We stayed here for three nights at the start of our trip, and came back for an extra two nights at the end because we loved it so much. Easy walk to beach with two kids (9 and 12). Great massage, nail, food and coffee on the doorstep. Spent most of our time either in the rooftop pool or at the beach. Nothing!

- Francesca (10/5): perfect stay in Da Nang - we booked the king room and it was perfect! spacious, clean, comfortable bed. the location of the hotel is perfect close to the beach but quiet at night. the AC can stay on during the day so that is a big plus! nothing, everything was really nice. we asked them to please fix the towel rack in the bathroom and they waited until we were in the room and fixed it on the same day! wonderful staff service.

- Sebastian (10/5): - We had a great stay at Halina. Located very central in Danang. Close to the beautiful beach and to all daily needs like restaurants, supermarkets and scooter rental. Rooms are clean. Great view from rooftop pool on the beach - you can even see Lady Buddha. Staff is very friendly. Especially Rosie who was always very caring and payed attention to all detail. She even remembered me from my stay three years ago. This kind of staff makes a hotel stay special and you feel really valued.

- Jeannette (5/5): Dieses Hotel hat keinen Standard, den man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann. Der Aufenthalt fühlt sich schlecht an, - Die Lage ist toll und das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Dass sich das Personal bemüht hat Probleme zu lösen, auch wenn es zu keiner zufriedenstellenden Lösung gekommen ist und ich das Hotel 1 Nacht früher verlassen habe. Als Entschädigung wurde mir ein kostenloser Flughafentransfer und ein vorbereitetes Frühstück angeboten. Das Frühstück habe ich jedoch als lieblos zubereitet empfunden. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich eher wie ein Krimineller, dem nicht getraut wird, vor dem sich das Hotel schützen muss. Es wird für alles eine Unterschrift verlangt und falls ich nicht sofort bezahlen würde, wollten sie meinen Reisepass behalten. Im Flur und in meinem Zimmer roch es nach Urin. Auch die Handtücher hatten alle Flecken. Das kann einmal vorkommen, aber wenn man 7 Handtücher im Zimmer hat und das Hotel keine neuen Handtücher kauft, wenn die Flecken beim Waschen nicht raus gehen…ich erwarte mehr von einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Ich musste 4 Mal nachfragen um endlich neue Handtücher zu erhalten. Zu allem Überfluss waren diese dann auch wieder dreckig und ich musste mich erneut um neue kümmern. Als ich dann endlich welche hatte, habe ich mich dazu entschieden das Hotel früher zu verlassen, weil ich es da nicht mehr ausgehalten habe.
- Lena (10/5): Perfect stay for our family. - Location is perfect and the mattress was soooo comfortable. Very clean. Close to the beach: the view from the roof of the ocean was gorgeous and the pool was a huge hit with my kids which were so welcome at the property. Everything was great!

- Kellie (10/5): Brilliant location for families close to beach, shops and food - Location is exceptional. We have two children (9 and 12) and we easily walked to beach every day. Close enough that we could go in bathers and carry wet towels home easily! Breakfast was a lovely way to start the day - fab omelettes. We easily explored the surrounding neighbourhood on foot, and got Grabs for further trips to markets, shopping malls and Ba Na Hills. Showers tend to spray all over the floor so don't slip! The image of the room that I booked online didn't match the room we were given but it was ok because the kids loved their bunk beds anyway.

- Karla (10/5): Went above and beyond - Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, especially because of the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely warm. There was one staff member in particular who always had a smile on his face whenever we saw him, it didn’t feel forced at all, just naturally friendly, which made the stay feel more personal. The service throughout was consistent and thoughtful. During breakfast, the staff would check in on us, ask how our stay was going, and even asked about our plans for the next day. When we mentioned that we’d be checking out early, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us since we’d miss the usual breakfast hours. The next morning, they had everything ready l, eggs, fruits, and a complete meal which was such a thoughtful gesture and not something every hotel offers. We also appreciated the small touches, like the welcome drinks upon arrival and the bracelet they gave us. It was a simple but meaningful souvenir. The staff also assisted with our luggage, which added to the smooth experience. The location is another big plus. It’s within walking distance to the beach and very close to restaurants, shops, and other services, making it really convenient to explore the area. As for the facilities, the rooftop area with the pool and steam room was nice and not crowded during our stay, which made it feel almost private. The pool itself isn’t very big, but considering how close the hotel is to the beach, it didn’t feel like a downside. If there’s anything that could be improved, it would be the lighting in the room. While the room itself was comfortable and well-cooled, it would have been nice to have more flexible lighting options. Most of the switches control larger sections of the room, so having a softer, dim lighting option for certain areas would make the space feel more relaxing, especially at night. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, a convenient location, and thoughtful touches that made a difference.
- Marisa (6/5): Nice view and location but only for those who sleep through anything - Pool had a great view of city and beach Breakfast buffet is mostly Asian food but good Welcome drink and lobby are nice Location great Room is tired looking for a 4 star hotel Walls are paper thin, even when others were trying to be quiet your could hear all the doors opening and closing late at night and early in the morning as well as music blaring outside There are only 3 loungers at the pool so if they are taken you’re out of luck There is only 1 elevator used by both cleaning staff and guests that is super slow and often full, so in the morning you may have to wait 10+ minutes and have the elevator pass you at least once just to get the elevator up to your room from breakfast. The stairwell is not made for guests either After experiencing this and walking all the way up many flights of stairs - my room card key did not work and I add to go all the way back down to the lobby, wait for maintenance and then wait to go back up… No liquid had soap

Wie empfehlen Halina Hotel 💛 Die Türen zum Gang waren sehr hellhörig und man konnte alles hören was die Leute im Gang geredet haben.

Special mention to Rosie who took great care of us and was always happy to give us advice and have a chat. The porters deserve a warm mention too for their lovely welcoming smiles every time we passed them. It's our 2nd visit to this hotel Nothing really. The lift can get busy at times but that's not the end of the world its purely busy times.

Rosie was very nice to us and also gave me a very cute hand made bracelet. We enjoyed our stay here. I would personally remove the chair and the little table from the superior rooms as it is a bit small and it s a bit hard to handle big trolleys.

We got apartment on level 3, so could only see the next building. The room had only 2 pillows, waterbottles etc even rhough we booked for 3. The breakfast had many options inclusing veg but wqs low quality and bland. My least fav amongst 5 places I stayed in Vietnam.
