• Kaveh (1/5): The worst place you can stay in your life - Nothing! By far the worst experience of my life! The place was dirty, smelly, and outdated. The power went out, the shower was broken, and the room reeked of smoke. The beds, bathroom, and overall room were absolutely filthy. The hallways were dark—lights only worked intermittently and kept shutting off. Elevators were painfully slow. Overall, it was the most terrible and disgusting experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

• Mohebzadeh (6/5): Pleasant - The polite behavior of staff The actual condition of the hotel and its rooms were different from the provided photos. The booking price was at least 40 percent more than what I could get personally and in place.

• Guity (10/5): very friendly staff, very clean facility, staff were there 24 hours to help you for anything that, - Exceptional breakfast, my family and I enjoyed a breakfast every single day that we were there, the wonderful thing about the breakfast was you can ask your egg to be cooked as fresh to your desire, we loved Sunnyside up my suggestion is the Managemant needs to do something about Wi-Fi, if you work remote or if you have zoom meeting, don't even think about being in that hotel, Wi-Fi was awful
• Eva (9/5): Superb - A nice, decent hotel downtown. The breakfast is a highlight, make sure you book a room with breakfast. Great variety and wonderful view from top floor. There is only one elevator, so sometimes the wait is a bit long, but nothing dramatic.

• Nasser Can (2/5): افتضاح - وضعیت هتل افتضاحه. اصلا نرین؛ اتاق ها کثیفه. اتاق های پشتی مثله زندونه. آب حموم میاد بیرون؛ پاتون میلغزه میفتین. صبحونه اصلا خوب نیست. نوشتن کولر داره؛ ولی کنترل کولر رو نمیدن. نمیتونی استفاده کنی. سردوشها شله میفته رو سرت. آب ظهرها سرد میاد. در کل افتضاحه افتضاح. بدترین هتلی که تو عمرم رفتم.

• Fatemeh (6/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful, they informed me that I had mistakenly paid for two people instead of one, though they refused to return the exra money. The room they gave me was clean but very old and it didnt look like the photos I had seen on the website. Also, it had no balcony because the rooms you see on the website are the ones located in front of the building but the ones on the back are much more gloomy and they are older. The room was quite clean though. The breakfast was excellent and you could have it on the terrace, overlooking the city of one. And the hotel was placed in a good location in the city. Wouldn't go back there though.

• Michael (6/5): Good service, but noisy - The service was great. They were very helpful to address any concerns. But the walls were very thin (we could hear the television and coughing from neighboring rooms very easily). The nearby mosque was very loud, and there was a loud machine creating a rumbling sound on and off throughout the night. We switched to an interior-facing room, which was better. But we ended up switching to a different hotel.
• UGUR (10/5): Konumu ve hizmetleri için tercih edebilirsiniz - Otelin Konumu gayet iyi. Ücretsiz otoparkı var. Personeli ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Temizlik iyi. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Kısacası hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar Van’a gidersem tercih ederim.

• Kobayashi (10/5): 圧倒的コストパフォーマンス - 旅程の都合で一泊しかしませんでしたが、何日も滞在したいと思わせる快適なホテルでした。 ウエルカムフルーツ、ミニバー、地味にうれしい湯沸かし器。 おいしくて種類もたっぷりの朝食。 快適なインターネット（時間帯などもあるかもしれませんが、トルコに来てから一番早いWi-Fiを体験できたホテルでした）。 一つだけ注意点… 道からはホテルの建物は見えません。 目印としてホテルの看板はありますので、それを探した方がよいでしょう。 お金を積めばいくらでもよいホテルに泊まれるでしょうが、このホテルなら価格を遙かに上回る満足感を得られることでしょう。
