• Danielle (5/5): No don’t watentoe - I went to check in at 430pm NO ONE onsite / paper note stuck on door ‘I’ve gone to pray’ … second time at 530pm to check in same sign on door .. rang the number on the sign … answered .. ok send you a text with sign in for key…. NO Internet … I was in my room for 30 mins before text from hotel sent text .. ok … shower taps squealed like kids so did toilet …. Not dual flush … not water saving .. cracked toilet paper holder / old facilities … no WIFI No wifi House keeper not present at all I stopped in twice before I could get into my room as House keeper ‘praying ‘ sign still on reception door when I arrived Sat 28/2 - 1/3 and NO mobile contact… very pathetic actually for $154/night NOT WORTH the. $$

• a (6/5): - Clean room with aircon on ready Keys in lockbox - easy for late checkin. Bed was comfy and the water was hot and the towels were soft and there were tissues and biscuits and milk. Dated and tired. Cracked wall, cracked toilet paper dispenser, and my pet hate - most people’s! - a plastic shower curtain!

• Notley (5/5): I suppose the cost was higher because of the Tamworth music festival being on. - the location was close to shops etc. It was what I expected for Murrurrundi, the motel is very old BUT nice and clean. The lady was very nice and friendly.

• Lisa (6/5): - The rooms were clean and friendly service There is no pool even though they still advertise they have one - its been filled in. Our room was made up but the dirty dishes were left and when I asked about it I was advised that we are to clean these ourselves, however this was not mentioned upon check in and there was no dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels provided and thankfully I was provided with clean plates, cups, bowls and cutlery.

• Rachael (4/5): Won’t be staying there again. - Location Facilities weren’t great. Taps were broken. Hole in the wall. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Shower head would fall down when you turned on the shower. Had to purchase milk for a cuppa. Never saw a staff member.

• Greg (9/5): Great basic motel - This motel is in a country NSW town. It is obviously struggling. That said it was very clean with all the basic amenities, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. My wife liked the fact that there was an iron and board in the unit. Pool was in disrepair, but as I said at the start I think they are struggling. Walking distance to a nice pub with great meals. I would recommend this place to anyone requiring a nite's sleep. When we got there, late afternoon on a scorcher, the AC was on and the place nice and cool.

L I was so happy to buy some beautiful crystals from the office ! I had a lovely stay got to go to a 90th birthday party in town ! So position of Motel was perfect ! I had a great sleep so I was rested .

• Gael (4/5): Convince for the night attending a funeral . - It was quiet .think there we’re only two room occupied and my cousin had the one next door . It is a little old ,, but everything was clean , if you are not fussy .

• Ian (9/5): Superb - It was close to railwaystation small distance to walk,also walking distance to places to eat. Microwave didn't work so I ask management and they gave me a repayment straight away.

• Thomas (5/5): Demanded to have full access to our credit cards including CVC personal number to enable transactions after we left the - Not very much Rude manager, condescending and arrogant. The whole motel was built many years ago and had been poorly maintained. The white linen and bath towels were old and grey. The tv and air conditioning remote controls had flat batteries. It was disappointing as the location and the town was a very nice area. We had a good meal and live music in one of the two hotels in the town.

• Brian (2/5): - The manager was absolutely rude, I had stayed their before with my pet. I was told I could not have my dog in the premise. I did not stay and I was still booked the full amount.

• Mandy (2/5): Disappointing. - Hot water. Parking directly outside your room. Mattress & pillows were ok. Booked a room online at 4pm saying we would be arriving between 8-9pm. Arrived at 8:55 and the office was closed. Rang the after hours phone and was greeted by a rude lady. Room was extremely rundown. Heating was set to turn off an hour after being turned on so we woke up in the middle of the night freezing. Property appearance needs some work.
• Mark (4/5): Disappointing - Old tired motel and soundproofing is terrible, could hear TV next door quite clearly. And so why did they put someone next to my room when there were enough vacant rooms to have an empty room in between guests.
