- Mik (3/5): Never again - It was close to legends and a million places to shop and eat. That was the only redeeming thing about it. It was dirty as heck. The elevators were old and felt very unsafe. The only staff member that was nice was the guy checking us in. The room: The beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Every single towel had hair in them. Our comforter had a crusty yellow stain under the cheap duvet that refused to stay on. The paper cups for the coffee maker had mold inside of them IN THE PLASTIC. Our shampoo and soap were out since we checked in and every time we talked to a housecleaning staff they pretended not to speak English even though we heard them speaking English at other times. Nothing in the kitchen was clean. Dishes had rust or dried food on them. The microwave almost made me throw up. Almost all the problems we had could have been fixed with a proper cleaning staff, but you could tell they just didn’t give a crap. The amenities: The inside pool was not heated and we had hair tangled in our toes the second we tried to step in. Thank goodness planet fitness was close by. The gym would have been okay for people just wanting a treadmill. The breakfast was different every morning, which meant a new flavor of gross every day. The bread and pastries were all stale and gross. The eggs tasted like the kind you get at summer camp. The one morning there was bacon it looked and tasted like paper. Thank heck for the yogurt and waffle bar. Never again.

- David (1/5): Not again - Not much Use to be really nice but has deteriorated significantly. Disgusting dish’s and silverware in the cabinets upon arrival which rather than correct they gave me cleaning supplies. The condition of the property was terrible, cracked windows in pool area, rust running down the walls, loose wall paper in various locations, broken flooring in elevator and outside ground trashing and unkept. Also appears to be more a house for day labor workers with vans full of people departing daily (kind of like low income housing at $200 per night). Even had the hotel text me about how my stay was going and when I rated it as a 1 they said the would contact me later that day and then never heard from them again. Would have changed hotels in a heart beat other than the room was none refundable. Should avoid if expecting a decent hotel.

- Rodgers (7/5): It was "OK" - Love the location, the breakfast is one of the better ones compared to other hotels. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The room felt like it was falling apart. Baseboard was falling off, furniture is damaged, the walpaper was peeling, past guests hair and dirt was left in the bathroom, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were left in the shower empty, there were water damage spots on the walls in the in the dining room, carpet stains in the hallways, the ice machine area floor on the 2nd floor was caving in. This place needs a whole remodel. It didnt feel like a typical Hilton stay, so that was a little disappointing.

- William (4/5): - We booked and prepaid four rooms for three nights and one room for two through Expedia. One room was given away when group did not check in before 11:00pm. So this group was told there was no vacancy and it took over an hour for the hotel to find a room available. Only due to being a Hilton Member did a room become available. We had tried to check in for them but weren’t allowed. Then they were asked to vacate after one night even though we had prepaid for three nights. The group that had the room for two nights added the third night at last minute but not through Expedia. Everything was fine when they checked in online. So when the front desk was asked if group could stay in same room all three nights it was no problem. But when they checked out the hotel charged their credit card for all three nights even though two nights were prepaid through Expedia. This has not been corrected a week after check out. I have never experienced any problems using Expedia in the past. But while the hotel staff did not seem to care for Expedia our bad experience will make using them less likely
- phillip (1/5): Horrible, this homewood suite location needs new management and a major refresher. - The room was dirty.There were stains on the carpet and on the walls. The furniture was damaged. As were the cabinets in the kitchenet. The building in its entirety is in need of major repairs. Also, the receptionist when I was checking in what's on her phone. Talking to someone and watching tv on her ipad. Very little customer service and quite rude. Then when I went up to my room one of the room keepers was vacuuming the hallway at ten o'clock at night. That is unacceptable. The breakfast was horrible. You're not even close to what i'm used to when I stay at homewood suite locations. The breakfast that I had was like one you would get at a holiday inn. Honestly, I am highly disappointed in this Homewood Suites location. I have stayed in their locations before they're usually very clean and high-end. However, this one was akin to a super eight - or low-level hotel like a one-star.

The room is outdated, the furniture is really old looking. The carpet was dirty in the hallway and in the room. And the ice machine was broken with yellow tape going everywhere. It looked like a crime scene. My wife and I will never come back to this hotel.

