Erica (7/5): - Conveniently located a 10-minute walk from McCarran rental car center. You have to walk to the lobby if you want tea or coffee. There is no way to heat water in the room. It’s next to the airport so it’s not a silent retreat.
Danielle (1/5): Very disappointed for a Hilton Property - They said the reservation didn’t cross, staff couldn’t find it, instead of helping me, made me get out of line and rebook it myself while then continuing the line and helping others, and charge me $30 dollars more. Bathroom had black spots in corners and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain no matter how hard I tried. The outlets to the L side of the bed where I slept by windows were not working and my phone wasn’t charged. I told them I was very disappointed in the service and hotel room. Told them I was a Hilton member. The guy (Willy I think) was polite, took notes. Said he would leave a note and I would have to wait for a response from the manager. Different Manager called me back and was trying to tell me how everything happened, I explained that is not the order in which staff approached me and handled the situation. He wasn’t there. Not even on property. Told me I was wrong. I explained the situation with the room and the sink backing up & not usable in trying to wash hands after using the restroom and brushing teeth, etc. Didn’t seem to care. I was told I wouldn’t be compensated for the room. Then said thanks for being a Hilton member. I said how disappointed I was in the property as a Hilton, they usually have standards. Just very disappointed.

Gerry (4/5): Will stay somewhere else next time, I need a room which keeps noises out so I can sleep! - breakfast was well stocked and a good variety of options The sausage patties were barely warm at breakfast! But the room was my main gripe! It overlooked a main road, so LOTS of noise from police sirens to planes to loud vehicles and just after 6am workmen decided to start making noises by beginning work on road repairs! Also, the bed made rapid clicking noises - even when I got out to try to find where the noise was coming from and finally the receptionist offered me a bottle of water when I arrived which was very welcomed but it tasted horrible!

Sampada (7/5): Convenient location, nice hotel - It's a good location very near from the airport. Hotel was clean and it was a convenient stop for us before heading to Page the next morning. They offer shuttle service. But our flight reaches almost midnight, and we had to wait around30 mins for the shuttle to come and pick us up. Break fast was included but it wasn't really great. Very limited variety

Há um amplo estacionamento no local e fica próximo das locadoras de veículos. O hotel fica um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos. Não tem como ir caminhando, mas de carro é possível chegar em poucos minutos.

Poldi (10/5): High value for money--classy and comfortable. Exceptional. - Fantastic "budget" hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful facilities and useful design--lots of outlets AND charging ports, nightlight in the bathroom, plenty of parking. I will be looking for this brand in the future. The breakfast was "meh". But that's such a tiny thing in comparison to the overall wonderful experience.

Bradley (8/5): Was alright but I like more luxurious hotels - Location was good, did not have breakfast at the hotel.. I was kind of surprised of the amount of homeless people in the area and on the property. Even was approached by a homeless person at the entrance asking for a cigarette. Staff needs to be a little more cheerful, and helpful. Also was not expecting the place to be like a college dorm, not what I'm used to for a hotel. The room needs a little more attention from house keeping, found long hairs in many places in the room, and a disposable razor left in the shower..

Shelly (9/5): Short stay and ok until I went down for breakfast. - The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable as usual. There were a lot (about) half of the breakfast items out when we went down there. We specifically stay at Hilton because of their quality breakfast and this time it was a miss. Out of waffle mix, out of yogurt, out of muffins and toast. Basically the entire breakfast. And there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing so they could’ve helped out. also don’t like the fact that I didn’t get any Hilton points since I booked outside of their website. I have never seen anything (a warning) saying this. So I’m thinking about switching hotels now. When I called customer service they informed me of this.
