• Xavier (3/5): Pas cher mais déprimant. Mettre quelques euros de plus pour avoir mieux ailleurs ! - Bien placé et pas cher. En plus de m’être fait voler ma serviette (je soupçonne le personnel puisque c’est aussi arrivé à d’autres), j’ai trouvé quelqu’un dans le lit qui m’avait été assigné le deuxième soir. Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement sympathique et l’éclairage très froid n’aide pas à rendre tout cela chaleureux.

• Timothy (10/5): Oasis of calm next to the Medina - Ideally located in the centre and near the railway station and airport bus. Inside the Riad the temperature was a naturally air-conditioned Oasis of calm escape in the open away from the seering heat.

• Jakub (9/5): Miły pobyt! - Naprawdę przyjemny pobyt w obiekcie. Personel był bardzo kontaktowy i przesympatyczny, pomagali jak tylko mogli polecając co zobaczyć w okolicy. Śniadania przygotowywane codziennie na świeżo, dodatkowo do wyboru herbata lub kawa. Świetne miejsce do socjalizacji z uwagi na sporą liczbę podróżujących w pojedynkę, więc można poznać świetne osoby podczas pobytu. Jest opcja przechowywania rzeczy w małych boksach zamykanych na kłódkę (parter budynku obok recepcji). Lokalizacja idealna, 3-5 minut pieszo do głównego placu. Generalnie obiekt do polecenia. Łazienki wymagają lekkiego odświeżenia, jednak w tej cenie jest to drobiazg.

• Sarai (8/5): Very good location - - The Riad is a big place with a nice terrace on top. The personal was very kind with us and the location of the Hostel is excellent. We stayed in a 8th bedroom and the beds were very near to each other and I could feel the springs of the mattress. Maybe other rooms are better :)

• Cameron (8/5): Well worth the money - Location is perfect being less than a 2mins walk away from the main square and medinas. Breakfast was good quality and staff always happy to help no matter how late or early you need them too. Rooms where clean and well layed out and do have AC when you close the windows and doors. Rooftop area is a great place to socialise or sleep on those really hot nights. If your staying in Marrakesh and want a budget friendly hostel this is the place for you

• Nicola (3/5): Lugar que no corresponde a las fotos - Nada ,no volvería y no lo recomiendo ,no corresponde a las fotos, creo que las puntuaciones están falsas.desayuno bien . Lugar sin calentacion en invierno aunque la página compré ese servicio,personal desmotivado,lugar oscuro de noche cuartos feos y poco alumbrados.el baño no tiene puerta ,cocina ni te cuento horrible etc etc...

• Mohamed Anas (4/5): My review as a local resident at morocco - The place, seeing people eating breakfeast together, the decoration of the place Basically, they just messed up with confirming my booking, when I got, I was treated like they gave me a bed out of mercy and not that I booked via the platform, arrived midnight tired, then I've been waiting sitting near an hour, also they force a 50DH in person fee besides what you pay online at Booking.

El servicio y facilidades en general son bastante malas, no sé por qué tiene tan buen calificación en Booking si realmente falla en muchas cosas: El desayuno es extremadamente lento, ni siquiera pudimos comerlo todo porque se demoraban una eternidad en traer cada cosa. El cuarto estaba extremadamente frío, sin calefacción y la puerta no cerraba. No había para cargar celulares en el cuarto. Los baños estaban sucios. El proceso de check in es muy desordenado, cuando llegamos no sabían que habíamos reservado y tardaron como una hora en asignarnos un espacio. Estuvimos de suerte porque podían tener todo ocupado y nos dejan sin hotel. La atención es muy regular, no se siente la hospitalidad típica de los marroquíes.

• Enass (1/5): - المكان غير آمن بالمرة ، ولا توجد اى رقابه أو متابعه أو أخذ اجراء مناسب مع المخالفات مثل السرقات وشرب الخمور بالغرف وغيرها. لا توجد إدارة للأسف فعليك إن تحمى نفسك و مقتنياتك بنفسك و تتحمل المخالفات و التجاوزات

Mancanza di phon per asciugare i capelli, luce molto fioca nelle stanze. Molto freddo in inverno

• Sarah Ann (8/5): Overall good stay - Basic. Warm & friendly. Bag stolen by another guest but found it myself whilst I decided to look for it as nobody else would help. Lockers recommended although a small one is provided for the essential valuables. Basic free breakfast. Pretty clean. Beds basic & half falling apart. Could do with a little love but otherwise enjoyable stay. Colourful, traditional & overall met our needs. Recommend for a budget stay still. Bag stolen by another guest!

• Jolanda (5/5): - The location is great and good value for money My bag full of medicine was taken from by bed and I booked in the one dorm only to find someone has taken my spot when I returned the evening. I was then moved to another room. Crazy to think you don't know when the dorm is full and who sleeps where. The staff is nice but they would need to improve their management skills to make the stay worthwhile. Clearly someone is lying and not owing up and I am disappointed by their lack of ownership and care.

• Lange (8/5): Tolles authentisches Erlebnis - Tolle Lage, authentische Einrichtung. Mohamed hat sich um alle Anliegen von mir und allen anderen Gästen bestens gekümmert. Fettes Dankeschön Sanitäranlagen sind renovierungsbedürftig.
• Guest (9/5): Authentisches Hostel im Stadtzentrum mit schöner Dachterrasse und einem tollen und engagierten Team - Das Personal hat den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Speziell Mohamed hat Tag und Nacht alles gegeben. Beim Frühstück ab 8:00Uhr oder bis spät in die Nacht dir die Tür zu öffnen, Mohamed war für dich da. Meine Empfehlung ist Mohamed direkt beim Check-In nach einer zweiten Bettdecke fragen, welche er dir geben wird, denn nachts ist es meiner Meinung nach sehr kalt in der Unterkunft. Danke für alles an das Team! Riesen Dank auch an alle Putzkräfte, es war immer ordentlich. Kloschloss defekt, Klopapier ab und zu leer, Wasserdruck ausbaufähig, keine Vorhänge an den Betten, kein Spind im Zimmer, Upselling bei Wasser, Upselling bei Druckergebrauch.

• Cindy (10/5): You wont regret Riad Dia - Súper cómodo para solo travellers. La terraza muy buena. Hay tres Mohamed (uno habla inglés, otro lo intenta, otro solo dice yes), que son súper amables, te echas unas risas y te sientes súper a gusto charlando con ellos
