• Miyauchi (10/5): Foi ótima, e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente. - Espaço bem confortável, kombini bem em frente e muito próximo da estação de trem. Horário reservado para usar ofurô individualmente, microondas e refrigerador dentro do quarto foi ótimo demais.

• Sheree (10/5): A great low budget option with onsen and awesome views from the terrace room - We liked the onsen, size of room and the view from the terrace Futons are thin and good for those who like a firm bed. For a group of 5 we would have love a larger rubbish bin and some eating utensils.

• Keiko (4/5): コスト重視の人向けかも。 - スタッフさんの対応が親切で良かった。 寝具も清潔だった。 部屋が湿気っぽく、エアコンもカビだらけで清掃がされておらず、かび臭が一晩中蔓延して寝られなかった。 トイレが１階にないのは不便だった。
• りお (10/5): - 自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。 現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。 対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。 お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。 部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。 泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。 厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。 エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。 宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。 今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。

• Laetitia (9/5): Hôtel traditionnel dans la région du lac, avec ofuro traditionnel - Chambre pour trois très spacieuse et confortable, avec un côté salon et un côté chambre. Chambres pour deux plus petites mais la literie est confortable. L'ofuro (le familial surtout) est très agréable après une longue journée de balades touristiques. Les équipements proposés sont utiles : micro-ondes, machine à laver notamment. Un problème de fuite d'eau dans les toilettes du deuxième, qui a coulé dans notre chambre au premier. L'hôte a été très réactif dans sa réponse mais aucune solution n'a été apportée. Le problème ne semble pas nouveau puisqu'il y avait des indications pour utiliser la chasse déficiente scotchées dans les toilettes.

• michael (10/5): Good overall - It's was really good, I forgot to ask for an early check-in but theh saw me sitting outside waiting let me check in early which was super nice, I did nock to ask if I could leave my bags but the only staff there at the time was deaf, so that's okay. The room was good and comfy and warm. And the bath was amazing highly recommend. I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast but there is an unagi place that opens at 11 they recommend which was good The only drawback is the urinals, they need to be flushed more. They need to use a enzyme cleaner to breakdown the crystals. If they don't do this the smell will get worse but it'll also get blocked.

• ? (8/5): - 夫婦、娘、孫3人の6人で宿泊しました。トイレ、風呂共用はどうかと思っていましたが、家族風呂が広く、孫がとても喜んでいました。泊まる部屋によると思いますが、部屋も広く、ふとんもふかふかで6人でもくつろげました。鉄道や車などの音がうるさいというクチコミもありましたが、気になりませんでした。隣のうなぎ屋さんも美味しくて大満足です。ひとつ言わせてもらうとすれば、2階のトイレが使えず3階に行かなければ行けなかったことです。宿泊費がとても安いので文句は言えないと思いますが……お世話になりました。

• Verified traveler (2/5): 海外の安宿より最悪 - 口コミに書かれていた以上に最悪でした。 民宿に着くとホテルズドットコムから何も聞いてないと言われ領収書をみせ入ることはできたが部屋のエアコンは壊れテレビも壊れていた。 文句を言うと他の宿に行っていただいても良いですが、と開き直り、この時点で夜の8時半で荷物も上げてしまってたのでそんな面倒なこともと思い我慢、さらに風呂に入ると湯が止まらずそれをオーナーに言うとこちらが壊したと言われ金額の請求はなかったが言い合いになると警察を呼ぶと言われ来た警察からはこちらは何も悪くないと言うこと。睡眠時間は減るし踏んだり蹴ったりでした。 歯磨きをしようと蛇口をひねると茶色の水が出てきます。 オーナーは知らぬ存ぜぬで本当に最悪な宿でした。 ホテルズドットコムさん早く外した方が良いと思います。 このままでは被害者がふえホテルズドットコムさんのイメージ悪化に繋がると思われます。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 一人旅、お仕事などには十分です。 - バイクの一人旅。部屋は広い和室で綺麗に掃除してありました。 エアコン、無料テレビ、民宿ですので、お布団もこんなもの。 鍵もかかるし、マンガもいっぱい、 トイレ、お風呂シャワーは共同で十分。冷蔵庫、電子レンジも廊下においてあり、使わせてもらえます。Free-WiFi（今回使ってない）もあるようです。 食事は近所のお店を教えてくれました。 道路の向い大きなコンビニ。 おばあちゃんも愛想よく優しいし。 物干し部屋から浜名湖が見渡せます。 夜８時に花火あったから多分すごくよく見えるはず。 以前はお寿司屋さんもされていたのでしょうが、登録を変更できてないのでしょうね。 カップル用ではないですが、十分と思います。 ４階くらいまで、階段で荷物はこぶのを文句ゆうのって、 体鍛えた方が良いですね。
