- Brown (2/5): Omg the smell - Friendly staff Dirty sheets, broken coffee maker, and my room smelled like month old BO mixed with babie vomit. Used an entire bottle of febreeze, I still smelled it on my clothes after business trip. Now I know why they are non refundable booking
- Susanne (7/5): -
- Isabelle (3/5): Not going back - Locations Mold in shower, dirt on bathroom wall, no extra toilet paper, no cream sugar stirrer for coffee, no restaurant as shown
- Tammi L (1/5): Awful experience but lesson learned check TikTok for real reviews - Absolutely nothing The room we stayed in room 111 had wet carpet and smelled very bad we slept with our clothes on thats how awful the smell was ...I did ask for another room but was told there was nothing available All in all very awful experience having to stay in that hotel and not be able to sleep comfortable i felt so bad it was my daughter's birthday and this place ruined it for us

- Natalie (6/5): Never again. - It was a interesting experience The website sad there was a restaurant on site but it was being renovated. Night person was such a dud, couldn’t understand her or hear here. Our first room was occupied… the second room wouldn’t open and after that this place became a joke. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood with interesting women walking around. You can figure it out.

- Ramona (10/5): Relaxing and professional - Greeted by a nice lady at front desk
- Alan (8/5): - The desk lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She was a big part of my positive score. The WiFi was the worst part of my stay. It was clunky the first tiime setting up and had to repeat the process daily. Also no complementary breakfast.
- Linda (1/5): Selling Rooms They Didn't have in a Massive Snow Storm - I never made it into the room. During the massive storm on 1/31 that shut down CLT, I went on Booking.com to book a room. I received a confirmation from both Booking.com and then from the hotel, only to arrive via a $70 Uber that required more than two hours to secure, to be told that I didn't have a room and that the hotel had been sold out since noon that day but was still showing availability on the OTAs. TERRIBLE! That the hotel was selling rooms they didn't have!

- Stephen (5/5): Economical, clean hotel in ok location. - The room was clean, comfortable and up to date. The hotel is close to but not quite in a a nice area with some pleasant restaurants and microbreweries. Pervasive smell of marihuana in hallway. Neighborhood seems to be in the process of improvement but not all that inviting. There is a very nice strip club in walking distance. Hotel seems to be short staffed.

- Julio Cesar Ciuldin (10/5): I loved the Hotel - Good... It was ALL ok
- Patricia (6/5): Good and bad. - Leaving my car at hotel at no cost. I felt it was safer than at airport. Room and bathroom clean. Quiet facility. I got locked out of my original room (lock froze) and was put in another room without my belongings. It was about two hours before I got my suitcase, late at night. Very inconvenient. Restaurant is poor.

