- Manuel (9/5): this has been our 3rd stay and we plan to return there when we visit family in the area. - The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very helpfull . The location is wonderfull near resturants and shopping. The room was very clean and large and very comfortable. There was noise like a party across the hall one night but it ended before midnight which was fine.

She did not assist with any questions asked and was very blunt in her mannerisms. This is not the norm for this hotel. Most who greet you with services are welcoming and social as well as concerned with any needs you may have.

Room was big Large group of rambunctious people at a fire pit on the property drinking until 3am right outside our window . You would think there would be quiet hours ? Fridge didn’t work but were only there one night so didn’t bother us .

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Impress with the property overall. The room's bathroom could use some updating, especially the ventilation system. I appreciate all the disability accommodations in the shower. However, seem a bit overpowering and intrusive. A simpler shower would have been more appreciated! On a more positive note, the front desk staff wasted no time providing assistance when I told her the refrigerator was not working properly when we arrived. She quickly had someone come to the room and fix the problem.

- Corina (3/5): Disappointing stay- no fun allowed at this property. - The property was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and quick shopping around it- Walmart, Target, etc. We were traveling with a softball team for a tournament and the pool was closed the day we arrived on July 2 and remained closed until the 5th- the day the team checked out. A little suspicious that it was closed because they didn’t want the girls using the pool- which is ridiculous after they played several hours in the sun. Coincidence that they reopened it on a Saturday when we were told the chemicals were not right while the team was there, but able to get pool service on a holiday weekend. We stayed an extra night so we’re able to witness that the pool was opened the day the majority of team checked out. In lieu of the pool, the team and parents spent some time on the patio a few nights and asked for the fire pit to be lit but were told the lighter was in the manager’s office and could not get to it. So they took all hotel entertaining options away when the team raked in thousands of dollars for them. Last but certainly not least, the room smelled like wet cigarettes with the AC going.

The pool was out of order due to someone putting something oily thing in it. So a bit disappointed. The hallway rug is buckled and the rooms were clean but have a musty ordor. Probably need some neutralizing spray of sorts. But overall nice experience. thankyou

Unfortunately, the young front desk woman was not nice at all and soured the stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and hopefully management can grab hold of the customer service issue and resolve it.
