• Gillian (9/5): Great Stay - The apartment was well located. A quick walk to the Main Street and short stroll to pool and beach. Sofia kindly had the sofa bed made up so that my sister and I had separate sleeping areas.

Theres water in the room so u can fill up bottles & a decent size freezer & fridge. Room was very clean & perfect for a family of 3 Nothing. The owners already mentioned the loud music when we booked but be prepared to hear music every nite until 11:30. You get used to it & u get to sing along in the room at night 🤣
• Jennyfour (7/5): Covenient & Roomy - Proximity to beach, local warungs & shops. Was nice having a lounge area separate to bedroom. Space for boards and chilling Room wasnt ready on arrival at 2.30pm. No key for apartment at reception and no way to message, as Jayakarta Residences Reception had no knowledge of booking and could provide no wifi to message sofia apartment owner/manager. Thankfully we met another cleaner could contact someone to prepare the room. The Sofia cleaner Made was very helpful once she arrived and let us leave luggage & boards in room. Living area furniture was old & uncomfortable. Bed was great!! Overall Apartment was good.

• Andrew (8/5): Bali break - The apartment at the Jayakarta residence was at the heart of where you need to be.. Right on the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was the noise from one of the bars who had live bars every night. This went onto 23.30 every night.

• Carol (10/5): The best choice in Bali - My apartment was clean it was well stocked with many items. It had a lovely balcony overlooking all of the lush greenery. I had three swimming pools to pick from and the ocean across the street. Cleaning was done daily and they did a very good job. I was very sorry that I left this place and moved over to another area I should have stayed right where I was. There was absolutely nothing that I found that I could say I disliked. I had a few problems with a leak from an upstairs apartment but that has nothing to do with disliking something that's just stuff that can happen.
• Aseannomad (10/5): Exceptional - I honestly could not rate this place high enough. This was my second stay and am rebooking for next week when I return to Legian. The staff are beautiful, very friendly and helpful and the premises is well maintained and close to beaches and pubs and restaurants. I always book the apartments because they suit me. Most nights the Jayakata puts on a BBQ type buffet, seafood buffet or roast buffet. Sofia is easily contactable and always a pleasure to deal with There's nothing to dislike

Great location and use of hotel facilities. There was none noise at night from the bars across the street but there was only 1 night that it was very loud the other nights it did not effect us.

• Mark (5/5): Love this place, local to everything, can't wait to come back - Love this place, tired and run down, needs a bit of a lift in the rooms, but for what we need, icy cold air con, huge comfy bed, cleaned every day, bathroom smelled of a little mouldy. Owner was awesome, allowing me to stay instead of moving rooms for 3 days. Price was awesome ! Bathroom.....smell of mould & under the cupboard sewerage smell

• Carol (10/5): One of the best apartments in jayakarta residence - This apartment is wonderful it has everything in it that you would need and it's very new in design bright colors and very welcoming. You have air conditioning in the bedroom with a queen size bed plenty of closet space with hangers and drawer space for your belongings good lighting. You have a patio for two people only with a small table if you're a smoker that's the place you need to go. The living room and kitchen combination is large with its own air conditioner a huge television set a CD player with more than 100 choices to pick from. It comes equipped with a nice size refrigerator a one burner stove a microwave and all the play settings plates bowls pots pans that you would need. The resort itself has two to three swimming pools available and is a 5-minute walk to the ocean. I personally would have stayed longer if the dates were available but this is a sure thing in regards to having a welcoming place with not really missing anything that you have in your own home. I guess I have to mention that I am just under 6 ft tall and the two cupboards come together right in the middle of the kitchen sink so every time that I went to wash my dishes I really smack my head on that corner and I will remember that for a long time. That corner needs to be rounded out or padded so it doesn't happen to other people because it is not a pleasant feeling. That design issue will only affect anyone that is taller than 5 ft 4 in but for me it was something that needed to be mentioned. Other than that there is absolutely nothing that you could dislike about this apartment.

• Marites (8/5): Nice comfy,complete place. - The accommodation was clean,quiet and really complete with amenities, it was like a home. It was near the beach area and lots of restaurants and market shopping. Traffic, which made it difficult for us to find a taxi to go somewhere and do shopping.
