Not even one was available and I slept in a King bed with my Wife, 1 year old, and 2 year old. I had to stay up the night to make sure my 1 year old would not suffocate on a pillow or fall of the bed. Property said I wouldn't have had this problem if I had booked directly with them (!).

Cheryl (6/5): Great location. Awful perfume odor throughout. - I like the location and cleanliness The extremely overpowering potpourri smell was horrific! The odor started before even walking into the lobby from outside, as well as being able to smell it in the garage just outside the elevator. The only “safe” space from the potpourri smell was our room. I suffer from migraines so having to eat breakfast in the lobby area was a killer, I couldn’t do it. No hand soap in the bathroom, I asked for some and the maid said they had none, they would get it in next week. I told her that was gross, what was I suppose to use after using the bathroom, she said the shower gel secured and hanging in the shower. To her credit, a couple of hours later she brought hand soap to us. The included breakfast was okay, however $3 charge if you want any of the items displayed with breakfast: bagel, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and other items. I feel as though it’s included or it’s not, otherwise it’s just an odd set up. Barn door for a bathroom door provides no privacy from sound or smell and doesn’t lock.

Although we had plenty of hot water from the bathroom sink the shower was ice cold. When I spoke with the manager he wanted to accommodate us by changing us to another room. Unfortunately we had somewhere to be and I couldn't move rooms at that time. I asked for $ off the price of the room. Again very accommodating. It would have been a great experience if not for the cold shower.

Susan (6/5): - I booked this hotel because of the amenities. Bar/restaurant. When we arrived we were informed that the restaurant/ bar were not open because the staff did not show up. To say we were not happy is an understatement. We traveled hundreds of miles and were tired and did not want to leave the premise. Our shower doors would not stay shut. Next time I'm looking to book a hotel, Hilton Garden's will not be on my list.
Dawn (10/5): Great place for a stay! - This was a trip with my Sun Conure for an emergency vet visit, I would also be remote working while there. The room was very clean and well set up for my purposes. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. They also all made such a fuss over Miss Charlie, often asking to take pics. We loved it! There is lots of food and shopping options in the area, a lot are even walkable. You will not regret booking here!

I had to load up and drive back up to the lobby. unload my stuff in a corner. then go and try to find parking which there wasn’t any and hoping nobody would take my luggage and favor supplies while I was parking which was a nightmare. Then to go into hotel to wait again for elevators that were full of people and wait again.

The bathroom sliding door fell of the rail therefore it couldn't close. The toilet seat moved and made a loud noise when one stood up. And the thermostat was turned off and it was not obvious how to turn it on. The person at the desk offered no apology.

Breakfast was acceptable but not great. There was a problem with the water temperature in our first room. The water was extremely hot especially in the bathtub.
