Pam (6/5): Disappointed - The villa is a lovely design with a beautiful bathroom. The outlook onto the golf course is lovely and having an outdoor setting out there is great There was a fault with the automated blinds in which they pleased themselves as to when they would open and close. You could be in bed and suddenly your blinds would start opening. Not at all acceptable as you have no privacy. The shower went hot or cold depending on what your neighbours were doing. You also lost your water pressure when they used their shower or sink

Susan (10/5): Seriously comfortable - The location is a few kms out of Waikerie at a golf course so it's as tranquil and picturesque as you might guess. The club house is available to guests. The high quality accommodation is spacious and comfortable. A full bottle of fresh milk in the fridge instead of a tiny, heat treated packet A minor thing, based on personal choice, the 'continental' breakfast was pretty basic. The venue is good value without it.

PETER (9/5): Perfect place for a Riverland stay - The location was beautiful and quiet, the amenities were fantastic, good kitchenette, spacious bathroom, big comfortable bed, nice sofa and table and chairs. Outdoor patio table and chairs overlooking the beautiful golf course, magic! Would recommend to anyone and will probably stay again some time. Minor housekeeping points, fridge was a bit iced up, shower drain needed hair cleaning out (fixed ourselves), bathroom fan was very noisy.

Francisco (9/5): Modern and spacious unit, very quiet. A pleasant stay! - The unit was very spacious and modern, with a terrace overlooking the golf course. Spacious and very modern bathroom and very quiet atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. The car parking is away from the unit and requires some walking, made worse when it is raining.

Carolyn (10/5): Great place to stay - Quite luxurious, I was arriving late and reception made it very easy for me. Lovely room. Quiet location. Super comfy bed. Couldn't fault it at all. Lots of tiny bugs were everywhere. Hard to control. I did have to leave one light on my front door, so bugs were attracted away from the bed.

Sarah (3/5): Filthy - The property itself is quite modern and well appointed, its a shame it could be quite lovely if it weren't for the poor management. The standard of cleanliness was appalling, in both rooms and shared kitchen. (We were moved to another room that had a communal kitchen, after we spoke to onsite personnel) I have never seen rooms presented like this ever! Dirty toilets, showers full of pink scum and slimy feeling tiles, fingerprints on microwave and filthy in fridges, dust and cobwebs over everything. Extremely disappointing. Give this one a miss.

Didn’t realise we couldn’t park next to our room, we are getting older and dragging our luggage over a gravel path to get to our room was not ideal.

Helen (4/5): It was ok but could have been better. - Beds were incredibly comfortable and the view of the golf course was stunning. The wifi was good and the split system was sufficient. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. We booked for 3 people, got a call the day before our stay confirming 3 people but the room was only set up for 2 people, with only enough breakfast, dishes, cutlery, bedding and bathroom supplies for 2 people. There was not enough cookware to make our dinner. We had to share towels! And eat our dinner in relays. We were not given instructions on what was complimentary and what wasn't. The website doesn't show pictures of the rooms so it's difficult to know what facilities are available. When I raised these issues on check out the person who served me claimed to not know anything about the booking for 3 people....

Kaye (8/5): Very quiet stay - Good to have hotplates to cook on if you wish. It was quiet. Breakfast supplies were good ( bar the white bread.). Staff were nice but club house was quiet even on a weekend and doesn't open until 9 and I think closed about 4.30. Only limited food options eg pies and pasties. It's 5 miles from any restaurant or supermarket. We knew this of course. A coffee pod machine would be a good addition. Did have trouble getting aircon programmed but fan was useful..

Was impressed at the cleanliness and maintenance that was done daily, they even washed our dishes for us after breakfast Light breakfast options was supplied daily and was also DIY. Doris (10/5): - The Villas are a ten minute drive out of Waikerie but the quiet and serenity of the villas is worth it. There is a kitchenette in the villa and BBQ facilities available. We chose the easy drive into Waikerie for hotel & cafe dining options. I highly recommend staying here whilst in the Riverland. Doris. Sept 2022

About ten minutes drive to Waikerie to access food, hotel and shops etc. Close to the river. The amenities are superb, very well catered for. Breakfast is supplied in room for your convenience. It is quiet, dark and comfortable in every respect. Would stay again easily, highly recommend.

Derek (10/5): Great place to stay, even if not golfing. - We couldn't get accomodation in at Waikerie, so opted for The Villas for a reasonably short drive in to the function we were attending on Saturday night. Really enjoyed the bath looking onto the private courtyard, and had the best sleep in ages on the bed.
