- Y6700RTsamw (4/5): Title: Great stay overall, but the lobby air freshener is overwhelming - I really wanted to give this hotel a 4 or even 5-star review because, in most of the ways that matter, it delivers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the overall experience was smooth. For extended stays, this place checks a lot of boxes. Unfortunately, there is one issue that significantly detracts from the stay, and it’s hard to overlook: the heavy use of deodorizer or air freshener on the first floor, especially in the main lobby. The scent is extremely strong and pervasive. It fills the entire first floor to the point where I found myself holding my breath while walking through the lobby. I even avoided using the elevators at times just to minimize exposure. After passing through, the smell lingers on your clothes, which is not something you expect from an otherwise clean and well-maintained hotel. I understand the intention is probably to create a fresh environment, but the current level is overwhelming and has the opposite effect. It comes across more as a heavy chemical presence than a clean scent, and for anyone sensitive to strong fragrances, it’s genuinely uncomfortable. Aside from this issue, the hotel experience was very good. If management could address the intensity of the air freshener, this would easily be a 4 or 5-star stay. As it stands, that one factor significantly impacts the overall experience.

The free breakfast was a wonderful perk. Shout out to Ms. Nikki for making the oatmeal just the way we like it!

She greeted us with such a warm and genuine good morning that it immediately set the tone for the day. She stayed on top of everything, making sure all the breakfast items were fully stocked and the area was clean and welcoming. You can truly tell she cares about people and takes pride in what she does. Her kindness and positive energy made the experience even better. Employees like her are a big reason guests feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you, Nikki, for always being so sweet and attentive!
- T1375RUpaulp (10/5): A work home away from home - I was sent here to be house by my employer. The staff was great when I came in. Miss Emily checked me in, very engaging smile and friendly. There was a lot to see and there’s a pool, laundry service and gym in the same room. Breakfast was hot, and had a waffle maker as well. All the staff I ran into were very friendly and kind. The room I had was very nice, and laid out well like a home away from home with the kitchenette that was available. If you’re needing to be on the road for weeks at a time, make the effort to stay here. They do their best to ensure you are taken care of.

We book a large group of kids and the front desk team is top notch. They make check in easy and seamless. The management staff is great too. Mary is amazing! Alicia too! It was my first time staying at this property but it definitely will not be my last 👍🏽 The only thing I did not like was the mattresses on the bed they were hard that is the only thing I didn’t like.

The room was dusty, dirty, and definitely not cleaned well. Was VERY surprised at the cleanliness being not up to standards for a Hilton property.

They were all very friendly and accommodating...The food service staff was wonderful along with the housekeeping crew. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we already have plans to return next year!

- rodd863 (10/5): Fantastic Experience!!! - I had a fantastic experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, the wonderful staff greeted me with genuine Southern hospitality. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but they were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Alicia, Shelly, Crystal, and Stacey stood out with their professionalism and great humor. Alicia, the Director of Sales, did an excellent job ensuring we were well taken care of. The entire team truly cares about the guests and the business, making the experience more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

- Debra (8/5): Great Alternate to Casino's - the Hotel was nice and clean we only really slept there, but the bed was a lot firmer than we are used to and my pillow was not as fluffy as I had hoped. I did not sleep well, but I don't put that blame on the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower head was kinda of weak. Great location near a lot of things especially the Casino's.

- John (7/5): 1st impressions only happen once. - The amenities. Room suite was impressive. Breakfast selection was nice. Parking well lit. My room didn’t seem to be completely prepared for my arrival. I gave 24 hr arrival confirmation. The commode was not completely cleaned. It had residue on seat with a pubic hair on it. Shampoo bottle was completely empty. Bathroom sink was not wiped down. Room was stocked with made bed. Room looked like housekeeping was interrupted before finishing or forgot to come back as room door was ajar when I arrived. The disgusting smell of marijuana from someone on the first floor room near elevators greeted us on our way to our room after returning from our outing Breakfast buffet staff seemed angry no smiles . Only staff to say good morning with a smile was one front desk personnel.

- boba317 (10/5): Great location and good gluten free options at breakfast - We stopped in on our way back and forth across the country for the holiday. The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. The big surprise was the breakfast bowls available for breakfast. The person running the breakfast area was very helpful in reviewing ingredients to ensure we stayed safe. The bowl was delicious, pretty sure it was actual real eggs in there. Yummy. We will definitely be back.

- andreatP1209PR (10/5): Great spot, nice employees - We actually had a horrible experience at a different hotel and ended up checking out late. I walked into the lobby at almost 11 o'clock. The guy working, I think his name was Tommy. He was extremely nice and made me feel welcome. It must have been shift change. A lady I think her name was Ms. Felicia. She was also so nice and helpful. The room was so clean and it smelled great even in the hallway. I would stay here again for sure.

We would absolutely recommend staying here! The breakfast could of offered a wider variety of items but the coffee was good! Overall it was a wonderful stay and doordash is always an option.

I especially would like to thank the staff especially the young lady that worked the front desk Friday. There was some confusion with the way the rooms were booked and she took the time and got everything straight. She even remembered when I had canceled several weeks in advance to explain the booking preferences. She was outstanding Have never had a bad experience at this property since we have been staying there over the years

Didn't get to interact much with staff being on the go, but the quick passes were pleasant and professional. Housekeeping didn't speak English and couldn't provide the extra towels needed for the stay

- Tamika (6/5): Hair all over Bathroom - The only reason I'm writing a review is due to the lack of value. For $250/night on a Saturday, it was not clean enough. Bathroom had hair all over it. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. I'd expect that if I paid half that price. Definitely not the level of cleanliness I expect from Hilton. Hilton is my preference but I was disappointed with this property.

Employee smokers were constantly going in and out of side door next to our room to go outside and smoke. Had to walk through a plume of smoke to enter or exit the building.
