• Sara (1/5): Sconsigliatissimo - Nulla Struttura lurida , bagno in comune senza una finestra e senza piatto doccia o una tenda , c’era solo uno scarico a terra e quindi quando facevi la doccia l’acqua finiva ovunque : sul wc, sul lavandino, sulla porta ecc; per non parlare del tanfo di pipì. Bagno in comune per 7 o 8 stanze , senza distinzione di maschi o femmine; senza carta igienica, prodotti da bagno o asciugamani. La stanza puzzava di piedi , anche quella sporca, con lenzuola nere, piene di di buchi e puzzolenti. La finestra affacciava direttamente sulla strada e c’era solo una zanzariera stracciata. In quella stanza un forno , c’erano 35 gradi , senza aria condizionata e un solo ventilatore( anche quello lurido ) tutto rotto e riparato con lo scotch. Il soffitto fatto con i pannelli di lamiera e quindi quella stanza una vera serra. All’ingresso a caratteri cubitali c’è scritto che c’è il Wi-Fi ma funziona solo nella reception dove ci sono 2 gestori che si alternano, vecchi e antipatici e che , ovviamente , non capiscono una mazza di inglese . Sul sito c’è scritto che c’è disponibilità di avere in parcheggio riservato; arrivi lì e ti fanno parcheggiare in uno spiazzale non asfaltato , pieno di macerie e spazzatura. Esperienza terribile , non ci andate, le foto sono molto meglio della reale situazione. Questo deve solo chiudere , anzi mi meraviglio di come faccia a stare aperto

• david (1/5): ANUS HORRIBLUS - I refused to accept the room offered 6 bed,cigarette burns in all beding critters running about the floor dirt on walls etc. he contacted his boss and the moved me to a single room in the Eposy aga.

• Natalia (1/5): NIE NIE NIE! - Nie dajcie się zwieść zdjęciom! Zarezerwowaliśmy hotel na podstawie zdjęć, które wyglądały przyzwoicie. Chcieliśmy zatrzymać się tylko na dwie noce, więc nie spodziewałam się luksusów, tylko czegoś czystego i podstawowego, gdzie moglibyśmy się wykąpać, przespać i bez stresu zostawić nasze bagaże i dokumenty. Niestety, to, co zastaliśmy po przyjeździe, było kompletnym koszmarem!! Brud!. Pokoje były brudne, wentylatory pokryte grubą warstwą pleśni i kurzu, zasłony podarte, a łóżka i pościel miały plamy! i dziury! Wspólna łazienka była zagrzybiona, a woda ciekła cienką strużką. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy ze wspólną łazienką, ale pozostałe pokoje (które wyglądały na wieloosobowe) miały otwarte drzwi i widać było półnagich mężczyzn z wywalonymi brzuchami. Czuliśmy się niekomfortowo i niebezpiecznie. Nie nazwałbym tego nawet hotelem, wyglądało to raczej jak zrujnowany hotel robotniczy. Po 10 minutach stwierdziliśmy, że nie ma mowy, żebyśmy tam zostali i od razu zarezerwowaliśmy coś innego. Niestety, nasza rezerwacja była bezzwrotna, ale i tak bym tam nie została, nawet gdyby mi zapłacili. Omijajcie to miejsce za wszelką cenę.

• Monika (1/5): Masakra !!!! - Lokalizacja jest dobra, jeśli ktoś nie ma problemów z niczym, to idealnie dla niego Nikt z recepcji nie mówi po angielsku, średnio uprzejmi panowie. Bardzo gorąco i duszno, pokoje jak piekarniki. Przede wszystkim bardzo bardzo brudno. Jestem przekonana, że pościel jest nie zmieniana po poprzednich osobach. W pokoju były jakieś stare kapcie należące do kogoś innego, bardzo brudno, bardzo gorąco. Łazienka się nie zamyka, jest jedna na wszystkie pokoje, nie ma papieru, kibel cały czas jest brudny i osikany, nie dostaje się żadnych ręczników ani suszarki. Po pokojach biegają ogromne karaluchy 🪳 Myślę że pluskwy też są, ale już nie zaglądałam pod materac żeby nie dostać szału. Uciekliśmy po jednej nocy, i zmieniliśmy hotel.

• Yury (1/5): It was horrible; I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, not even an enemy. - I liked the location of this guesthouse. The room we paid for was not available, and we were placed in a terrible room near the entrance, completely smoke-filled and in awful hygienic condition. Being right at the entrance, it was impossible to sleep due to constant noise, which disrupted any chance of rest. From what I gathered from Google reviews, this seems to be a common practice. They display nice photos on Booking.com, but upon late check-in, they offer much worse options with no possibility of cancellation. This is deceitful, and Booking.com is complicit in it. It’s very disappointing.