- Shameka (6/5): -
- Marc (10/5): They put me in the exact room I wanted to be in with certain conditions thank you - Simple secluded ?
- Beverley (10/5): - I was quite disappointed the restaurant was under renovation. I didn't know until I made the reservation otherwise I would of used another hotel. These things should have mentioned for one to make a decision.,other from that it was very comfortable. I already mentioned
- Torrence (3/5): Avoid at all cost. Not worth the price - Quiet room The location had prostitutes outside and the surroundings looked very run down, trash was behind the bed, the receptionist was outside on the phone fussing at her kids and we waited to be checked in. The elevator was down and we had to go to the other side of the hotel to use the other elevator. The pool area had a crowd fighting/arguing, smoking weed and drinking. There was no continental breakfast
- Leydis (10/5): -
- NaBresha (6/5): - Only issue issues I had was my shower was clogged I did ask for a switch and the same happened. Only issue issues I had was my shower was clogged I did ask for a switch and the same happened
- Ben (9/5): -
- Gara (7/5): Awesome - They don’t have a free water bottle in the room.
- Michael (1/5): It was terrible -
- Sey. (5/5): Would stay again only in an emergency situation. Most definitely would try another hotel since there’s plenty to choose - The bed was comfortable, room was clean overall. Advertising is false, there is no bar or restaurant on the lot. The manager was very nasty to staff talking down on them which was not appreciated. Treating staff like you own them isn’t fair or professional. Especially in front of guest. There was also mold in the bathroom.
- COREY (2/5): POOR - VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED AND LUMPY PILLOWS
- Sally (1/5): -
- McNeal (10/5): -
- Tommy (1/5): - The occupants next to me were smoking at 1:30 am.
- Alex (9/5): - The check in service by Sydney was great. Na
- Guest (10/5): -
- Martha (8/5): - Cleanliness Parking
- James (10/5): Very friendly and a nice hotel - Staff was very friendly and let us check in early as we had to leave our original hotel due to no hot water. Front desk staff was very friendly
- bryu2025 (2/5): Bedbug infested- don’t risk your life here! No refund either! - We were not going to post this but it has been 2 months and we haven’t received our refund.
This hotel is infested with bed bugs- they were crawling everywhere and attacked us everywhere.
These videos are from our hotel where they were crawling all over us and we suffered from bites for weeks.
They also tried to offer us a dryer to wash and dry our clothes in the hotel and the dryer wasn’t even plugged into the wall and molded.
Never stay here. Please give us our refund 🙏
- Debajyoti (1/5): Bed bugs. Refund was promised but nothing after 1 month. - We have stayed at other Radisson properties before which were great, so we gave this a try. The last thing we expected were bedbugs. The hotel staff took our complaint seriously and tried their best to help, and we were promised a refund. Bed bugs. We got bitten and suffered from bed bug bites for almost a week now. We have multiple photos and even live captured several of them. The hotel staff tried to help, but several facilities (such as the dryer) were not working for us to wash out all our clothes. A refund was promised, but none provided after 5 weeks.
- Aneshca (1/5): - I didn't like that there wasn't a backup plan to resolve problems when it was going on we never got to stay that Saturday we went to Walmart and stayed in our car cause our things was in the apartment then we was rushed Sunday still trying to access the apartment to get our stuff out cause others was to check in at 2pm my mother and husband went without there medicine it could have been handled a whole lot better than it was I deserve more than just a refund for our stay
- Brenda (3/5): Would not stay again - Staff The facility things not working had no TV all nite blinds broke
- La-neka (1/5): Don’t stay here - It was close to my event and the air port It was dirty. The walls, the towels, the floor. Burns in the sheets, soiled chair, gross. My card was charged multiple times for different amounts and none of them the price of the room. Spoke to the manager and nothing changed. View was of a run down parking lot.
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Kimberly (7/5): -
- Virginia (4/5): Worse hotel - No towels in room, AC broken, refrigerator broken, front desk and shuttle driver extremely rude, restaurant food was not good, minimal items in convenience store.
- Calaza (10/5): -
- Joel (6/5): - It served its purpose. It was a mid 3 star hotel. The towels were thin. They did provide a shuttle to and from the airport, which was nice. Bed was not bad. Relatively comfortable. Decent neighborhood with food choices nearby.
- Frances (10/5): -
- Ashley (9/5): - I really don’t know why the rating is so low because the facility isn’t bad Na
- Allan (8/5): - The parking lot was well lit and seemed safe. The room was clean and quiet. It would have been nice if there had been decaffeinated coffee along with the regular coffee in the lobby.
- Jamie-Lee (4/5): - When I arrived at the property, staff was friendly and welcoming, however he could not find my reservation. He finally put me in a room. When I went to the room, there was another occupant in the room and we were both confused and frightened. I went back downstairs and explained the situation and the concierge put me in another room which he said was "clean enough, but one of the lights was not working" He said that he would have someone come swap it out, but I dont think that happened. On my penultimate day, housekeeping knocked on my door and asked me if I was checking out today because according to their records the room I was in was to be empty. I said I was to checkout the following day. They advised that I needed to confirm with the front desk. I went down to the front desk and I had to confirm my reservation for the following day. After checking out, I was to be refunded the $75 dollar deposit. Instead, the hotel charged me and kept the $75 without explaining why. I would not recommend that anyone stay here. The rooms and hotel feel old and outdated. It is in a sketchy area and not that close to central or uptown Charlotte. Barely anything in the snack area to eat, which can be tricky if you arrive on a late flight and dont necessarily want to order a full meal. The staff was friendly, but it did not make up for the confusion aroud my reservation that happened when I arrived and even as I was about to leave. 2/5.

- Nicole (6/5): - Stayed for one night prior to flying out of Charlotte. The bed and bathroom were clean. The a/c did not work in the first room i was given. Was able to change rooms. The window shades were completely down in both rooms and it was impossible to raise them as the chain was broken. The bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of the room (carpet, wall, shades) had stains and grime on them.
Not the nicest neighbourhood, but good enough for one night.
The staff at the front desk were friendly.
- Marcia (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean but there was an issue with the water temperature taking a long time to get hot
- Jeff (5/5): -
- 514seamusf (6/5): You expect a certain standard at a Radisson. But this one seems lacking. - Hotel is clean and seems quite new. But the air conditioning does not seem to be new at all.
Also, unusable internet. Not something you expect at a Radisson.
- Seamus (5/5): Worst Radisson I have ever stayed in. You expect a certain standard at a Radisson but this one does not meet it - Very clean Internet unusable
- Quinten (10/5): -
- Suzie (6/5): Overall, cleanliness could have been better. - The room was decent, up to date bathroom etc. The AC was good, and the set up was nice. We found a pair of shorts behind the bed, also there was a large red stain to the right of the bed and the outlets near the bed did not work. There were also stains on the white sheets, we only had one towel in the restroom and the room was not vacuumed. Overall, cleanliness could have been better.
- Igor Henrique Nicacio (10/5): - Great for overnight stay
- kathy (6/5): - Resturant not open

- NyKeshia (4/5): Nasty environment inside and no cleanliness whatsoever. - Nothing First, there wasn’t a pleasant smell when you first walked into the hotel. It took over 10 mins for a receptionist to come to the desk (this was every time). The first room we were given, the entire floor was completely soaking wet. The second room we were given was not clean and the sheets made my fiancé and myself itch terribly as if there were bed bugs. The pictures on booking do not match how this hotel really is.
- Tomas (3/5): We left the hotel Didi not stay - Nothing Location smell and cleanliness
- Erroll (8/5): -
- Godsey (10/5): -

- christopher (8/5): - We had an overnight layover, so it was a very brief stay. The hotel feels a little dated, but was mostly clean. The shuttle driver who met us in the morning was bright and friendly.
- Jeffrey (3/5): - Location Restaurant was horrible, pool was closed, bad smell in elevator, coffee was nasty.
- Sebastian (2/5): - I hate writing bad reviews but this one is needed. The pics on Expedia are not current, therefore misleading… The property is in need of a lot of repair and ongoing maintenance. OVERALL: Dirty and unsafe feeling. Had to leave immediately. The guy who checked me in had good customer service.
