- Shanti (6/5): Cleanliness Improvement Must Be Done - We had a 2 days stay in Zetter Suites. The front office staff was very friendly and informative. Had an easy check in and check out. Location was good.... located near the night market. But When we came out from the lift to the Block C ...Level 3 corridor..... to enter our suites after check in , we saw a lot of rubbish scattered along it. I thought they will sweep later but it was left that way untill we check out. Such an eye sore. In the room.... the cleanliness I would say okay only because the bedsheets and towels provided had a lot of stains on it. Luckily we brought our own towel. We also used the stairway to go down from 3rd floor to ground floor.... the cleanliness of it also quite disappointing. I feel that The management must look into the cleanliness of the property seriously.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The back balcony very dirty, seems like didn’t clean up every check out. Maybe slept at the 1st floor facing the road, can’t sleep the whole night as noisy.
- Prema (8/5): - I were expecting to cook over there n spent time but in that suite you didn't provide us kitchen utensils such as proper bowl. The kitchen ware also can't be used.
- Christopher (6/5): Average at best - The good: pleanty of space, and the microwave and fridge were invaluable with young children. The bad: the communal areas (lifts, hallway etc). were dirty and smelled, very offputting. Though clean the apartment was in need of work; doors were rusty and squeeked (not great when trying to get a baby to sleep), and walls and furniture were run down. There was a hub for cooking , but no pots or pans to use on it. There was an extra charge for additional bedding or towels. Breakfast was average at best with limited options.
- Robynne (6/5): - Spacious, nice decor. Coackroaces infested first suite, had to purchase insecticide from nearby 7Eleven as Reception closed at 8pm. Upgraded to 2 bedroom suite next moning, no bugs. Cooking forbidden despite microwave and induction hot plate built in.

Need to bring along a sleeping bag for the 5th member. The property need to provide at least a box of tissues in the apt beside the toilet rolls.. Apart from that, everything's 👍.

Inside the apartment decor design is nice but disappointed is the bathroom not clean got fungus on floor and at wash basin, the bed quilt cover have stain, towel is super dirty. Kitchen have stove but no fry pan or pot, serving plate and cups have full of cockcoach eggs we hv to buy disposal plate and cup. Check in for 2 days suffer for 2 days. Not value for money is really dirty. Suggest Host inspect personally the unit fitness before handover to guest..

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Cleanliness of this property is the biggest issue... as i dont see there is frequent upkeepjng by the managenent. The corridor along the walkway to hotel room are full of birds poo poo.. Inside the unit... though things are very tidy. But the hygiene and cleanliness are not up to par for the price we paying.... i still remember very clearly the scene that freak me and my family out.. that is when i saw a cocroache crawling over my food while i was eating on the dining table. The bedsheet comes with stains... not to sure it was changed.... The food was digusting... generally they are cold and i can see the utensils are not properly cleaned.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - V nice loft we stay in. Hot water heater is shared in 3 bathrooms. There is a direct heater in 1 bathroom. We love how friendly the staff were. I left my juice at the reception and the receptionist remember and send to our room. Will definitely come back stay again. There is weekend Street pasar Malam just next to hotel. 7-11 and other food restaurants are just below the hotel. V convenient

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room itself is ok but the property outside in the hallways and lifts reminds you of a shanty town accommodation. There are absolutely no kitchen utensils except for a few mugs - no cutlery, now bowls, plates, tongs nothing. Bathrooms are below average and there was no way that the sheets and towels were professionally cleaned - they were clean but its like they put them in a domestic washing machine and hang them out to dry as all the "white linen" is yellow. Floors were not swept properly or vacuumed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The staffs are helpful but the property condition is terrible. The bed sheet and pillows are yellowish. The water heater for master room is not working. The room is noisy as we can hear the door sound of upstairs and voices outside the corridor.
- Ong (2/5): - Once I reached the apartment,they told me that they don't have my booking even I showed them my confirmation email from Expedia. They never receive any booking from Expedia and don't allowed me to check in. I even showed them my credit card amount that I've paid. They told me that they can't give me the room because they don't have this booking. They told me that it's not their fault. It's Expedia fault so asked me to deal with Expedia myself. They can't do anything with this but I showed them all my confirmation and prove that I've received. It's a terrible experience. Lucky I'm local. If it's happen to a tourist, what can they do in others country. They are not allowed to check in and been told that they don't have the booking with the confirmation letter. Pity them

