Nous avons eu accès à la chambre dès 8h. L'emplacement à proximité du centre ville, facile de découvrir la ville à pied. Trés proche du départ du funiculaire donnant accès au téléphérique pour le mont Fansipan. Séjour court, pas le temps de faire un trek. Rien à dire

Jerico Hayo (7/5): - The location is superb as it was just near the sapa center. There is a stone stairs which leads you to the sapa center (near sapa square and station). The owner is also accomodating and friendly. The light in the capsule room is not working, we tried almost all rooms and still the same. A fan could also be helpful as there was no aircon in the room. There is no need for the aircon at night because it gets cold..However in the morning until afternoon, it gets a little bit hot specially when you close your curtain for privacy since there is no electric fan in the room.

Brulard (8/5): Un endroit calme dans la ville tenu par un vietnamien et sa famille - La gentillesse de Thiet et de sa famille, c'est agréable d'avoir de bons conseils en français pour visiter Sapa ! Le prix en dortoir est vraiment attractif et les lits confortables ! L'emplacement idéal, à 2 minutes du centre ville mais dans une rue calme, ce qui permet de dormir comme il faut. Il faudrait un petit rafraîchissement dans les dortoirs pour réparer les petites lumières individuelles qui ne fonctionnent pas dans les dortoirs 🙏🏼

Mitch (7/5): Gutes Hostel - Das Bett war bequem und groß genug nur etwas wackelig beim Runtergehen (oberes Bett). Die Lage ist super. Zentrumsnah aber ruhig (liegt auf einem Recht steilen Hügel also hoch und runterlaufen muss problemlos möglich sein) Haben mir sogar Angeboten das Zimmer zu tauschen nachdem ein sehr unangenehmer betrunkener Zimmernachbar gestört hat. Das Badezimmer ist leider viel zu hellhörig - die Toilette und Dusche haben geräuschtechnisch überhaupt keine Privatsphäre. Raum ist ein wenig groß hatte glaube ich 10 Betten.
Loes (1/5): - / I had a really horrible stay, would not recommend! I arrived a half hour after checkin time, but I had messaged the staff before and they said it was no problem. When I arrived, the building was completely dark and abandonned. I found 1 staff member who was sleeping on a couch, so I woke him up. I kept apologizing because I felt bad about it, but he was either really rude or really drunk, or both. He ignored me, kept expressing how bummed he was to wake up by sighing non-stop and stumbled like he was drunk. He didn’t explain anything like the basic check-in talk, and wanted me to pay 30% more than the price I had reserved on Booking. He couldn’t read my passport, kept stumbling, kept sighing so I assume he was drunk, because it was the weirdest interaction ever. He just pointed to the dorm room and that was it. I asked him if I could have a key of the locker, he said ‘no, no key’ and left. So there is no room key, and I couldn’t store my bag somewhere safe? There were lockers, I just wasn’t allowed to use them for some reason. The bed of the dorm smelled really bad, I doubt the sheets were washed. The bathroom ceiling was completely covered in mold. The next day I wanted to check out, but the building seemed completely abandonned again, there was no one to be found so I just left. Yes, the dorm room is cheap, but I would totally recommend going somewhere else. I felt so uncomfterable with the staff interaction and in the dorm itself, I’m glad I only stayed for one night!

Only downside was having to pay extra when checking in to have a room - The staff were very attentive and friendly and the hotel is clean and has everything you need. We had booked online using booking.com and this did not make clear the room we booked didn’t have a window. Upon checking in, we were informed if we wanted a window, we would need to pay extra. Whilst we were grateful to be notified of this before settling into the room, this should have been better advertised in our view.

Rothem (5/5): - Sapa paramount The sapa paramount hotel was overall a below average experience. I’ll start with the positives, the location is central, the staff is kind and friendly, the laundry service was affordable and timely, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the view from the lake view rooms is beautiful. However, there is an unusual smell in the hotel, the doors are paper thin which leads to constant noise at all hours of the night and early morning, and the water in the shower was mostly cold.

Nonostante il prezzo dell’offerta! - La struttura come costruzione stessa nuova e buona ma all’interno sembrava un deserto, totalmente spoglia di ogni tipo di suppellettili La mancanza di ogni tipo di arredamento forse le stanze dello Hotel erano pure buone, la vista sicuramente ottima. Ma i dormitori sono ospitati due piani sottoterra rispetto alla Hall, sicuramente progettati come garage! La umidità è la puzza di muffa insopportabile! La porta del bagno non si poteva aprire perché sbatteva sul WC ed era separato dalla doccia da un foglio di compensato, non posso immaginare se fosse usato da due persone contemporaneamente!!!

Very hot water. Breakfast available for 100k vnd (tea/coffee + fruit + pancake with mountain honey) Only one bathroom in the shared dorm (8 beds), which had the toilet and the shower/sink separated by a wall who did not go all the way up to the ceiling. The room was cold at night. The towels could be better.

Lauren (10/5): Amazing staff & room with a great view - The staff was super kind! The manager even lent my husband a coat to go up to Fansipan!! We had a day of bad weather and stayed in bed all day overlooking the lake and mountains. Breakfast each morning was fresh fruit and crepes. Only thing that we were missing was a fridge, but it was so cold outside that we set a few beers and sodas out on the balcony to stay cold lol
Janine (8/5): I recommend this place coz its near to all tourist attraction in sapa. - The staff is very kind and approachable.. I like the size of the room and specially the view you can see the lake and mountain.. I visit last december and its really cold one thing i dont like is the water heater. every night the heater is off and it back in 8 of the morning so we waited 8am to take a bath coz its really cold.
Ella (9/5): Comfortable stay with lovely staff in a good location which was great value for money. - The staff were super lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice hot shower.

Laura (5/5): Fine for short stay - Staff was friendly The room felt dump and there was no AC remote control. They showed us the room with the view and it looked really good, however you needed to pay in order to upgrade and we were only going to stay there a couple of hours

Sara (6/5): Nice for a short stay and light luggage. - The price was good for a short stay, the room was spacious. The staff were helpful and nice. The location is uphill and hard to access. and has a bit of a dark motel vibe but overall was a good hostel, and worth the price.
Daniel (9/5): Superb - Hard to find, and locate. My biggest issue if when it's dark, the hotel has 0 lights on its building. I arrived 4:30 am as daily bus does. Couldn't find the hotel for 3 hours. To datk. Even other days after check in, if night, walk right past it. If the owner is penny pinching to save electricity of lighting up a sign, he is also making his hotel invisible or abandoned looking.
