• Claire (1/5): - Nothing at all The fridge was broken, walls dirty, took me half hour to figure out where the keys was in the lock box When messages to ask if qaa code didnt get any reply The photos looked bigger than the apartment was

• caramello03 (4/5): Good location, misleading advertisement and dirty accommodation - Overall it was fine, good location - you're only a half hour walk away from Flinders St station along St Kilda Rd so its very pleasant. Plus, the Botanical Gardens are only a short walk away. The property itself was OK. Small, which is fine but I felt a lot of what was advertised was misleading. This is a common issue with the other reviews but there's no "spa bath", theres a spa downstairs. Originally, I was not going to leave a review but the spa bath was the key reason I booked this location. The "pool view" means looking directly down when you're on the balcony but really you're just looking into other apartments. Facilities weren't great, the dishwasher doesn't work and was disgusting, there were literal cigarette butts in there. I was asked not to use all the towels. The bathroom sink is backed up. There was no body wash provided. One of the chairs is unstable, very wobbly, turns out its half broken and is a hazard. The apartment overall felt very dusty. On the balcony, I put my hands on the table and railing before I realised it was extremely dirty. The couch gives off a lot of dust and an odor when you sit on it. And the bed was very uncomfortable, I should have read the previous reviews, someone else said it was propped up with a brick and had broken slats. The owner insisted on providing complimentary breakfast which was kind but only provided a small amount of cereal, there was literally only one teaspoon of sugar.

• Madelaine (4/5): Nice but not amazing. - There were no hand or face towels. Also the add was very misleading saying the room had a spa bath when it didn’t. It also wasn’t a hotel, I had to get the key from a lock box. Overall the room was nice though. Not enough towels. No spa bath.

• Renee (1/5): The amenities were great and AJ was polite and nice. It would have been nice to be offered another room or a refund as I - The Pool and Spa were great. The Bed in the room was being held up by a brick and the slates were broken which ment I had to remove the mattress and put it in the loungeroom to sleep on it on the floor.

In booking.com room looks with good view but it didn’t had any view other than building. I was told breakfast included but bread was expired. It wasn’t clearly written or been told that breakfast wasn’t the hot breakfast. Dishes were dirty. Amount that I paid for that apartment wasn’t worth the price.

• Stephen (7/5): Great location and suited our needs. - The location was perfect for our purpose and the room was very comfortable. The description stated that breakfast was included but there was only milk and coffee which is standard with other accommodation and definitely not “breakfast”.
