Hotel porch and entrance were big and grand. The heating in the room not not central which I would have expected at this cost. The linen in the room was not fresh and resused from last customer. The bathroom did not have shower and instead had indian style bathroom with bucket. Again at this price point of INR6000, I would have expected better amenities.
- Arun (10/5): wonderful experience - I recently stayed at the hotel the royal krishna Katra and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for early arrivals or late departures, as it's situated right next to katra bus stand and yatra parchi counter. The rooms are spacious, offering fantastic views, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food quality and taste were impressive, with a special mention to restaurant. They made sure all our requests were taken care of and went the extra mile to provide fresh meals for the kids. There attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. A small area for improvement would be to speed up the service a bit, but overall it was a minor issue in an otherwise flawless stay. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Katra. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service!

- Lalan (1/5): Its very bad service - So many cockroaches are there in hotel rooms and we have asked for the cleaning but still not done of After maa vaishno devi darshan we have taken lunch in the Restaurant but my two kids and my wife got food poisoning during my flight from Jammu to New Delhi and in flight they are bomating much loose motions are there and after landing the at delhi airport terminal 2, they all are admitted to the Maidanta hospital branch just near at arrival gate, my family are got very serious condition and just we got discharge after drip and injections medicine of everyone. My wife Preeti Lalan and my two son Aaron Kumar and Dakshit Kumar got very serious condition after having the lunch of this hotels. Hotel staff behaviours are also not good and even after so many talk they have not provided me GST invoice. So kindly take it seriously and we are going to take some police action against the Hotel now

- Manoj (9/5): Great location, courteous staff, exceptional services! - I recently booked a stay at Hotel Royal Krishna in Katra for my parents during their Vaishno Devi trip, and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. My parents aren't very tech-savvy and had trouble connecting to the WiFi, which initially prevented us from communicating via WhatsApp. However, when I called the front desk, the staff went above and beyond by going to my parents' room, connecting their WiFi, and ensuring they could make a WhatsApp call. I truly appreciated their efforts! The hotel's location is another major highlight. Situated very close to the main market, it offered easy access to shops, and restaurants, and other amenities. This proximity allowed my parents to explore the area comfortably. Additionally they provided the pickup and drop off to the Helipad. Thank you very much to Hotel Royal Krishna, for sure, I will stay with you again in future!

- Ankur (2/5): No facilities as of a four star hotel. Waste of money. - Location was fine as it is on road. First of all when the light goes off they do not have enough power backup to run the AC. I mean if I have to sleep under a fan the whole night then what’s the point of going to a four star hotel. We all were sweating the whole night and could not sleep. Even the generator was turned on when I called them after half an hour of sweating. They replied that they are going to turn it on. No body comes to the hotel, it’s completely vacant so they don’t care. The TV in the room is just for display. Only one news channel works that too interrupted. They keep on saying they will get it done but nothing happens. They do not go by the booking done on the website by saying that there is no booking though they have the booking details. So I paid the onspot charges and when checking out they told me about having booking. The hotel stay was total waste of money and should not be booked as they do not have any facilities. On complainting to the GM of hotel, he rectified that such bad things happened in front of me but not a word of apology came from him. Rather he firmly asked for extra charges as the person available when we checked in was off duty and the current one said he told the wrong charges. Our breakfast was included in the paid price but he did not informed us and we got to know when we were checking out. Completely no to this hotel Royal Krishna….

- Neha (6/5): Very Okay - Best was the location and the room size for a Family Suite. Food was good and so was the restaurant staff, although they were a little slow with the service. The Hotel and reception staff were not up to the mark. A refrigerator, safety lockers, hair dryer are quite basic amenities with a 4* property. We had to request the same. Although they provided whatever was available. The worst part was the ACs were not supported by the generator. It was extremely hot in the month of June without the AC. This is not what you expect out of a 4* property. Hygiene was another issue specifically with the toilets. Insects, bugs and cockroaches were crawling freely.

- Talwar (5/5): Average to below average Hotel - Staff was good and very helpful. Although I did not have dinner and breakfast in my package it was added by the hotel free. Thank you Felt expensive for triple bed.. My booking said city view, however there is no view in room 2012. Cleanliness is an area of improvement (mainly the wash room). Assuming people complete the darshan and return early morning, some flexibility or late check out should be provided as people are exhausted.