- Michel (2/5): Nightmare hotel - Booked 3 nights stayed 1!!! Horrible place - first time ever that I walked out of a accommodation ! Building was not design for this type of stay ! Corridors all open , just concrete , all opened from top to bottom , noisy , dirty, smelly, you name it !!! Because I paid upfront I couldn't get my money back , but we couldn't stay ! The apartment was large with no warmth and character . Someone fitted some furniture that don't belong . Bad bed and no heating or cooling . As a fairly new building there was scratches every where and dirt never been cleaned . Didn't want to take the risk to take a shower.

The location is good; we're able to go out within very short walking distance and grab the food easily from night market or the restaurants nearby Amenities - Acceptable with microwave, fridge are in good condition. Appreciate if bottled water were to be provided in the future.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Daily housekeeping please - I chose to stay at Zetter Suites for three nights as the Brinchang night market was located there. I just had to go downstairs to buy supper. There were restaurants within walking distance so food was convenient. However, the hotel did not provide daily housekeeping as advertised. I had to leave the hotel early for my day trip to Ipoh and by the time I returned to the hotel at the end of the day, the front desk was closed. Due to the limited hours of the front desk, I could not get anyone to dispose of the trash or request for fresh towels. The internet connection was also slow and my wifi password was invalid after two nights. Fortunately, that was my last night.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Long way from town - Spacious room, but power sockets were in odd places. Nowhere to plug a hairdryer in anywhere near a mirror. No hairdryer provided. Very basic cooking equipment. There was both a microwave and a hotplate but no cooking equipment. The was only two plates, two forks, two spoons and two mugs provided. Nothing else. Extremely basic. The reception staff did not know anything about tours on offer. Night market on one evening a week right outside the apartment. Really busy and quite noisy. About 5 km from town so you need a car.

Quiet noisy at night and day due construction surround. 2.Your car safe on basement with security guard and card excess on front door. 3.7e and restaurant just below your apartment. Zetter Suites: 1.Excellent front desk services. But only function until 8.00 pm. 2.The room with luxury Rome decoration.I will give 5/5 for the decoration because I got corner apartment and enjoy sunrise in from bedroom and kitchen. 2.Cleanliness is disappointed. They should clean under television rack and I found an old tissue under bed. huhu 3.I can definitely say NO for more than 1 day stay .Sorry.Their cleanliness is so disappointing for me. 4.Every electrical item function well.

- Jeremy (6/5): Good location but... - Apartment was close to most tourist spots (few KM away) & pasar malam just in front of apartment during weekends. However we hope the main doors are fitted with proper door closer as the slamming sound of the doors from neighbour can be quite loud, especially at night. Will be awaken by these slamming sound. Also if the neighbours are the noisy bunch, will not be able to sleep as the noise from corridor can be quite intrusive. The door hinges of the toilet & bedrooms also give out loud squeaking sound & can be a nuisance at night. Lastly, suggest to have fans installed in bedrooms to improve air circulation. If windows are open for air circulation, have issue with pests & / or noise from outside.

