Ketra Luke (9/5): Great experience! - We loved the location to St. John's Town Center and all the amenities! The room was clean, kinda smaller than we anticipated but it served its purpose. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well each time we slept. Breakfast was basic, but decent. The TV had a welcome sign with my name which was very intimate and I loved that! I am still old school so I do like being able to iron whatever I need but the ironing board didn't work and kept slipping so we had to place it on the table to use it. Room size didn't allow for a couch. Had a chair and small bench.

GolfUMK (6/5): Small rooms like always in a Tru - Tru hotels usually offer small rooms as this Tru in Jacksonville does too. Can’t open windows, so the air in the room is never really fresh. TV programs pretty limited; e. g. no HBO. Free parking. Hotel is in a nice area. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Breakfast comes with the usual stuff of a chain hotel. Coffee and tea is available 24/7. Not sure if I’d pick the same hotel when in the area?

I loved seeing people use the pool table and common space for hanging out with family over the Thanksgiving weekend. No fault of staff. The beds were hard and rooms are small. Bathtub had dirt in it. I walked on floor barefooted and my feet were literally black on bottoms. Luggage carts are horrible. Feel like property needs reno. Towel was dingy. Someone did reach out but my mom and sister did not want housekeeping service. Bathtub was dirty before mom used it. Floors need deep cleaning 😩