If you wanted anything like that you had to call down and ask for it, and they'd bring mini bottles instead of refilling. The pool was shut down by the health Dept, it was posted yet they let people swim in it . Breakfast time one of bosses chewed out a latina employee, and told her to stay where nobody could see her and only come out when she was needed, she had her employee crying.

We were asked several times about our stay and this concern was articulated to them the concern and someone was supposed to fix it and they never did. A two night stay, close to $600.00, and the damn toilet doesn’t work and wasn’t fixed.

We asked 3 times for our room to be clean. The first time the day before-the power was out and no one could do it, understandable. Then the houses came at 9am, we told her please come back after 11Am. The third time was after I arrived at 2:30pm, the front desk assured me we were on the list to be cleaned, so when we arrived at 11pm and our room was not touched I was extremely upset.

- E9067GEmarkw (2/5): Unethical Management - TRAVELER BEWARE - We were forced to book six nights at this property (with a 2-night minimum) for a "stay and play" tournament for my son's baseball team (at $252/night for an average to below average property). They got knocked out of the tournament early, after we'd already stayed for four nights, but I was told that checking out wasn't an option and that I would be on the hook for all six nights. Come to find out they'd already hit my credit card for all six nights at check-in. I called the manager three times to discuss the matter, left three messages, and NEVER received a call back. I then called Hilton and after two separate conversations over the course of two days they agreed to refund me the two nights...by check...in 30 business days. The management of this hotel is UNETHICAL and I recommend that travelers AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. I travel a ton for work and family (Diamond status with Hilton and Platinum with Marriott) and I have NEVER experienced something like this in all of my years traveling. There are A TON of other hotels within a 5-minute drive of this property. Book at one of them instead!!

When we arrived we were told the rooms got canceled because they attempted to charge the card that was on the reservation and it declined and instead of calling to check and confirm the card, which we were using a different card to pay, they just canceled the room. Said because they were at capacity they couldn’t get the room back and wouldn’t even try knowing we had the reservation and the guy at the front desk was the one who had confirmed initially anyway.

The shower curtain had stains, the walls and furniture were beat up, and the room felt tired and outdated. Customer service was good and the breakfast was decent, with hot options available. - Cindy (8/5): Very good - Asked for a quiet room and got one on the 4th (top) floor. Hotel is not near a freeway and was very quiet overall. Wifi worked great. Loved that the table was easy to move and worked for dining or as a desk. Everything was clean. Dog biscuits by front door and lots grassy areas around parking lot. Coffee wasn't good. Options for GF breakfast limited. They did have GF muffins, but they were not labeled and were in with the regular pastries, so not safe for celiacs like me. Kitchen looks functional, but isn't really meant for cooking. Had just one dull knife and one pan with the nonstick coating half-scratched off. Asked for a new pan - they brought me a lightly less scratched one.
- Annemarie (6/5): - Overall, the hotel is beautiful and clean. But i was severely unimpressed with the low water pressure in the shower and the inability of the water to even really get hot. It was disappointing

- Hartnett (9/5): It was about as expected. Good, not great. But ok. - It was everything you'd expect a decent hotel to be. Beds were too firm; couldn't sleep on my side. Slow elevator. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

- Iris (10/5): - The room we got was like a mini apartment. Perfect space for our family with kids but they put us on the 4th floor and we have a toddler. The people staying under us complained of noise. Theres one elevator and it was slow with all the traffic from the weekend. Property was clean and without a smell or smoking smell. Bathroom was clean but the fan wasn't working at all, so showers made it foggy pretty quick and the smell after someone going was trapped. Pool was small but a good size. Breakfast had different options and it was ok for the most part.

- Michele (10/5): - The only thing I did not like was the stand that you sit your luggage on was very dirty. The straps were visably soiled. Other than that, I really appreciated the stay!
- Walter (10/5): We experienced excellent service and comfortable accommodations during the winter storm. - We appreciated the help of the staff in checking in during a blizzard, and in deciding quite late to extend our stay due to road conditions. The staff were sympathetic and helpful. They made the common breakfast area available to guests who were snowed in and looking to get a little more space. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was warm, the fitness room was clean and well set up. When it was time to go, they were plowing the lot, and a man was out there shoveling out the cars specifically. That's definitely above and beyond.