- Leong (6/5): Clean new apartment. Lots to improve - Hotel is new. And clean. However for an apartment they could have provided better amenities. Like shampoo. The bath soap is to be doubled as bath soap which is so tiny. There is a kitchen but no dish cloth or dish liquid. Only one dustbin in front of the room so we smell our food wrappers. The bed was comfortable but it creaked the whole night when we turn... did not have a good night’s sleep

- shiera (6/5): condo service type of hotel, nice to stay. - staying in 2 bedroom apartment hotel, this hotel is still very new, wifi and breakfast is not still not available but it is still a nice hotel for group of family or couple. staff given so much information and help during the stay. they will provide breakfast and wifi in the future. hopefully they can maintain the current price once its fully ready.. haha

- Eileen (6/5): Okay but... - Great quiet area of Cameron, with the night market in thurs and fri being just downstairs! Would really recommend the Chinese steamboat place downstairs too, great value for money with the best vegetables. But the toilet is really small without a seperate shower area, the corridor has the feel of a hostel, and due to flies at night, we couldn’t open the windows. The living room was very pretty but wished the room didn’t have such bulky tables and cupboards that crammed up to room. Very friendly staff, but be cautious that the office has office operating hours.
- Nomad (8/5): A night in Cameron Highlands - The hotel location was great. The check in was a bit hassle as the hotel entrance was still under renovation. Even though the hotel is quite new, the cleanliness is not as expected. The check out process was a breeze.
- ianMSJ (6/5): Good location and brand new rooms. - Stayed for 3d2n, rooms are well furnished as per review. Location is fairly good with a 24hr convenience store below. Hotel receptionist are nice and helpful But TV was down and wifi is not available and did not provide daily change of towel.
- Prabha (8/5): Nice place to stay. - Great Suite, Suitable for Family, couples and Bachelors. Rite below got few restaurants Local Food, Western Food. Sat night market till 10:30 pm, defiantly will says that had wonderful time on street food :). Secure Car Park and Card access doors. Those of you planning to go weekend, start your attraction from Mossy Forest. Its 1 hr drive from this suite. Morning 8 plus start from your room and reach Mossy Forest first after that you have to come down to cover other attractions which are all in the down hill by the way you can avoid traffic or else your trip will be spend over on the road :( A lot of Strawberry forms over there, you can choose which ever you like :)

- Mei (4/5): The hotel is new but poor maintenance - The apartment condition is disappointing as it is not well maintained. We booked 2 duplex units next to each other for 2 nights. The furniture, bed headboard and staircase railing were dusty. There were a bit of molds in kitchenette and bathroom basins as well. Microwave and induction cooker are provided but no pot and utensils. So basically the appliances were of no use for the stay. The reception staffs were friendly and helpful and provided good briefing about the check in as well as the heater. There were 3 bedrooms in the apartment and all of them come with ensuite bathrooms. There was also a common bathroom in the living area. Unfortunately the water heating system could effectively support only one bathroom at any point in time. We had to take turn to shower even we had many bathrooms available.

- FANG CHIN (6/5): Poor building material - Bad sound insulation. You can hear ppl, children on walk way, door shutting, chair pulling clearly no matter frm which floor.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Didn’t match my expectations - Even if the flat wss clean I wouldn’t go back. the apartment was without wifi. we where able to watch 3 tv channels. no facilities to cook. the bathroom was just ok. we had problems to flush the first night so we had to wait until the next morning to ask for help as the opening hours for the office where between 8-19h. Next to the flat there was construction work. all in all it was badly isolated.
- Derek (8/5): Pleasant Apartment next to Night Market - - Next to the night market - Nice and pleasant environment - Card access to basement carpark, area is busy because of the night market. Luckily the basement carpark is restricted to card access holder only - No Wi-Fi, celluar network is poor on Celcom - If you take long bath, the storage heater doesn't hold enough hot water - Requested for housekeeping but no housekeeping turns up - I think the hotel is new, hence they do not have a front desk. You need to go to a makeshift front desk at level one. All you see is a banner to know that you have reached the correct place - No phone communication to the front desk (maybe the hotel is new?)

But need to pay more attention on the cleanliness, especially the desk inside. And hope that to put a hairdryer in each room, because it really cold after shower. Overall is so nice to stay a few day, especially for a family trip!
