- Marilyn (8/5): - Location. Quiet area, a lot close by, near where we were visiting. The staff was considerate and were able to provide me batteries. Needs some touch ups. All doorknobs inside room were broken (not a big deal for our stay) floor had some cracked/damaged tiles in the bathroom.

- Liana (7/5): Good stay but did not like the breakfast - I liked the location since is close to main businesses. The size of the room and the appliances available for use. The breakfast was not good, and here is an interesting thing: I chose the place since I was familiar to the area and also because I read many positive comments on the breakfast, of how nice it was. Not sure why people say this, but I imagine it also depends a lot on taste and preference. For example, the scrambled eggs did not taste good, and some of the days the bacon served looked like the artificial ones (or whatever you want to call) sold in supermarkets. The coffee was not good, there was a burnt taste to it. Ended up getting breakfast from Starbucks and first watch (which are located close to the facility).

- Tracie (6/5): It was okay. - The location was great to go to Novi High School. Facilities were clean in the main lobby and swimming area was clean. We stayed in a Queen suite which had the beds in a separate room. The room was very out dated with wallpaper bubbled on the walls and not like the pictures at all. The price was expensive for the condition of our room. The breakfast didn't start until 7:00 Saturday morning.

- kimbR1560BN (2/5): Boil water advisory - The hotel was very clean and nice, but there was no advance notice that the entire city where the hotel was located (Novi, MI) was under a boil water advisory. I only learned this when I checked in with my 4 year old grandson. The very nice young man at the check-in desk said we could still shower and wash our hands as long as we didn't drink any of the water while showering, but to use bottled water (which they provided) to brush our teeth or drink. I told him that this would be asking too much of a 4 year old. I was upset that there was nothing on their website (I booked through the Hilton website.) warning of this and told him I wanted to cancel the reservation. He said I could do that, but I'd still be charged for the room since it wasn't within the allowable cancelation period. I went ahead and took the room, but after a couple of hours decided I just didn't want to risk it and left. I understand the young man was just following orders and he seemed genuinely sympathetic, but I'm really disappointed in Hilton on this one.

- Aaron (10/5): Great value, friendly staff, very clean. - The staff was excellent and the hotel really clean and nice. I gave it a 4 on the room condition because there were some things a bit worn, loose toilet paper holder, mismatching door knob that has different paint around it, closet door handle fell off, small things like that. But overall especially for the price the room was very clean and will kept, I would definitely stay there again.

- Patricia Margaret (6/5): - Guy at check in was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. No shampoo in dispenser but again guy at check in desk was helpful. Only complaint really was breakfast was not good, and on second day Labor Day it closed at 9:30. We didn’t realize and showed up at 9:32, worker was unfriendly and unhelpful, practically grabbing everything off the counters before we could get anything. We left without getting anything, she could have been nice about it and let us at least get something to go.
- Tiffany (10/5): - Couldn't have asked for a better stay! This is my first staying with a Hilton Hotel. This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. The employees are such the sweetest people! They greet you, and are so very nice when you ask them any type of questions, or request anything. The breakfast is hot and tastes amazing! They also have a great variety to choose from. The room was so clean that we didn't want to use anything due to not wanting to dirty it lol. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is very spacious and makes you feel like you are in a little apartment. They have a kitchen in the room too. They include dishes, cups, silverwear, and cookwear. We couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay at! We can't thank you all enough for such an amazing stay! 💖

- Barbara (9/5): great place to stay - if you have a driver's licence - all the staff was extremely helpful, very friendly the room was clean and very comfortable good infrastructure, shops around breakfast buffet could've varied a bit on a daily basis because of indoors pool floor up to and inside lift was sometimes very wet/slippery --> maybe a sign inside pool door to ask people to kindly dry off their feet before stepping outside thick curtains at the window in the room couldn't be drawn shut for more privacy

Room okay though bathroom needs updating as the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, shower stall needs resealing and a thorough cleaning. Bed was quite comfy. We did not get our room cleaned after the first night and at check out I was told that they only clean rooms every it day during a stay. I was not told that at check in. The most disturbing thing was that when we returned to the hotel at 9pm after being out all day, there was nobody at the front desk. When I called down 15 minutes later, n answer. I then went down about 10 minutes after that and could not find anybody working. Yikes.

- Jessica (10/5): Excellent! - The location was great. I was very impressed they had chorizo breakfast tacos for breakfast. Thats my favorite breakfast and I've never seen it at a hotel before. The bed was very comfortable as well. We didn't utilize the kitchen but it was really nice. I was thankful for the hot tub and pool as well after a very long day. The staff was very friendly as well. I loved everything.

- Lori (10/5): - The Novi Homewood Suites has the most friendly management and staff. The hotel was clean, and the room had a full kitchen which felt like home. The shower had fantastic pressure, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and pastries were delicious. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here. Great value!

We didn’t know if we’d be able to find another hotel so last minute & Homewood welcomed us with open arms in a beautiful suite that was dog friendly for our pups. We absolutely loved this hotel & will be returning here when we visit MI. Homewood was our favorite part of the trip & the service was impeccable. Thank you for the lasting memories Homewood!

Pd for a walk in shower 2 room suite, ended up in a handicap room everything was waist level. My husband is 6’5!! Our stove was knee level for him ridiculous!! I booked this room way in advance, was there early for check in and to not be placed in correct room! The manager threatening to make us leave if I said anything!! Here for cheer comp and had everything planned mine you 6 months ago

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son. You could feel the spring the sofa bed. The sofa bed need more cushion.