• Ahmed (1/5): Would not repeat it again definitely - The location and the price were fine I found a roach waiting for me once I entered my room. The window was broken. The receptionist does not speak a single word of English which is very strange as he has to deal with tourists everyday.
• Dimiter (2/5): I survived, but that is not what I paid for. - Decent location. I booked a simple room with bathroom and wifi expecting no luxuries. However, neither the wifi nor the bathroom functioned properly. Moreover the hotel pressured me to "upgrade" and pay 20% more (I didn't) while knowing that had I done so I would have gotten the exact same room. (Because there were no other rooms.) They pretended that the wifi issue was a new malfunction they did not expect. In fact, everyone there knew that the rooms in that part of the hotel had been without internet for a while. The issue was fixed after about a day (more than a third of the time I paid for) but only after I wasted an evening complaining and threatening for hours. The issue was critical as I had no data on my phone. The bathroom problem was never solved. There was a shower, hot water, and cold water. But there was no way to mix the water and get it to flow from the shower. I was able to wash, but not by using the shower. Again, not what I paid for. The light in the bathroom was so weak one couldn't see a thing. I replaced it with one from the corridor outside the room. To be fair, they should refund half the money. The false advertising and overall mendacity should get them barred from being listed on the hotel sites. Note however that it would take little effort to make the room perfect for my requirements.
• Anna (5/5): Passable - The location of the plase is pretty good, it's easy to get to and from the airport, and to good city's areas. Room is very old, but price isn't high, so that's fine Old building and furniture in the room. I wouldn't recommend for long staying.

• Ioannis (1/5): Last resort and I mean it. - The only good thing about this place is the price I arrived and I informed about the reservation and the first reply I got was no English. I get people not being able to communicate in English but if you run a hotel and you can't then just hire someone who is able to. Then they have on booking they have parking but they meant the street in front of it who trust me it s exactly the opposite of safe. Then the owner comes and asks for my passport which I give and he proceeds to single press keys and search around his computer for ages. The level of incompetence was enough to reconsider there and then but I waited. Then I get to see the room. I cannot describe it. The smell of cigarettes and god knows what else was everywhere. I slept on my sleeping bag that night. Unlucky for me had to go to the toilet that was even worse than the room. The height was too low and the smell even worse. No toilet paper either.

• Danish (1/5): Arrogant and control freaks. Not an option to stay at. - Nothing Firstly they speak no other language than Turkish. Very arrogant staff. Rooms with room temperature of 50 *C are without air conditioning. I baked myself one night and requested to change the room for next two nights. They had another room available and empty but declined my request even though I was paying the difference. I really didn’t understand it. They forced me to bake myself two more nights. They want to control where you sleep. Who you meet and all your life is under control. Really arrogant and unfriendly people. The mattress in the room was like a hot plate when it was 44*C outside temperature. Fan was just moving but not blowing air. My worst experience after having travelled more than 50 countries in the world. This is not acceptable in hospitality industry at all. Control freaks really.

• Anna (1/5): they didn't have my room so I had to find another place - nothing They did not have a room that I have booked and they offered me a room without the bathroom instead. The common bathroom looked awful so I had to cancel my stay and look for another hotel in the middle of the night! The guy at the reception was super unfriendly and not helpful at all, moreover he wanted to charge me more because of some weird currency rate at their property
• Seja (2/5): Worst hotel - Theres a room with a bed and tv but no fridge. The young guy who stays overnight at the front desk is disrespectful. When I asked for toilet paper he shouted and refused.
• Di (5/5): You have to be open for the experience - I had one room with two beds, and from the price tht I paid I really wasn't expecting anything. The staff was okay. All the rooms have a all in one bathroom, like the shower it's next to the toilet and you don't have any space to leave your things. They don't give you any towel or shampoo/body wash. The smell is really bad and also there was a person next to my room with a really bad smell with his door always open. I bet that my room wasn't that clean, but I tried to keep my eyes closed. At least, the smell in my room was good, because I kept the window opened all the time. If you want to pay less form other one it's okay, but you have to be open to these kind of experience.

Then I had a room with a window permanently jammed open which made the AC useless. I had to change room from one with little or no WiFi to one with a better signal BUT all I could hear from this room were men hawking mucus from throat to sinks outside my door. It went on and on, day and night. I was awoken each morning at between 05.00 and 05.30 with men shouting and removing their mucus. I would suggest to anybody that they go elsewhere in Antalya.

When I arrived on the day, a guy said that they no longer had that room available, and that they would only have another one without shower and without air conditioning for double the price. The photos in the advertisement do not correspond to reality. The communication was horrible and the atmosphere was even worse. Please find another place if you don't want to stress yourself and have a horrible night!

• Jackson (2/5): Do not stay. - Room was leaking from the rain and the floor was covered in water, when we asked staff to clean up the water he told us he didn’t have the materials to clean it. When we asked for another room that was identical, he wanted more money. Room smelt of smoke all night.

Koridor temizlendi klozette hâlâ kusmuk vardı. Kapıyı açamıyorduk içerisi kusmuk kokuyordu. Temizlikte çok geç kalındı. Isıtma var mıydı yok muydu anlamadık. Onun dışında verilen paraya alınabilecek hizmeti aldık zaten. Fazla beklentiye girmemeyi geçin çok kötüyü bekleyerek gidin belki memnun ayrılırsınız...
• Neny (2/5): Don't book this place,don't waste your time - So i arrived at the hotel early at around 10.30am, then the reception asked me to wait(he gave me tea-he was a nice man) , until 12pm came nobody checked out, then a lady brought me to another hotel, same price but different room condition. I booked for private room,shared bathroom(modern toilet n shower as in the photos) but the other hotel i got shared room (3beds there) lucky i was the only one, the blanket was a sheet(cold at night) , no heating,the room smell smoke from the other room (someone smoked) the shared bathroom was squat toilet, the shower was old .
