Kept going in and out. This place is the owners home. It’s huge, but just felt different. For the price you pay you'd think the tv and central air would work and wash cloths would be supplied.
- Sean (10/5): - Would definitely recommend staying at this property.
- Travis (10/5): - Very secluded, great views, owner was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice relaxing weekend!
- Cole (8/5): - My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We stayed in a lower level room that was in the "basement". They have a quiet time at 11pm and we heard heavy footsteps/doors shutting loudly and what sounded like fueniture being drug around upstairs most of the night. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and there was hardly an internet signal most of our stay. Other than that the house and our room was really nice and made for a nice getaway.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The host is very friendly!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful property and rooms. Host Jack was very accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was my first b&b, the host was very kind and hospitable. The location was hidden in a beautiful little forest surrounded by wildlife. The room itself was large, clean and romantic. I highly recommend a stay!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Thumbs down to honeymoon suite - Booked the honeymoon suite for our son and wife. Prepaid way ahead of time . Night of the wedding they got to Inn around 11:00 only to be yelled at by owner why we didn’t answer phone during reception ! We were busy and did not know they called.
Also owners bedroom was next to the honeymoon suite and he asked inappropriate questions multiple times to new married couple . Would never recommend to other couples to use for honeymoon suite.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Best breakfast ever !!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Rip off. - The space seemed amazing. We had a hard time finding the place but the owner did answer the phone and assist us in finding it. His attitude was strange, telling us to “shut down our phones” and just listen to him.
Once we arrived the place is beautiful and tucked away. The doors have push button locks like any homes bathroom. It didn’t make me feel comfortable leaving any of my stuff in the room.
We were the only people it seemed so the “shared space” of the kitchen and porch seemed awesome.
Once the host arrived we realized he lives full time at this location and it’s not just shared with guest but also the host. When we met it was very awkward. He didn’t seem glad to have guest. He wouldn’t look up from his sandwich he was eating at the table to even say hello to me or my husband. We had to interrupt to get any info on the place. We felt super unwelcome.
Even though this is a honeymoon suite we couldn’t use the private hot tub in our room past 11pm to not disturb the host.
In the morning things got worse when I texted about the breakfast. Even though I paid for the most expensive room, and booked in advance, he said we “opted out” of breakfast. When I asked why he ignore my text. So we just left.
The room is nice but it feels like you’re intruding in someone’s house and not a vacation or get away.
I wouldn’t spend over $120 for this room and I honestly feel like I got ripped off.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My wife and I enjoyed our stay and wish to plan a second visit
- MikeandWendy (10/5): - Pigeon Creek Inn is a great place to stay in the Holland area. Jack was a great host and made a great "Dutch" breakfast for us honoring our heritage. He makes amazing meals based on what you are looking for. The room we had was very large, quiet, the spa tub was amazing and the views from the balcony into the forest around the Inn were amazing. We highly recommend Pigeon Creek Inn
- Stan&Nancy (10/5): - We liked the location of the inn being out and away from traffic and noise and yet close enough to food and shopping. The breakfasts were great. A more relaxing chair to sit on in the room would have been nice, too. But we truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the construction of the inn. Very private, too.
